ok guys i am the proud owner of a PS3 .wooooo well my lad is ..LOL just wanted to know if anyone else has one 2 as my friends list is totally empty for some reason he wanted cod4 and 5 on it and also has fallout you should have seen my eldest lad on boot camp on cod5 deathmatch yesterday , he had 40 kills and 4 deaths ...LOL..he was against level 1players and he is a gold cross on xbox  oh yeah ..how shit is the controller , it feels like its gonna break in your hand when you run around

I was toying with getting one but my other half had different ideas lol. Them ps controllers have always been dodgy, even on the psx/ps2 too. Good kill streak there for your son bro...must be a pro |

cheers johnny yeah he is pretty hot , he's a lot better than me.. .just ask meaty.lol the playstation home is pretty good and is just the beta , when its finished it will be awsome .. you can walk around a town square and meet people for bowling and pool and watch movies and there is also chess and chequers tables littered about the square you can play on plus you have your own appartment to decorate and invite people around. its a lot like the sims people but better graphics ..its a hundred times better than the little mii bloke on xbox ..it looks like sony are certainly going in the right direction for a better , meet people and friends experience oh yeah and forgot one important piece of information ... In my eyes if i bought 1 the novelty wouldnt last long just purely because i got a decent size group of mates on LIVE so id always hav a game to play with someone, compared to starting all over trying to find a decent group. Also not much time to play both machines to make a purchase worth the $$'s |

regardless of how good the console is , ive got a a heaving list of friends on XBL and it would be weird trying to fit time to get "something" out of another console with another different bunch of friends !!! I think i only have room for 1 console no matter how good it clearly is ... and thanks to XBL ill probably never switch to Sony again |

if a majority of my friends list i.e the sps-clan got one i'd think about it. xbox is where it's at tho. we've had some cracking times on the old xbl. |

I've had a PS3 since they came out, so I have a foot in both camps. Most games are identical on both PS3 and 360. (Bit expensive getting both) I can't play my PS2 games on my 360 though. I only got my 360 this year 'cos I love playing online and the XBOX community seems to be a lot more sociable. Feel free to add me on PSN xDARTHVADERx |

Bought a slim and have to say MGS 4 is the best game ive ever played on any system totally amazing from start to finish. Loving Uncharted also, buying Uncharted 2 on Friday, but PSN is shit. |

Being a blu ray disk is going to have far more cutscenes and just typical of the games creator i believe. As for that being 80% of the game id rubbish that statement. The game is very big. The Halo Wars cutscenes have been made in to a film there that long so wouldnt judge the game on that without playing it first. |

i dunno , ive never been on the console , but i pretty much expect it to be at least as good as the xbox , but with some longer load or patch update times ? my thoughts on where it was shite ,is in the PSN - that its free is SONYS pull , but i know a lot of 360 owners who never play theirs , and i dont think its down to the console, its down to the online experience |
