I'd like to know how to change the background color of the drop menu in the theme changer. I've figured out how to change the background color of the top menu drop menu by editing the background color of .drop_menu ul li , bit I can't figure out what to edit for the theme changer drop menu. Any help would be appreciated.

Adding this to the end of the CSS:
Code:

select#setskin {
background: #hex;
}

Should do it.

Well, I've gotten the background color changed thanks to Nicola's help, but does anyone know how to change the hover color?

I assume you mean the background?
Code:

select#setskin:hover {
background: #hex;
}

Ahh, thanks once again Nicola. I almost got it right, I was using 'color' instead of 'background'. My bad. :)

I tried it out but what happens is it changes all items listed to the background color but the item the cursor is over stays the default Zetabords blue.

Oh.. that. That's your browser, not Zetaboards. That menu is a generic select menu, not something like on the top of the forum.
You can't change that within the CSS, to my knowledge.
