Sexually Perverted Sicko Posts: 1,835 Group: Clan Member Member #24 Joined: Jan 3, 2008	Currently in the process of getting the PC fallout games so i can play them before the 3rd one comes out. I've heard that they don't play properly on windows xp and up but there are tweaks that you can do to make them work. When i find them i'll post a link or something.

The best thing about the first game was there was only 3 quests to do to complete the game. 1 - Escape the vault. 2 - Find a water supply. 3 - Perform 1 quest (no spoilers ;) ) Apart from that, you could discover over 250 side quest and do them in pretty much and order and way you wanted! Great game. Should really dig out Fallout Tactics. I borrowed it from a friend of mine and still haven't returned it....

Problems include and are expected: - inability to install due error on disk space reading. - inability to install due to incompatiability on system and registry files. - inability to install due to the running of other programs - inability to install due to norton antivirus being an arshole - able to install but will not start up for countless reasons - no music - jerky npc character conversation - crashing durring transition between intro overseer talk and first gameplay - Screen blackout durring gameplay requiring manual page refresh or disabling video card (more common the better your card is) - many others Saying that i just installed it and tested it and had absolutely no problems at all.

I'm determined to play this game so i'll give it another try tomorrow after closing all programs, disabling my vid card and running in compatability mode. Ahh bugs...bugs never change.
