That is, if there is a next game... So. She's been almost every where. Where next? |

Good question... Well, she's been to a lot of places in Europe (she lives in the UK, after all), a couple of countries in Africa, three places in Asia, two in South America, and Australia. She's lacking in the US and the Caribbean. I wouldn't consider the Wreck of Maria Doria and Area 51 to be integral. Maybe there should be something for her to do after she found out the truth about her mother. I mean, if you follow the Legend-Underworld storyline, she's practically lost her driving force and the true reason why she started archaeology besides it being a family business. It would be interesting to see her partying in NYC. Then travels down to Philly and then CIA, MI-5, and Special Service agents try to make her cooperate in finding a long lost artifact! I know the foreign spies part's not going to happen and most likely the US trip wouldn't happen with friendship rivalry and Rutland's death. But it would be cool for her to go to a place she hasn't been to before.Africa would be a great place too. Ghana was a good direction for Legend. They have a lot of ruins there (according to my mom's knowledge) so it might be nice to have a revisit. Ethiopia would also be an interesting thing to try as well. It's rumored to be the location of the Ark of the Covenant, yet that adventure may be too controversial because no one's ever been inside the disclosed location other than the high priests. ![]() I may have to think of other scenarios. EDIT: Here's another thought... maybe she could try one of those adventures that remain only in one country, like how Last Revelation did it. It would be good for the series if CD would focus more on moves for the usefulness rather than the flair. Edited by Singstar90210, Jan 15 2009, 08:58 AM.

I would like her to find the lost city of Atlantis. Large palaces that are still in tact are now located beneath the ocean floor. Finding the way in provides access to all as they are connected by underground passages. The quest: find out what really happened there and collect priceless artifacts on the way. |

Yeah. That would make more sense of a storyline. After all, Natla resurrected the Atlantean pyramid. Might as well find out the collapse. Good idea!

Think about this: The place is so big that she brings with her a hand held receiver and a half dozen transmitters so she can find her way out. The player must decide where to put the transmitters as the game progresses. Put them in the right places and you can finish the game, put them wrong, and you get lost in the tunnels on the way out. This would be one of the puzzles. A whole bundle of leg slappin' fun. |

Yeah! Usually with a TR game, there's at least one outlandish thing. That would be an awesome thing to see. We've heard Lord Croft's voice. Why not see him in-game? (then again, there was a low-def photo of him with Amelia in Croft Manor in Legend) |

Whoo, cool thread! ^.^ Umm let's see, I would like to see the story with Jessica being used; she's the girl who was going to get processed by a artefact which is somehow related to "Excalibur" and Lara needed to find her before all hell broke loose. The artefact looked amazing and quite scary when it was in control of it's wearer; Jessica the sweet little girl almost looked like Medusa! The story sounded quite interesting, especially because Jessica was Professor Eddington's niece. |

I would like for her to explore her ancestry a bit. So that naturally means exploring England further. Morocco and other cities along the northern African coastline with the Mediterranean. The Island of Crete, Cairo for those asking for urban areas. Iraq, Mongolia, Romania, Macedonia and Brazil. |

Wow. Morocco would be awesome to visit! Good one, naraku! I think the ancestry part is slightly taken care of though, with the family crypt in TR:U and her Legend bio stating that King Edward V (I think...) gave the Crofts the estate around the 1550s. So I think they've gone far enough with that. But it would be good to tour possible places Lara's ancestors could've gone to.@ hanhan - Is Jessica, by chance, one of the comic characters? I don't really remember her... But it would be interesting to see another "artifact possession" story ![]() I don't why I'm thinking this, but I think Lara should go to Bora Bora. |

@Singstar- Yeah, we now know about her parents, and that her ancestors got titles and land from a 9 year old during his 2 month reign. But who (by name) was it awarded to? It is my understanding that royalty grants lands and titles for services rendered or for political reasons. It would be nice if Lara could walk us through it, say she uncovers her great, great, great, etc. etc's.... Grandfather under some castle, and finds something out about King Edward no one knows about. Or Said ancestor was a crusader something like that. Hence she could explore England more, and probably within legal bounds too.

She was going to be a central character in Underworld, and the reason why Lara would travel to the Arctic Sea. I think in a early plot, Lara was trying to find Jessica and a way to get the artefact off her (because it possessed Jessica for it's own evil goal); then they decided to include Natla into the plot. So for the story to work with our favourite Atlantean God, Jessica and Professor Eddington needed to be removed from the story.

@ naraku - It would be interesting to find the reason why the Crofts gained their estate in the first place. @ hanhan - That would've been pretty good. But I could see why CD removed it. Amanda's practically taken Jessica's place with those characteristics. I mean, she possesses a powerful artifact. But it was kinda unnecessary for Professor Eddington to be removed because he was the main reason why TR:U started. Lara contacted him right after Excalibur was used on the portal. |

@Singstar-I know, there's so much history hidden in Lara ancestry that hasn't been touched. It would make good story lines. |
