Learning an instrument in real life

 So who plays an instrument? And what kind of an impact does it have on your life?

If you can, upload a video to youtube showing you playing. Make sure it has sound XD

I play piano, no videos yet but I plan to get one up soon. Piano is like the second half of my life, aside from psychology. I play for an hour every day (probably not as much as I should) and I couldn't imagine my life without it.

I play the guitar. I play probably about 5-7hours a day, but i feel i have become slightly stuck at my level, so i will look into some lessons in the future. I don't have a video online, i might look into it. I would go mad without guitar, i know that much. I almost went made when i broke a string
