Mike Bibby went back to school last year and has put up similar numbers in his Jr season at Arizona than last year. He's got good shooting touch and quickness. Steve Francis from Maryland is another complete-package PG prospect with good hops and scoring ability. Did I say scoring? cuz you can't forget about Baron Davis, sophomore from UCLA who plays more like a 2 than a natural PG. Still, he's got good handle and strength to make it as a PG in the pros too.

Rounding out the wildcard PGs are Igor Rakocevic from Sebria and William Avery from Duke. Rakocevic is a VERY interesting prospect with good handle and quickness, but needs to be more assertive offensively. Avery is good college player who would most likely be better off staying all 4 years at Duke (where he would actually PLAY), rather than come into the league and be a backup for a team that takes him late 1st round/2nd round.

Andre Miller is finishing up his senior season and will definitely help out a team in need of a pass-first PG. Some elements of his game need some work, but he is a natural PG and a natural leader that people will probably sleep on. Chauncey Billups too is finally graduating after 2 straight wildcard withdrawals. "Mr. Big Shot" is probably the best defender of the bunch and most certainly the most clutch PG. Jason Williams has got the handle and the flair, but needs to get stronger and learn to play better defense. Tyronne Lue made a good decision to go back to school last year given the PG talent, except for the fact that the PG talent this year is arguably equally or even better than last year (womp womp).

Rafer Alston out of Fresno St was a street-ball legend in NYC. He's developed as a pretty good fundamental bball player with excellent handle and good on-ball defense, just needs to work on his scoring. John Celestand is a great shooter and will most likely make it as a backup spot-up shooter in this league. Milt Palacio was a pretty good college player, but needs to get better defensively to make it in the pro's.
