Some of you may not have this turned on but you can link your Spotify account to scrobble to your Last.FM account. Simply goto Edit > Preferences > check the last.fm box and add your username and password |

my LFM isnt scrobbling what my IPOD plays when its NOT connected ..... before my re-instal when i plugged my ipod back in it brought a list of track id played to be scrobbledededed --- not now , it only plays what i play using lappy ?!?! i dont much listen to music on laptop , not sure of the problem Ive tried the FAQ , but its more about LFM not scrobbling at all |

Sony Fantasy Festival has now been launched over at Last.FM with prizes going to those that can put the best line-up together. You start off with €1,000,000 to book 15 acts and every Wednesday your "Buzz" points is calculated and then added to your running total You can change 3 of your acts a week and customise your line-up. haha, i'm just saying that my musical snobbishness would stop me from taking part. doesn't mean that it's not interesting news or indeed something to chat about. fuck it i will do it but i'm going to book obscure bands that hopefully get shit loads of hits on loads of blogs |

Downloaded and signed up for this on the dashboard yesterday to give it a try. Very impressive. Spent an hour just dicking about with some of the metal stations. Played some real blasts from my teenage past. Ah the memories of headbanging to NWOBHM,

it works better the more stuff you have in your library, easy for me as i listen to most of my music on the ipod or p.c/lappy. last.fm has been a godsend since the joiners started ripping my house to bits. |

yeah Kilted , play your favourite bands radio , and leave it running , you will be hopefully taken on a random journey through similar bands ..... tho that said if ur Genre of choice is specific to an early 80s era , you could end up getting bands like Eurythmics and the like ...... the the more you play the more last fm learns about your tastes i s'pose |

Because last.fm keeps a record of everything you listen to and then compares it to what is in your friends library. Your recently listened tracks: Ian Brown – Sister Rose The Seahorses – I Want You To Know Kasabian – British Legion Ocean Colour Scene – The Circle They probably got added when you was using last.fm on your xbox.
