Surviving the explosion itself wasn't difficult, even the most basic of Riders could withstand this much regardless of forms. There were tales of a man with a prosthetic arm surviving a Cruise Missile after all, so this much wasn't any different. Regardless, now that everyone's attention was grabbed, it was time to start the next phase of the plan.

Unfortunately for those who tried, getting to Kazuna's location shortly after explosion would prove to be difficult, between the fire and the debris anyway. It was more than enough time for Kazuna to once again convert her body into ShaUTa's liquid form and simply travel into an exposed pipe and to where she needed to go next. From the second floor she went down to the basement level.

Once there, she'd return to a solid state...and then switch out her medals again. From blue to silver, she switched to the far more bulky SaGoZou combo, and once that was equipped...she began pounding her chest. Repeatedly. She was literally shaking things up for the people trying to evacuate the building...as not only did they have to deal with the aftermath of the explosion...

The building was now shaking as a whole as the powerful shockwaves being sent out ripped through the foundation. Indirect assaults were always the best. And even if debris fell on her, the forms ability to manipulate gravity to an extent kept her safe.

Fire, Earthquake, a bothersome sprinkler system trying to suppress the fire but doing a better job of ruining her silk shirt than it was of getting everything under control.

The good news was the evacuation plan of the hospital was being managed by a reasonably professional staff who wasn't out panicking. The bad news was-

The feeling in the air as magic was being used was unique. In a sense, if youre around it often enough, you can feel the disturbance just before it happened. Magi could detect each other's spellcasting for a reason, and it was a skill indeed to be able to hide it. Whether it be as a challenge or simply because of how hard it was to conceal when you used sorcery of large scale, she noticed it quickly enough to get back from the wall she'd been standing just in time to avoid the blast.

Misae clucked her tongue.

The person confronting them on this floor was Tsukasa Hiro.

In terms of power, processing ability and capacity, Hiro was in almost every way her superior in magecraft. To face him on his own terms in a battle of force on force was tantamount to suicide.

However, with magecraft, battles are not won by those who were simply the strongest. Magecraft is a battle of concepts, and a concept is defeated by another concept. Therefor, those who won, were those who held on to the rules the hardest, and with the fewest tears.

The good news for now, despite the Earthquake and fire complicating the issue of evacuating the building, was that one, someone was already confronting Hiro. Who it was didn't matter, but it did mean that he wasn't focused on her at the moment. The better news was that Hiro had also thoughtfully provided a new way out of the building.

Though they had turned this place into a battlefield, she was not about to let it become a particularly bloody one if it could be helped.

A faint hum sounded through the air as her mind quickly processed the song.

Wee paks ra chs hymme...

En exec HYMME_LUMINOUS_DEFENCE, sos yor.

Her voice echoed through the air as her hands moved quickly to project the ethelite on the two large holes closest two her. The wall towards Hiro, and the one to the outside world. In actions practiced countless times, even an Earthquake wouldn't break her concentration as the inner hole was quickly sealed off by a barrier born of ethelite and hymmnos theory.

EXEC_HYMME_LUMINOUS_DEF - a defensive spell that provided the equivalent of up to 20mm of homogenous steel plate. But it's true potential as a defensive armament was the property of 'protection against the supernatural.'

Magical effects would be negated if it could not exceed it's output, and even spells that broke through were weakened by the disruptive effect of the clash. If nothing else, it bought time for her in a clash of sorcery.

The second barrier was not one to seal off, but one that anchored from the floor to the ground outside, forming a glowing physical barrier that acted as a slide to allow people to leave. Turning to the nearest passing staff member, she concentrated to both hold the spell and speak as the secondary voices continued to echo through the hallway.

"Please get everyone who can out through that exit, I'll hold it for as long as I can." she said, cooly, calmly.

Regardless of the situation, Misae held true to the family motto. Always retain your elegance.

Dawn was in the process of assisting with the evacuation as calm and orderly as she could, when the building started to shake as well she silently cursed her opponents. She wished to engage them right away but that wasn't what should be done in the situation.

They had to try and get everyone out into a safe place, for the most part though the evacuation was going surprisingly quickly. It probably came with the fact that people in Hyakuji were just generally prepared for these sorts of things to occur, Dawn felt a bit upset that this kind of thing was something that they were used to. It proved Hiro and Damon's point even further.

