Windows XP shell or CMD commands Windows XP Shell or CMD commands are important for those who are use to DOS. CMD or Windows XP shell provides you most functionality of Microsoft Windows XP. To use all commands below open Windows shell by typing "CMD" in Run Command of Windows. FTP Command This command can perform complete FTP commands. It can upload, download, append, delete and view files on a remote ftp server with authentication. Ping Command This command can check connectivity with a remote host. It pings with remote computer IP and return reply. You can use this command like this.
