How to I change the background of the forums under the category. (I want them all to be the same color.)
I saw Nicola's Picture but they must have changed the code.

Changed what code? The classes in my guide are correct for the cells in the categories.

Well, you need the generic 'td' (table cell) background at the top of the CSS:
CSS

td {
background:#fafafa;
color:#333;
padding:5px 10px;
}

That takes care of c_forum etc. Then you want:
CSS

.c_mark {
background:#f6f6f6;
text-align:center;
width:1%;
}

^ Left cells with forum markers
Then:
CSS

td.c_last {
background:#f6f6f6;
font-size:85%;
}

The right cell containing the last post information for each forum.

Borders around cells is this part of the CSS at the top:
CSS

th,td {
border:1px solid #e7e7e7;
}
