right this is a wierd one so read carefully lol ... my son complained he got 3 red lights on his Xbox , so i checked all cables checked with and without HD but the 3 lights showed ..... i then too his xbox downstairs to check on my TV and cables (mine worked fine this morning !!!") - again 3 lights on his xbox with n without cables . at this point its safe to assume the 360 or HD or both are at fault ...... soooooo next thing next i try my XBOX360 WITHOUT HD to see if an error appears (i couldnt remember ) but no it worked Normal. put Sons HD in MY 360 , and got 3 red rings , so was leaning to think HD was fucked . THen i swapped HD putting mine in my own console , NOW I get 3 red lights !!! with or without a HD connected , so to recap both xboxs have now 3 red lights and it seems that the problem with one was transfered over to the other , anyone know if this has happened before , ?? we have a 3rd 360 but i darn't test eith HD on it incase it fuckes that too any help appreciated |

a migrating red ring? you can keep that away from me. i've never heard of anything like that and can only suggest that maybe there is a fucked pin or something on the hard disc and it's done something to both xboxes you've plugged it into. sounds like a lovely phone call to dehli is on the cards. also might be a struggle getting content off of the hard disc so i hope there wasn't much arcade games or anything on there. |
