Your living in the here and now, life is all just GO, GO, GO. Have you ever thought to just stop and be still? You can do this anywhere, waiting for your train or bus to arrive whilst shopping, cooking, or waiting for that ready meal to finish cooking in the microwave. You hear about time going by, and yet do we ever stand still to take a snapshot of it? What is everyday modern day life to yourself and your mind, body and soul? If you decide to just ‘be still watch life as though you have taken a step out of life itself. Watch people is a great past-time. People wake up get washed and dressed. Then they get up and go out to work, come home, take a shower, have tea, maybe a pizza or a ready meal. Lastly sink into bed or maybe watch a bit of television. Breathe! Is that all there is to your life? Think about it? All the stresses in life will finally take its toil, not only on your health but also on your spiritual self. An area which is often or not neglected/forgotten about all together. That’s why there is always a need to go back to the basics and go natural. It states in Donnellan.(2006)p38 that there is increasing evidence to show that getting close to nature CAN make us feel less stressed. Life its self is a great place to start finding and healing the areas of your life at any given moment that is right for you. Food for thought! Have you ever read the ingredients in any of the produce you have ate lately? Do you know what they are and what they are doing to your body? Do you know what E numbers contain? As well as this, add the frequent thoughts when sitting down to a meal and thinking “ This meal weighted me down or it was ‘heavy’” There is a simple reason why this happens. It is not just the fat content of the food that you eat. It is the toxins that are added to each meal, especially with processed food. The is the added salt content, the chemicals and preservatives that drag us down after having the meal. If you can just stop just one thing and try it out for your self. There is no right or wrong way of doing it. However, the more you cut down in the following few years will help raise your frequency and energy up to a higher realm. I have selected a few links to aid your own investigations if you do wish to do so. In order to help raise your energy and frequencies it is best to avoid the following. Meat, fish, fowl Alcoholic drinks Carbonated and fizzy drinks Anything that is negative such as tabloids, broadsheets, media and tv. The reasons are the following: It will interfere with your own personal growth It also blocks us communicating with angels and spirit guides It pulls down our energy It helps detoxify and relax your body in today’s harsh world. Overall, if you at least try taking out at least one thing, you will see exactly what is meant by feeling light. Pamper yourself. Try also to take time out to pamper yourself, because even though the world today believes that you shouldn’t the truth is. You are worth the break. Do something that you enjoy whether it’s reading a book, taking a walk in the beautiful parks in your cities. There is really no excuse. If more people took some time to spend outside in nature, than think of how many people you would get to meet, and how safe you would feel if not just one person did it? Enrich your lungs Allow your self to breathe. The breath of life is really as enriching as it comes. When people become stressed they don’t breath properly. It tends to be short and shallow from the chest region. When we breathe we take in ‘prana’ which contains encoded information in the air that we breathe, to let us take the best out of each moment that we live. To read more read breathing and meditation. Time One last thing try to live outside of time. As time it’s self is literally grinding to a halt. That’s why you hear of the saying that there is ‘Not enough time in the day’ Each year is known to drop a couple of seconds that results in our day being shorter than it was say 30 years ago.