Shortly afterward making sure that people were making their way out Dawn followed after Kaito. They had to try and deal with the threat, regardless of who the threat was. She made her way up the stairs, unsure of how in particular they would be able to deal with the threat that was occurring.

Hiro and Damon had already proven that they were far stronger then the students, they still had that strength. The only way they could hope to succeed was to either talk them down or to somehow trick them and exploit an opening. Unfortunately talking them down didn't work so well last time and exploiting an opening nearly got people killed. She shuddered to think that they despised what Hyakuji had become so much that they felt the need to tear it down even at the cost of innocent lives.

Between himself and Kine, a large amount of patients had managed to escape. All of the children seemed to be willing to follow the flying talking kitten to safety. Kine was currently waiting outside. Doing his best to direct any new students that wanted to help. And attempting to give Sora as much support via communicator as he could.

So now it was time to go on the offensive.

Sora had learned from his last encounter, that fighting head on and with standard tactics are pretty much useless. So the Dragon Slayer did something he never thought he would have to do. He tried to be stealthy. Wrapping a wet cloth around his face to protect from the smoke. Sora kept low to the ground. He had forsaken his shoes to aid in his attempt to be stealthy.

And it looks like his efforts bared fruit. None other than Hiro Tsukasa was ahead of him. At the moment he was behind the wizard, but that could change at any moment. However luck was on his side. One of his allies Renga was on the attack. In a rather.... revealing outfit. "Hello nurse." A small part of Sora's mind commented. That part that was usually buried under the teen's battle hunger and general thick-headedness.

Capitalising on the fact that Hiro may do the same thing as he did at the mall and be distracted by the fairer sex. Sora crept up on the mage. Waiting until he reacted to Renga before he struck.

When Hiro reacted, Sora would bring his foot up in a kick. Turing his foot into a white dragon's claw at the last moment.

This kick was different. It was not a roundhouse kick, not a stomp. But a simple matter of bringing the foot up at a high speed.... Right between the rogue wizard's legs.

Yurei walked out the starbucks across the street. "Hmm nothing like a double chocolate chip frappuccino" she said slipping her drink as she saw a large crowd in panic.

"What's going on?" the neko girl asked no one in particular as she saw allot of commotion coming from the hospital.

she ran to the hospital, she could see from the outside an fire had broke out in the hospital a bad one telling from all the smoke crashed windows and people panicking.

as she entered the building she felt the ground shaking beneath her feet. "What the" she said as she examined her surroundings from what she saw from the outside most of the damage caused was on the second floor so she ran up the stairs to see the source of damage and to her surprise she saw a man getting attacking by a nurse?

she blinked "That's something you don't see everyday" she commented as she watched the attack to see if it went through as she watched she could tell the man was Hiro Tsukasa one of the most famous wizards ever in Hyakuji from all the news report she knew he was evil so she prepared a lightning bolt in her hand prepared to fire a counterstrike should the nurse attack fail a lightning bolt should be fired at Hiro from his left side.

Between the evacuating citizens and the explosion earlier, and then he heard another huge explosion from the other side of the hospital, not to mention the sudden earthquake that could not have been a natural one...

Could the situation get any more annoying than it already is?!

The young man growled in irritation, trying to keep his footing steady as the earthquake struck. How many people are there, two? Three? He can't assume just one, that's being too optimistic if it's even allowed in the first place. At this point, with how much power they're exhibiting right now, it wouldn't even matter if the civilians were being evacuated or not, the whole building itself would be brought down before they knew it...

Where are you...? The young man thought, as he then became still. ...Or as still as he could try to be, whats with all the shaking...

...

Che...!

He glanced down to the floor with an irritated click of his tongue. The young man raised his foot up high, before bringing it down-!

CRAAASHH!!!

The roof to the basement, at the same time being the floor to the ground level, violently collapsed as something, or someone struck through it, leaving behind a sizable hole enough for a man to jump through.

"I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF YOU, DAMMIT!!!" From the cloud of dust and debris came out Seth Ryouga, roaring out in anger with the phantom sword Hakurouken reared over his shoulder, charging towards SaGoZou and intending to bring the blade down onto the Kamen Rider with enough force to break both the ground and the sword itself!

Whether it actually hits or not is another matter.

Selene felt the building rumble and shake and nearly fell over. "What the heck was that?!" she exclaimed, using the wall to steady herself.

