No sound from my laptop

Posts: 314 Group: Clan Member Member #17 Joined: Dec 29, 2007	Hi all, My laptop has stopped giving any sound from the internal speaker or from the headphone jack. I have tried updating the drivers but don't really know what else to try. The laptop is a Dell latitude D620, i can install on it but there is a fair amount of admin restrictions. Any advice will be welcome cheers

Posts: 15 Group: Member Member #136 Joined: Dec 2, 2008	hey.. try shutting it down with the speakers turned on and see if it makes the shutting down noise.. i used to have that problem with my pc.... if it doesnt make the noise then it will most likely be an internal problem have u bashed it atol... anyway i would try rebooting your system or using the windows repair function on the disk if that dont work then your pretty fecked and should check if you have warranty... aw ye make sure u have the sound turned on lol thats a common problem with no sound ... hope i helped :D
