The capitol, of sorts, of Shetland. A busy port and business center, is the most economically stable of anywhere in the islands. It is home to the only burgh in Shetland. It's name comes from the Norse word, "Leirvik", meaning "clay bay". It is 210 miles North of Aberdeen, Saor and the center of Shetland culture, for those who can get there.
