Posts: 668 Group: Clan Member Member #78 Joined: Jun 28, 2008	hi guys i am having serious problems with my lad marcus's xbox live account he cant sign in , and obviously i have tried to reset the password , but because he cant sign in, it sends the reset password to the account you cant sign into ..how fucking stupid is that .. i know you can send to alternative addy ( which was mine) but i have checked and nothings gone through to that email address his name has been removed from my friends list and others as far as i can see i sent him another fr and its a differant gamer picture and has canada on his profile...so it looks like he has been hacked.. he had no microsoft point to steal , all he had was his live subscription ..what the fuck do i do ? as i cant sign in anything to reset his password ? i aint gotta clue ..can you clever guys help?

Posts: 668 Group: Clan Member Member #78 Joined: Jun 28, 2008	i have phoned em ...and it sort of sorted out ..they are looking into it , but its gonna take about a month he has no live now for a bit till they track em down..they say he can start another trial one up , and they give him whatever time is lost back when he gets his original gamertag back this is why i dont put credit card details in ..i always pay for everything with points.. thanx guys for the help..love ya all ..

Posts: 5,344 Group: Admin Member #21 Joined: Dec 30, 2007	i've got 2 cards on, one expired ages ago but my card i've been meaning to delete for a while now and just stick to points and live bought out of a shop i'd watch what info he has on them youtube vids though mick cus i don't think it would be hard for some smart arse to hack if he's let something important slip accidentally, hope it all gets sorted properly though...
