Changing border colours

How do I change the colour of the actual title bar of a forum Category? For example, the News and Discussion category that comes as default on a brand new board.

I've change the colour in this snippet:

.cat_head td {
border-color:#BF2FAE;
padding:0;
}

#stats .cat_head td {
border-color:#e77700;
}

But it's not exactly what I'm looking for. Changing the colour there only changes the border around it. Can someone please tell me how to change the entire bar colour, including font colour of "News and Discussion" ?

Thanks :)

This part.
CSS

.category h2,.topic h2,#portal h2,#portal_foot h2,thead th {
background:url(http://z3.ifrm.com/static/1/css/h2.png) repeat-x top #6a7db6;
color:#fff;
font-size:110%;
font-weight:700;
}

If you don't want a background image, just a solid color, remove the bold part and just change the number after it to the color you want.

To change the font color, change the number after "color:" (in italics). :)
