iPBFree got pinched by the fuzz. We're chilling over here now, but I don't know if we'll be there for long or whatever.
| With high levels of force sensitivity in a constant deadlock and no clear answer in sight, the fate of the Galaxy is entirely up to the people within it. Welcome to swrp.co.cc, the portal for all things relating to Habbo US's Star Wars Roleplay. Set several hundred years after the events of Legacy, SWRP is a roleplaying community based off of the Massively Multiplayer Online Chat Client (MMOCC) Habbo Hotel (specifically, habbo.com). Registration is as easy as making a Habbo.com account, going to the [RPG] floor, and picking a Star Wars room- no assembly required whatsoever. If you're already settled into Habbo, though, it's about time for you to join our forums. Existing forum members should just go ahead in sign in- we won't judge you for reading the whole thing. |

DISCLAIMER I have decided to put in place a roster on the forum for those who wish to play SW:tOR together. I know Mike, Nick, Liam Jr., James (The Original Tython), and myself are going to play together already, anybody else who knows for certain if they are going to play/play with us please register here. Keep in mind when we have enough members were going to start up SWRP on SW:tOR itself. Things to know before you sign up: - It is confirmed by DarthHater that there are many other things you may be of interest in. For instance, there is no Auto-Attack, and there is a strong confirmation of cosmetics for all of you SWG Fans. Read more on this and way more information in the link below. Darth Hater Information Also enjoy a plethora of screen shots here.
- The Gamespot Interview on December 11th: This interview will definitely answer most of your questions in terms of character design. In brief summary of the article, you will have your major class, two sub-class choices [pick one], four theme choices [pick two, I believe], and a confirmed [yet unidentified or clarified] set of professions. You can find the interview through the link below.
- I have created a recent compilation of all of the Videos posted in terms of content that gives a brief synopsis as well as any hints I have found within the videos themselves that may or may not be detrimental [but mostly kick ass] to your game play experience. You may go to this video compilation on the link below. Video Compilation - No, the game is not released yet. The possibility of release will not be reasonable until spring 2010 at the least. MMO's usually take up to 5 years for development and my guess is that Bioware will take a little longer for game quality. - Yes, no matter what faction you are a part of, you can be dark sided or light sided. Think of it as KOTOR and SWG. You know in SWG you can switch factions quite easily, this will not be the case, at least for now, in SW:tOR. However, you also know that each faction allows your alignment in the force to shift. This is possible through the Choice and Flashpoint system set up with each characters story. Also keep in mind that each class on each faction has a story line to help leveling that is longer than any KOTOR Game you have played in the past. I think it's best if I gather information on those who want to join the SW:tOR role play we are creating in terms of faction interest beforehand. If the Galactic Republic or Sith Empire outweighs the other in choice, we might just decide to choose faction location that way. - The faction which wins the majority so far is the Galactic Republic; however I will be discussing with Mike and Liam several options pertaining to the role play we create in SW:tOR in terms of a small Sith guild faction. - Yes, all classes have been released. You can view more about the classes with my handy-dandy Class-Recap Post, found here. Class Recap - IMPORTANT: For those of you who are too poor (No offense) or for those of you who do not wish to spend the online fee's usually presented with MMO video games, Bioware is currently discussing a lot of different payment methods. These payment methods include the traditional MMO standard fee's, and micro transaction processes. In other words if Bioware decides to go ahead with multiple payment options, you may not have to pay the traditional fees, and decide to go with less features in the game for free. (A good representative of micro-transactions would be X-box Live, Playstation 3 Online, and Runescape) - IMPORTANT: It has been stated that SW:tOR will be using international servers. It's also proven by allowing you to register your guilds in the international area, instead of US or EU. This means that much like WoW, if you are european, or US, you can go to the international servers. It is also possible that each server selection may be open-world. For instance again, in WoW, I can choose to play on a EU Server even though I'm American. You do not have to use a template, but the template below is if you wish. Lastly, I thank you for your cooperation and interest, and may the force be with you. Real Name: SW:tOR Community Forum Name (If you have one): Possible Faction Choice (Galactic Republic, Sith Empire): ----------------------- Roster List: - Bromi (Mike) - Greeno (Nick) - Khasck (Liam Jr.) - Tython (James #1) - Riever (James #2) - Charfly (Charly) - !Yoda3! (Kevin) - Battlefare (Alex) - Wuntila (Sam) - 1ightsaber (Tyler, my bestest buddy of all time that helps gank dark jedi) - Rusty-Cage (Daniel!) - HitokiriBattosai (Josh) - Constipation!- (Seamus) - Connor2kewl4u (Connor) - Zharn (Nick) - Merrickman (Merrick) - Theo-Kendex (Kris) - Kinesis (Danny) - Xenetics (Jon) - Abraham (Wielderoffire) - Elliot (Marc0,x ) - Conductal (Matthew) - Dracontine (Kevin) - Pharotut (Zach) Member Tally: 21 Important Question from Person: "Are the planets sand boxed?" Daniel Erickson: "Uh, I don't know. Our worlds are alive, the story is linear. I don't know if you are asking about if the game play is sandboxed or is the world itself?" Important Question from Person: "Can I go out and tour, go out and explore and kill stuff?" Daniel Erickson: "All the planets are all giant, vast, and filled with exploration and combat opportunities." Important Question from Person: "So were not going to turn a corner and run into a wall and say oops that is as far as I can go?" Daniel Erickson: "We are not doing a sandbox." Tyler Rowe: "I think the proper answer is, does it have boundaries? Sure, It's not endless I don't think any game has endless terrain." Important Question from Person: "More along the lines of, is it open, free exploration, or linear path?" Tyler Rowe: "Sure, well there is lots of free exploration." Daniel Erickson: "Yea, exploration is one of our main pillars for us, for sure." Tyler Rowe: "Basically, it's wide open." =================================== So there you have it. Your story is linear, it's a story for a reason. Instead of random quests given out that have no real meaning and is just there for a grind fest, you have an entire story line, 200 hours or more of game play for each class alone. The exploration factor of the game is the opposite, you will not have to walk the beaten path, you will be in vast open worlds which allow such character creativity as Star Wars Galaxies did. There's a good chance my mother's boyfriend is joining us, rofl. He's a hardcore Star Wars fan, but since meeting my mother and them having a kid and work and whatnot, he hasn't had much time. He's one of the old school guys who collected all the packaged models and whatnot. He doesn't have much experience with gaming past the Wii and Command and Conquer, but I just showed him the deceived trailer and pictures of Nal Hutta and Alderaan on the TOR site and he's like O_O! |

Lvl 70, dont even need to quest then, just grind the rest, get like 6 levels a day that way. Meatlump themepark, the droid part. Kill only security droids, dont finish the quest, go back up go get quest again, go back in, keep doing it. What server are you on? Don't tell me gay starsider. |

Yeah starsider. And where is this droid anyway? I got bored of the meatlump quest cause you got like 1000 xp per quest, not even worth it. Found the quest, anyone else that needs the link here is a brief description. http://swgmmo.blogspot.com/2008/09/swg-exploit-repeatable-xp-meat-lump.html Edited by Connor, Jan 25 2010, 09:13 AM.

No no no, ask someone on starsider to get you to the point of the droid area for meatlumps. What you do is simple, destroy only security droids in the area you have to destroy the targets in. Each security droid is low leveled, but accomdoates experience to what level you are. For instance, each drop for you will be around 24-2800 xp. There's about 20 security droids in the instance. All you have to do is run through it and kill only the security droids, run back out, talk to the person again, accept the quest again, and do it again until you reach cap. |
