CLAN STRUCTURE

All decisions for the clan are made through the Council members but the opinions of SPS members will be actively sought. The final decision though will rest with the Council members.

The role of the Council members in the clan is not to make all the decisions, or rule with an iron fist, but to make decisions in the best interest of the clan in mind, with members input. It also makes sure that the clan is held together and moves forward

Other than this there are currently no other official positions, although members are encouraged to put themselves forward for positions such as match arranging and the like.

This is always under review and if you do have any suggestions on how you would like to see the clan move forward, then please pm a member of the Council and we will take your suggestions on board.

CLAN RULES

1) The SPS despise cheaters and glitches, - if a clan member is caught doing this whilst in a room with fellow SPS or in clan matches - you will be put under suspension for a week whilst the SPS discuss your future within the clan. If you are a potential recruit and are caught cheating, you'll be officially warned, if you continue to carry on cheating/glitching, your application will be denied.

What you do in your own time with consenting players present is your choice.

2) Treat people how you would like to be treated yourself - don't get me wrong, we all like a joke and a laugh, but be careful how far you take it - otherwise the oldest SPSer will come along and thump you. Never be afraid to express how you feel if you think someone is taking it too far. A polite pm to said person is all it takes, rather then letting it simmer for weeks.

3) If you have a problem with someone, then discuss it privately - we don't want any dirty linen aired in public. If you feel you can't discuss it privately, then feel free to get another member involved to mediate.

4) If a clan member is MIA (and that includes visiting the forum) for six months without having previously told anyone, you will be moved to normal member status until such a time until you return.

5) We don't accept new clan members that are already in another Xbox 360 clan. Its either our clan or nothing.

6) Although we are a fairly relaxed clan, it makes life easier if you are able to participate on clan chat within the forums. Not only will this keep you up to date of upcoming events, but it also helps to get to know one another. We don't ask for much, just perhaps 2-3 times a week.

7) In order to maintain regular get together on Live with other clan members and to be able to field teams for matches, it is advised that clan members retain at least two of the games listed among our clan played games. We understand that games are expensive and there is a need at times to trade older games in for new games. By keeping at least two of the listed clan games it means members won't feel isolated and can participate in more clan matches and meet ups on Live.