"What the hell?!" she exclaimed. "I did not know Hyakuji was built on a fault line!" She heard a loud crash and looked back at the source, discovering a large hole that led down to the basement area.

"Well, that was close, I would sure hate to fall- oh no!" The next quake shook her away from the wall and she tumbled backward into the hole.

"Aieeee!" she exclaimed as she fell down, only managing to turn so she landed on her feet at the last second. "Ow... that's gonna be sore in the morning..." she muttered, standing up. "Oh hey Seth and- Kazuna!" she exclaimed, drawing a four foot long candy sword from her pouch. "I take it back, I am very glad I fell down this hole." Selene said as she began to prepare more chocolate and also some caramel.

As soon as Kaito and Dawn were going up the the stairs the whole building started to shake. Why it was shaking he would never know. Maybe it was Hiro or maybe it was just nature deciding they hadnt suffered enough. Either way the whole hospital was shaking and he lost his balance. This is what happens when he rushes and doesnt think about safety.

"Nononononoooo!!!"

Kaito tried to grab the rails but couldnt reach them in time. Hes luckily that it was just one floor or he wouldve been seriously hurt.

"Ugh....next time im taking the elevator." said Kaito on the floor rubbing his head. A small stream of blood made its way down his forehead but he would live.

"Hiro better not be behind this. It was hard enough to fight him in the mall in a big open space. Here its even more dangerous. What with the small corridors and injured civilians are here." said Kaito mumbling to himself. Then he remembered something.
Didint Hiro get easily distracted by pretty women?.....He just had an idea!

Dawn! Im gonna need your help! We need to go back down to the hospitals floor and get all the swimsuit magazines we can find! Or anything that has hot female models in it."

He never said his plan was smart. It was a plan nonetheless! Though he wasnt even sure Hiro was here to begin with. Still a plan is a plan! Trying to go down as carefully and quickly as he could he started to will the water out of the gourd. Not shaping it yet though since he had to keep moving as fast as he could.

ZEHAHAHA!!
Oh, good. The sprinklers were broken on this floor. Well, maybe it wasn't so good. Lucid didn't know. Of course, a certain alchemist making his appearance made up for that.

"Hey, Xie!" She smiled, especially after he kicked her wheelchair and accused her of blowing things up. It was a common mistake, of course. "Oh, not me this time. It's a friend of mine, a Kamen Rider. She kind of went crazy two days ago. Haha, I got shot while trying to fight her, actually."

She pointed to the bandages around her abdomen.

"So, we're not likely to stop the hospital getting blown up unless we work together. Want to stop the crazy Rider from killing us all?" She asked cheerfully. "I mean, you can't really escape now unless you can fly. So it's fight through them alone or fight through them with aid."

The building shook, prompting the gears in Lucid's brain to work again.

"Either she's making things explode with Rider Kicks, or she's gone SaGoZo. I remember what she did when we were all on that island with the world ending Beast."

'Gravity' had made its will known. Time to go hunting for Riders.

-------

"You there! Sir, we must usher the patients to safety." John sloshed his way to Levia, his bokken in his hands as he made his appearance. Being made of jelly, he had simply dropped down the stairs without much trouble. He wasn't quite sure what floor he was on right now, but it was time to help out anyways.

"Did you see how many attackers there are? We must redirect the patients away from them!"

Kazuna was the only one he knew of. But earlier, Lucid had discussed the others. Hiro, Damon, Aisia, and an unknown sniper. He didn't know if there were any of those people assaulting the hospital, or if they were preoccupied in another place. Any one of them arriving would make an efficient evacuation impossible.

The sprinklers chose that moment to go off, dousing them with water as he sighed deeply. Well, this was going to make the evacuation even harder. There was no way that he could absorb all of this water.

"Oh, this will be a truly dreadful day."

Another person was making the same noises as Kazuna. But the noises were coming from upstairs.
There was still some rumbling, but over time they started to weaken. Not completely, but enough where the the shaking was not as bad as before. It wasn't perfect. But it was doable.

Otoha was nonchalantly walking into the hospital with a giant megaphone in hand, but also making the same rumbling noises as Kazuna was with her chest pounding. Except given her power over sound, she was able to create a near-perfect reverse of Kazuna's rhythmic pounding, nearly canceling out the soundwaves emitted by the Kamen Rider. Unfortunately, it didn't protect the rest of the hospital from complete destruction, only the immediate area around her. Hopefully it would be enough to get as many people out of the building as possible.

