Mental Status

Excellent. Aliste Marius Orlandeau's personality is cool, calm and collected matching his watery abilities. All the same, his cold exterior and professional attitude turn people away thanks to having been raised to be that way. Though he has lightened up with time, he is more aware of his actions and thoughts as well as of others. He is very intelligent, and is respectful to those he deems worthy, which are few and far in between for this "cloud of contradictions" though for the most part, you have his respect until a person shows him that he should not. Well-spoken and somewhat graceful matching that of his element, Aliste holds patience as his virtue, allowing him to keep control of himself and his emotions. He can be frustrated and caught off his guard, but this rarely happens. Chiefly, he is very flexible, surprises seem to be expected by this man for some reason.

Aliste has defrosted slightly becoming a bit more friend to the people around him and actively trying to join the Hyakuji community around him. He holds a particularly "chill" attitude, though he is capable of getting steamed should something be done wrong or if he has gotten frustrated enough to the point where something needs to be said. While he is a bit detached, he's a good person at heart.

Special Abilities

Aliste holds the elemancer control, manipulate and generate over H2O in all of it's states. He is capable of combining Hydrogen and Oxygen atoms, usually from the atmosphere, to generate water. His aquamancing techniques include the following:

+Water Temperature Manipulation: Aquamancers naturally possess hydro-thermokinetic powers and abilities regarding their element, meaning that they can alter the physical state of the water they manipulate (between liquid, solid and gas) at will. Changing the phase of water allows for multiple techniques in the course of a battle, from encasing an opponent in ice to hiding behind a wall of mist. Ice and steam/fog can also be molded in a diverse range of shapes. Ice provides a degree of hard lethality since it can be molded into spikes or blades to pin down or impale opponents. Steam or mist can obscure a battlefield and mask movement. An aquamancer can easily superheat and boil water and other liquids to scalding temperatures. Very basic technique.

+Water Pressure Manipulation: Aquamancers are also able to manipulate water pressure, allowing their techniques to grasp other objects or cutting through without simply parting around them. Since water is incompressible, it can be used as a semi-solid while being able to move and flow like a liquid. Water can be pressurized to such a level where it can slice through metal. Aquamancers can also use this to avoid sinking in water, effectively being able to walk on water.
-Water Knife: The ability to shape water into a super-sharp edge or point for a split-second. Due to water's highly incompressible nature, it enables a aquamancer to cut through metal, wood and stone.

+Water Whips: Varying in size, a mancer creates a lashing tendril of water to swipe at a foe. The shape, size, and length are determined by the abilities of the Aquamancer thus, more powerful mancers would create whips of larger size or with more finesse. Due to water being incompressible, a whip can be sharpened into a blade that can even slice through metal with relative ease.
-Icicle Spear: By freezing a stream of water and usually sending the frozen result, an Ice Spear, flying at the target.
- -Ice Discs: Aquamancer creates a cylindrical column of ice, usually by first making a Water whip and proceed to slice razor-sharp sections of it off and send them at an opponent. They are sharp around the edges but usually very thin.

+Water Jets: High pressure jets to force foes back or even blast clean through a target if holding enough focus. Water jets have use in severely hurting foes, as if hit by a high pressure washer.

+Waves: By moving a large mass of water without separating it form it's original source, the aquamancer can create waves of nearly any size. This can be used to sweep opponents away even as a form of transport by surfing upon it even propelling a waterborne craft.

+Water Bullet: A water bullet is simple aquamancer move which, sends a large amount of water sends it in a forceful blow to a target. Similar to a water jet but faster and requiring less concentration. Useful for it's simplicity and efficient for attack, it requires little concentration.
-Ice Spikes: Aquamancers can shoot shards of ice at their opponent, or cause spikes to protrude from a body of water.


+Water Wall/Shield: Aquamancer molds water into a variety of shapes that can be used to deflect an attack, trap foes in viscous body, reshaped and propelled at attackers before they can recover, or solidified into a shield of ice. This defense is quick in suiting situations the aquamancer requires defense in and is very adaptable. It does require a degree of compression or it becomes ineffective.
-Ice Shield: the Aquamancer freezes an amount of water in front of them, creating a shield of ice.

+Ice Claws and Greaves: Ice Claws is a move where the mancer draws water around their fingers and freeze it, similarly they can do this around their legs and create greaves. These can also be sent forward, shooting them at an opponent. These are usually used to improve upon the Martial Arts techniques.

