Highly unforgiving; they could have at least given you one checkpoint halfway through the map, as it takes about 20 minutes to get to the end!

Erm Coco it's not by Valve mate. It's Codemasters and there in house development team. So they were always gonna charge. Valve don't charge for DLC. They gave Left 4 Dead content free if i remember right.
