fluid in my ears

This is soooo annoying!

I've got a head cold thing going on - like the post nasal drip/sinus issue. Anyways, its draining towards my ears. I can hear the popping, and really just sensitive. Well, the kids at work are being themselves but oh my gosh! My ear drums rattle and the fluid rattles and its just a hard situation. My ears are in such pain. I've been taking musinex to help drain everything I'm not sure its getting worse or better!

drink warm water with all natural honey which is real one because its not cooked or filtered and add 2 cloves of crushed garlic. That will really pop your eardrums & thin your nasal drip .

You don't have to add garlic to the mixture because the honey and warm water will do the trick. The garlic is added because it has antibiotic properties so in preventing us from getting some bacterial infection when we we end up sick with a head/sinus cold.

Colds/allergies make immune system lower and more easier entry way for bacteria to enter .

So I hope you feel better soon and also a nice hot bath with soaking yourself including the neck into it will definetly help .

I can't stand honey. I hate it! I know it is so good though for sickies. Lots of immunity germ killing stuff in it.

It got so bad today that I hate DH get me some swimmers ear stuff. I felt a whole lot better, but my ears are still popping constantly. But when the kids are loud at work, at least I don't ear the echoing and such. My co workers thought I was crazy though with my head to the side!

warm compress on your ear! It promotes blood flow to the area and will clear it right up!!

Also, heat up a sock in a microwave to get toasty warm & put real salt in it fold it up & lay on it at nite .Supposedly Real Salt in Socks fixes Ear Issues.
If you don't have a warm compress like Angi suggested then how about you sleep on a heating pad or blow dry your ear for bout 5 minutes then switch to other ear until you have gotten warm air in each of ears .
