Support Available for ZetaBoards ZetaBoards Support Forums (found here) The support forums are readily available for peer-to-peer support where fellow members will always be willing to help you.
Support Ticket System The ticket system is used to contact our staff directly via your Admin CP. Tickets are seen only by staff so you are guaranteed help from dedicated, experienced individuals. Tickets are particularly useful if you have an emergency/crisis, require more technical or detailed help, have a sales question or if you simply would prefer assistance from experienced and knowledgeable users. We offer help for all matters so when in doubt, open a ticket. For boards that have converted from InvisionFree, the Admin CP ticket system is currently not available. Please use the Personal Support Ticket system in the mean time.
Personal Support Ticket (found here) If you ever require the ZetaBoards' staff help but don't have or cannot access your board to send a ticket, you can use this forum to submit a ticket directly to us from this very board. Edited by Brian, Oct 18 2010, 10:49 AM.
