cheers for that boom  to be fair we should really be too strong over the season , but we all know how hard this league is to get of we certainly have a better squad than the albion had last season , but lets hope the money grabbing sods are up for the fight eh.. when are the villa actually gonna sign some bodies , my mate who i play golf with on a sunday is a viler and he is extremely worried you need at least 5 players ( thats his view ) you lot better pull ya finger out or its gonna be a long hard season who knows relegation for the vile ( with a bit of luck )

Squad depth has been a problem for Villa for years which is y they have always been classed as a mid table team but who knows footballs a funny old game :P

seems the tigers scored all their goals in the pub team warm ups earlier .... i know we will struggle this season , but u only need a few lucky results in this league to give u a fighting chance .... i think the battle for survival will be between Stoke Hull WBA Fulham Bolton 'Boro Rovers (gawwwd i hop so :) ) and theres no reason we can nick points from Wigan Sunderland a nervous Newcastle Pompey im expecting 24 /26 points (relegation certanty - but 36-38 is achievable - scraping for 17th) |

too be honest daz , without stating the obvious , but it is a seriously hard league to get points in the massive games are the ones around ya , forget the others ..treat them as a bonus the hard thing is if ya lose at home to someone like fulham , and your next 2 are away at manu and arse ..confidence goes quickly in that league i cant really see who is gonna struggle apart from the 3 who go up , look at fulham , wigan , sunderland and what they are spending i personaly dont think any of the 3 will reach 25 points..sorry mate ..hope i am wrong though ..apart from albion obviously

thats it, i dont think City could have hoped for a better start - i just dont see us scoring many - i do have more faith in our defence - but no teams gonna be scared of pushing forward at the KC ;( lol |
