I've had this problem for a while so thought i would post to see if it affects anyone else. When my phoneline is hooked up to my skybox it causes random disconnects of my broadband. This was happening the whole time i was with AOL and when i switched to Plusnet. I have now disconnected the phoneline from the skybox and had no problems. It's just annoying if i want to use any of the interactive sky features i have to keep plugging it back in. Anyone know why it causes the interruptions in my broadband? |

Tried changing the splitter? But then again it if doesn't get interrupted by incoming phone calls it probably wouldn't be that. |

Ah ok cool. Nice to know it's not just me then. I'll just continue to leave it unplugged then and pop it back in for a few minutes if i need to use the interactive services for anything.

I have sky and have never tried using interactive sky features and broadband at the same time, just un plug it or try changing that adaptor thing. |
