I'm trying to get the skin and etc. on the ZB test board for my own personal IF Board before it gets converted. I'm having trouble getting the banner to fit properly in the box that it goes in. Can anyone help me with this? Here's the link to my test board, just choose "Test Skin" in the skin selector and you'll see the banner that I'm having trouble with. My Test Board Thanks

It's basically to big. The style of the banner has a border to make it more tidier and neater. The only possible way you might be able to get it in is to not use the center tag. Either that or resize your banner. |

That's not going to work, I did the measurements couple of times the max a banner can be is 955x Otherwise it messes up your layout completely at a resolution of 1024x768. Keep in mind it's not only what you see or use, you have or will have a user base to consider. |

I though so. Well yes, the only solution now is to resize your banner.

Or he could remove the background (the blue header) and just have his banner on the plain white background. Maybe it's best if you wait for the support team, because I don't feel to get warned again for giving advice

In the theme settings, do this; <center><img src="http://i28.tinypic.com/2me1u6f.png" alt="Banner" title="Home" height="20px" width="10px"></center> Maybe something like that would work? |

^^ Setting height/width for an image does indeed work ![]() However the banner loses 'quality' in some browsers, as resizing makes things look a little jagged. In future, make sure your banner is around 730-750px in width. That's the width of the Google ads, so it's a safe width to go with. Although with that particular banner, you could make it stretchy. I.e the text would stick to the left, and the flowers would stick to the right, and the middle would 'expand'. If you want to know how to do that, let me know.
Your advice was fine.
That on the other hand.. not good support. |

There are couple of ways to achieve that actually. But it's better if a member of the Support team help you professionally. I'm a bit tired right now, have been awake since yesterday and it's 2:32pm now. With that said I don't want to advice you, because I can't think clearly right now. Wouldn't want to give you wrong advice, that's what it comes down to. Anyways kindly await a response from the Support Team. |

Banners are contained within the #logo div, so removing it's style attributes will do the trick :
That's just over... about a sixth of the way into the CSS (Theme Appearance). Remove the two lines I've highlighted. |