What worried her was how there were apparently only two attackers inside. Was their third attacker in here?
She would have to find out later. While she made the noises on her megaphone, she also started tapping into her CB radio in morse code, a message that was for Jonny (and one that he hopefully understood, she didn't have time to ask if he knew morse code):

ATTACK IN HOSPITAL, STOP. CHECK OTHER AREAS FOR DESTRUCTION. STOP. INVESTIGATE AS PLANNED, STOP.

All she could do right now was keep the whole place, or at least the main evacuation exit, from crumbling down completely!...

Those leaving the hospital via some of the back evacuation points would get to hear a steadily increasing panic attack from a large one-eyed Scotsman as he entered the building. "Ohgodohgodohgodohgodohgodohgodohgodohgodohgodohgod," Matt would say as the building shook around him, practically hyperventilating the words.

What about this even resembled a good idea?! This was insane! No, worse! This was just plain stupid! At this rate, he was going to get buried under rubble again, and nobody was going to dig him out for hundreds of years, and he was going to fall even further behind everyone else in terms of knowledge, and-

It was at this point that he quite literally ran into a girl in a wheelchair. He would stumble for a moment, nearly falling onto the Alchemist that was currently with said girl. ... Well, seems even panicked, Matt knew how to make an entrance.

CRAAASHH!!!

"Heke?" Levia made a sound as a voice called out to him. The blonde turned towards the direction of the voice, his eyes ending up at the stairs. There from above, an oozing bulbous liquid poured down the stairway, like a demented space slinky. At first, the blonde had thought the thing to be drool from some gaping maw-like monster.

However, as the blob began to semblance like arms and legs, along with a wooden sword, Levia knew that it was no drool. And the boy's eyes shot wide open in horror. What kind of random encounter was this?! Then again, you couldn't really blame Levia either; this was the guy who totally lost it over some large crickets. In any case, it seems like today would be full of such misconceptions.

"S-stay away! I'm warning you, don't come any closer!" Levia screamed, almost stuttering. The boy took a step back and-

Felt air.

Where did this giant hole come from?!

And Levia fell, being engulfed by the empty air about him. Thankfully, he didn't fall far, as he suddenly stopped in less than a second. After all, falling down one floor wouldn't take too long; though the blonde would probably experience some bruising of his posterior. He should've counted himself lucky that he was on the first floor. But that was fine, as Levia saw that he had fallen a few feet from his friends.

"Sir Seth! Hungry girl! A slime monster is trying to take my precious thi-" Levia announced, his voice filled with glee and despair. Except, he was cut short when he saw the other individual that was down here, dressed in a robotic superhero-esque suit. And fighting Seth and Selene. Immediately, Levia clamped himself shut; the situation was grown nearly deathly serious.

But at least he was united with his fellow Bracers now. Seeing that Seth was otherwise busy, Levia turned sheepishly to Selene.

"Uhh, is that the guy that's causing all this ruckus?" Of course, just because Seth was walloping the guy didn't make them a bad person! But, in anycase, Levia was already tensing himself. And somewhere, back at the dorm, a window broke.

Seeing Selene pull out a sword, Levia wondered should he start carrying his weapons in his pocket. He would need some pretty big pockets...

"Don't lie to me! This has your name written all over it!" Well, not really, but the way the girl was smiling was a dead give away that she was enjoying this. Or so Xie thought. As for the matter of escaping, Xie, in fact, could escape, rather easily he might add. But he wouldn't. Obviously, there was too much at stake here to just run away. Xie wasn't that kind of person.

And then the next thing his knew, some random person flew into his face. Well, perhaps Lucid could count herself lucky. If Matthew hadn't made his appearance, Xie probaly would've sent the bizarrre girl hurtling down the nearest stair case.

"WHAT THE FUCK?!" Xie shouted, hand over his nose, completely forgetting about the handicapped woman. Instead, the boy's rage was now directed at the homunculus. Raising his free hand, Xie was about to do something completely unspeakable.

"I'LL FRICKEN KI-"

And then, magic. Or, more accurately, the exhaust and signs of magecraft. Energy, prana, mana, whatever name you wished to call it, it all fell into the same category. An unprecedented amount, on such a scale that it cut the Alchemist off. Even anyone with a passing familiarity or sensitivity to magecraft would feel it. It could only mean one thing; that thaumaturgy was in use. And judging by the amount, by some very competent magi.

