I haven't personally yet been able to determine which class/ID in the CSS that the ads use (don't really have the time), but if you fully edit the default the ads should change to match the theme. |

Well, I can tell you one thing. The ad background did match until I added a repeating image to the td bit. I will experiment more and see if I can figure it out though.

I have managed to fix the problem myself. I removed the background image properties from the td and added general td classes to add the background everywhere else.
(Fixed it on a different skin.) Edited by Sith_Lord, Mar 3 2008, 10:57 AM.

Ooh that's not a great idea I don't think. Not every table has a class. |

I know, but it's the best compromise for now. :/ Any other suggestions? |

You could use a *lot* of Jquery to give every table a class, but quite honestly it's a bit far to go to not colour the cell behind the google ads. |

Please read the whole topic before posting. That only changes the cell around the ads. Sith wants to know how to specifically change it while leaving the default 'td' a particular colour. I.e he wants to have for example, white cells everywhere but the cell behind the ads to be black. |

I'm not sure if there is anything against it in the rule book, but this should work for adding a class: (Supposing you don't have anything above the ads.)
Then just use #google-ads td to style the td. Edit: This part will only work for the Front Page. I wouldn't use it if I were you. :| (The Google Ads aren't always the First table. :o ) Edited by Chris, Mar 23 2008, 04:09 PM.
