Ye call that dancin'? I saw people on fire move better than that!

Hugh: *looks like he's going to mass murder a group of innocent warluses [wtf? Too early in the morning xD]. Rips headphones out* ~roaring something = reconstruction of heavy metal, but he's only speaking...~ [I did not mind it. Not my day-to-day listening, but why not overall. Gotta run now - off to school.] Hugh: An'... aye, Modern Talkin's 80's. [some of it] *singsongs:* Cheri Cheri Lady... Edited by Hugh MacKeane, Jan 28 2009, 07:51 AM.

Ahh! Got it - Modern Talking. I haven't heard them for a long time now! Their videos used to play on RetroMuch, but lately the show has been playing more and more 90's. |

*Whistling some Austrian folk song while reading the news.* Ludwig: *mock sings:* Carried avay by a moonlight shadov All she sav vas a silhouette of a gun Far avay on ze ozer side. He vas shot six times by a man on ze run Und she couldn't find hov to push zrough... [~Mike Oldfield] [I got internet 80's radio. *listens to it now* Some songs I can't stand {but that's the same in this era too} Well, it plays mostly PoP... But some songs are real good.] Edited by Ludwig Fuster, Jan 30 2009, 12:20 PM.

xDD *immediately thinks of Beerfest's theme - whimsical German folk whistling* Bertha: *points at Ludwig* You! I will make things very sour for you, kraut (Yeee, most of it I don't mind - My father was heavily into 50-80's music, bringing me up on his collection of 80's records and Oldies Radio... so what I don't like is the overly sappy/slow/slutty/unfun pop. I would strongly advise listening to XTC's "Dear God" - which is about a child writing a letter to God saying how he doesn't believe in God's existance. 8D) Georges: *starts singing some classic country, plucking away at his guitar* (^For the longest time, I HATED country music - except for Johnny Cash, for he is special - until today. Being trapped in the car, I was forced to listen to it... and gained some respect finally, keeping my country loving cajun in mind) |

[I grew up on my parent's music too. ABBA, Queen, Boney M... etc. I like those.] [But what I CAN'T stand are my Farther's PINK FLOYDS! *goes berserk* We have to listen to them in the car... unless I am driving. THEN we listen to bagpipes or numetal ~sweet revenge~] Hugh: Hae aboot juist sum puir celtic... *closes his eyes and sings heartbreakingly - ruthfully in Breton [not that he knows any breton, but knows the song]: An hini a garan, gwechall bihan er gêr Pa oamp tostig an eil, an eil ouzh egile Va c'halon ne gare, gare nemet unan Pa oan bihan er gêr an hini a garan... {My fav. Fit for long, lonely nights + add howling of wolves} |

What's so special about Pink Floyd? All the wannabe guitarists I knew in high school worshipped the band. (xDD My father would love driving with you then~ He used to have a bagpipe tape around here somewhere's, but it's lost. Mother could've chucked it.) |

Ludwig: *Wonders why she called him 'cabbage' in German. Probably because she wanted to cut him up into noodles? He starts laughing. Then she could cook him with vinegar. Austrians loved a garnish of sauerkraut to their meals. He would make a good sauerkraut. Though... he did not want to be cooked! He smiles mock-sweetly at Bertha.* Pink Floyds frustrate me afzer a vhile, but some pieces are gutt. Talking about Celtic - have zome Austrian folk muzic. *Starts Yodeling* Yudl - Ay - EEE - Ooooo! Yudl - Ay - EEE - Ooooo! *And so on... ready to dodge if attacked* |

Ludwig: *stops mid-yodel when he notes the warning glare and he frowns back at the other* Cultural Viech. [offender - rudely] *He folds his arms* Some of us have energy - vhat vill zou offer? Give us somezing melodic zen. *Is in the mood to argue, but holds himself still.* |

Georges: *shrugs, strapping on his guitar and begins to play a bit of Johnny Cash* At least I offer cozy song, weh~ *chuckles* I fell down into a burning ring of fire. I went down down down, and the flames went higher. Ring of Fire - 1968 Edited by Georges Cordell, Feb 6 2009, 02:00 AM.
