Nae... Me read some of Neil Gaiman's SANDMAN and usually books delving into the secrects of the past. Then I just read materials on topics that interest me - like a tourist guide to Austria. Also Ibsen's family dramas are excellent. --- --- --- But I have heard of the Character of Roland. |

I love me some Neil Gaiman-- but the Dark Tower is the best set of books I have ever read. |

After I've been forced by my school to read post WWII literature and literature from Czechoslovakia as a part of the USSR [authors who have been banned by teh regime], I first need to take a reading break. Most books were good - the short stories excellent. But overall, bit tiring... I gotta get back to reading. --- --- --- My fav set is Terry Pratchett's 'A Story of Discworld' featuring the Nac Mac Feegles. <3 [Yes, I am Scotland obsessed] Edited by Hugh MacKeane, May 19 2009, 04:12 AM.

I read.... 'Salem's Lot.... which has the priest guy in it, from the Dark Tower series. Does that partially count? Almost came close to reading the Gunslinger - was browsing through a garage store and found the novel. Thought it might be a good read for my now ex, so bought it for the person. Only got as far as the first 5 pages before wrapping it up. Twas pretty good from what I saw. Then I pretty much read the summaries on Wikipedia for it. XD; |
