The Kilted One Posts: 1,574 Group: Clan Member Member #8 Joined: Dec 27, 2007	So as my shiny new 360 will be coming home on Wednesday i thought i'd go online today and order a couple of games in readiness for it's arrival. Firstly i'll be getting COD4 (obvious choice) but was wondering what else people are playing just now. Money is kinda tight too so i have to choose wisely. I can pick up some more of the classics over time at bargain prices too. Any suggestions? Operation Flashpoint seems to be generating interest.

Posts: 6,421 Group: Admin Member #7 Joined: Dec 27, 2007	i'm excited about flashpoint but it might be worth holding off for a day or two until you can get a proper review. how much is a pre owned cod4? there are a few peeps giong back to it recently but come november no fucker will be on it so unless it's really cheap i wouldn't bother with that, same with cod5 although i play a fair bit of both. you're not a halo fan so odst will be a waste of time. other wise try for a cheap rb2 (all your dlc can be recovered including the tracks for rb1), gh5 is shit hot and much better than world tour, forza3 out soon and looking good but the main game has got to be cod6, there's a lot of excitement about that. tough call really, especially on a tight budget.

Just ordered Operation Flashpoint from thehut.com for £29 odd. COD 6 is a no brainer and hopefully pick up RB2 and some form of guitar controller soon.

NFS Shift is meant to be good Coco will tell you about that. Dirt2 seems to be popular. Im gonna rent Flashpoint 2 moz see what its like (but i think it will get dropped over the pick up and play style of CoD6) Im hoping to get DJ Hero from what ive seen of it, its pretty sweet but i suppose its what your musical tastes are in regards to wether its your cup of tea. The Demo of Brutal Legend is good and its really funny defo worth a look and it has multiplayer option in the full game which was a surprise. L4D 2 & Assassins Creed2 come out in Nov though i think Ass 2 dont look much different than the first from what ive seen.

Won't bother with DJ Hero. Not my thang musically. Assassins Creed 2 might be a possible as i really enjoyed the first one.