+Steam/Mist Manipulation: Aquamancers can manipulate steam, capable of producing it from any water source. It can be used to freeze people or objects. It can also be used for cover. It should be well noted that this may have been mist also, which is comprised of tiny water droplets suspended in air.
-Breath of Ice: The aquamancer can use their breath to rapidly freeze objects, such as metallic chains, or an opponent. For a more advanced version of the technique, the user takes a deep breath and exhales the air as a cloud of freezing mist.

+Water Filtering: An Aquamancer can purify polluted water easily by removing pollutants aside.

History

"But one of the scientist who despised the Turks even though he work for them, kidnapped Sephiroth away from the facility and hid him at his own home. Zexion Ashura, a owner of an Anatomy corporation who worked in genetic engineering, adopted Sephiroth and kept him as his own. Despite the fact that Zexion had his own son, Zexion spent more time with Sephiroth both helping him grow and to study his abilities and behavior patterns. By taking this silver hair boy into his basement, Zexion and his wife as a lab assisant looked over Seph as a son and a specimen to find out where his bloodline come from. Zexion even work on a clone project that was able to grow at a fast rate and stop at adult hood. Even his company back him up on the project by paying for his funds and defending him against the Turks who made Zexion a suspect who stolen their prize subject. Though the Turks never found out that Zexion had stolen Seph and use him for his own reason. Zexion had made his dream come true and succeeded in completing their clone project in succession of making three genetic clones of Seph. But when it came to the presentation Zexion revealed it to his company only to fail on the same day when the experiments had gone wrong. The three specimens killed off Zexion and his wife, and destroy half the people there before they fled off into their own ways. "


Aliste Marius Beoulve was born as a product of genetic engineering and born in a pod, in a cold laboratory on December 23rd. His creator was Zexion Ashura was attempting to create the perfect elemental super-soldiers, combining elemental and demonic genes that went through many specimens but Aliste was one of the few who managed to survive and flee. A genetically modified clone of Sephiroth Ashura, Aliste contrasted from him by being a Aquamancer as opposed to his mastery of Pyromancy. Upon fleeing he was eventually captured by the B.P.R.D., enrolling the boy as a Marine Cadet attending Belforest Academy officially while his mastery of Aquamancy had him murdering enemies of the state as part of the a classified organization.

They proposed to raise him to be a super-soidier, having been the a demonic clone of a powerful figure of powerful lineage. He was told that his mother would be proud of him if he continued on with the missions he was assigned, and that he was a wonderful student. But as the worlds came to be overwhelmed by the Heartless, he found himself called upon as a clone of Sephiroth's to help defeat the Xephiroths. Discovering that his connection to the man, he came to decide to things, he would either hate or find a comrade in him...

Aliste Marius Orlandeau managed to find him, the owner of Underground 10 Nightclub and his brother, Sephiroth Ashura. Aliste made it known he would stay close and be living there, the two of them were going to get to the bottom of their origins. The two were in agreement but fate would bring them together in other endeavors as well. Enrolling into Hyakuji High, he began a change in his life for the better but his past always made him keep an eye out for things that seemed off.

On a dark night, he had spotted a man moving about the campus in the late hours. His curiosity got the better of him and he would begin tailing him to the best of his abilities but the man was good himself. A Duel began between the two with Water, Ice and Steam against Lighting and Electricity, the two managed to get to a stalemate. Nickle would eventually befriend him, having had a duel for the hell of it, it seemed. He would even be asked to take a shot at the Aquamancer Instructor position but the other challenger wasn't a person to take lightly and Kaede Akita would come out on top.

His time with the Elemancers and the students of Hyakuji have lightened his mood though he is still a quiet type of person, more comfortable around people. During his time in Hyakuji though, he was introduced to the a local Doctor who was interested in adopting the him. Dr. Motoko Kōzuki , accomplished surgeon had taken an interest in the boy after having him on her table once before and taking notice of his lack of parents. As an American who reminded her of her deceased ex-husband, she wanted the boy to have a guardian of his own and she decided that it would be her. Going through various trials and tribulations, Motoko managed to get the boy to accept. With a new family breathing to deal with, he hopes that life in Hyakuji might just get have something new in store for him.
