Is there anyway of changing the text on the top menu drop menus and the submenu without it changing the text of those other things?

Could you take a quick screenshot for clarification? Or if it's one of the menu options such as 'Change Signature'?

Yes, there is. You'll need to use JavaScript.

Also, this is not skin-related.

Okay, I want to change color of the stuff circled in red but to do that it also changes the stuff in blue but I would like to keep that the same as it is now.

Oh, this has nothing to do with changing text.

You can do this with CSS. Just edit #top and #submenu.

Actually you need to be more specific with that as the font colours are determined per area, rather than just the #top. If you changed the font colour on #top (adding the property to begin with) they'd still be white because:

Quote:

.category h2 a,#portal h2 a,#portal_foot h2 a,thead a,.category h2 a:hover,#portal h2 a:hover,#portal_foot h2 a:hover,thead a:hover,#top_info a,#top_info a:hover,.drop_menu a,.drop_menu a:hover,#submenu a,#submenu a:hover {
color:#fff;
}

You can change it all there. That chunk is quite far down the CSS.