Xie glanced up, completely forgetting about his prior squabble with Matthew and Lucid. He can boot them off the rooftop later.

"Screw that," Xie replied stoically. "We're going up." Towards that nigh overwhelming source of thaumaturgy. And with that simple statement, Xie began stepping torwards the nearest staircase. Yes, staircase, because only an idiot would use an elevator when there's an earthquake and fire. As for Lucid, well, if she wanted to follow, someone would have to carry her.

...Well, it was a good thing Matthew had just arrived then. He can go prove himself useful.

Beware The Penguin Emperor
"Thus it is so, that the heroine of justice MIRROR KREUSS, will have to use all her might, collected through the singlehanded slaying of a foulest beast!"

*used memory of chaos*

Slowly, Carol began to be able to feel everything that surrounded her. The people moving arrhytmically and in all directions, chaotically worried steps scrambled to and fro, some inadvertently closing in on the zone from where everything had originated. Gradually, her range of vision expanded, first her immediate surroundings, the room where she was and a few nearby, then the floor above her, then the flow below, rooms in both floors, further extension into the walkway. Finally, she was able to see everything in the hospital.

She saw it, it was high time for her to shine, if she closed in at the right time, she'd be able to stop the villains that had gathered dead on their tracks. Yet she had seen far more than only the villains that stood in front of her.

People were going to die if no one did anything. There was a limit to what the staff could do to prevent casualties, especially when they had no idea of where the originators of the whole situation stood. She pouted and stomped hard on the ground, gritting her teeth before summoning two clones.

"LOVE AND JUSTICE SHALL PREVAIL!"

With that, she and the two clones went around the hospital to find people and get them out through the routes that shew thought were safest. a girl that had a leg caught under the rubble, an old lady, and a man who was in panic were the first people that she started guiding towards the safe exit of the hospital.

"MIRROR KREUSS SHALL SAVE YOU ALL!"

"OOKAY, I THINK I HELPED OUT EVERYONE I CAME ACROSS, AND PROBABLY EVERYONE ELSE IS SAFE, MAYBE. NOW I SHALL ENGAGE IN EPIC BATTLE WITH THE EVILDOER!" Ursus said as he opened the rooftop door. "UH...WHERE IS EVERYONE? ISN'T THE BAD GUY USUALLY ON THE ROOF?"

Ursus started to run around the roof, checking under every stone and around every corner. Soon, it was apparent that there were no evildoers on the rooftop.

"HMM, WHERE COULD THEY BE?"

Ursus started to peak over the edge. Unfortunately, at that moment, the entire building decided to shake a bit more than usual. The boy had to hang for his life, being perilously close to becoming a sidewalk pizza. When he managed to retain footing, he immediately ran back to the staircase.

"TO THE BASEMENT!"

NICE DRIVE!
"Hah," Hiro laughed in a mocking tone at the rather attractive lady launching a surprise attack, "Last time was just a glitch. I won't be so easily distracted this time!" Or so he said. What was it he had been doing instead of launching the attack right on time coordinated with the first explosion? Well, minor detail. Smirking, Hiro held forth his right hand and charged a massive blast of magical energy and launched it forth ready to intercept the girl. She'd have to abandon the attack or get blasted to the other end of the building; her choice.

Meanwhile, magical barriers seemed to be forming. It seemed there were a few people present on their A game as it were. For the time being, Hiro paid these little mind. They seemed in place to help people in escaping and that had nothing to do with their goal: destruction. Still, with no distractions in place, Hiro remained quite focused. Focus enough to sense the growing energy approaching from behind. As Sora kicked, his body tore through the split-after image of Hiro as he vanished and re-appeared a few feet behind the boy.

"A for effort," Hiro joked with a calm laugh. Due to the change in positioning, Sora was now in place for the sudden bolt of lightning that would erupt. Not waiting to see the end result of the re-direction, Hiro began to hop back several steps to put distance between himself and the gathering students. Suddenly tracing a line in the air, the Crimson Katana he had wielded at the Mall appeared for him to grasp.

"That's the fun thing about you guys," Hiro mocked them in an all too confident tone, "I could actually not fight at all and eventually you'd just take yourselves out with your lack of coordination and planning." Saying thus, Hiro nodded swiftly motioning, nigh goading, the group to continue on their assault. He wouldn't launch an attack of his own. Not yet anyways. There was a lesson to be learned here.
