Damon looked to the rushing in Aisia, just shaking his head. "The sooner this is done, the sooner we can get to something more important. A park, of all places...This is just demeaning." He grumbled out, before hearing a voice. "After the showing at the mall, I doubt any amount of professionals would work out. 'He' was right to pick us for this, the others wouldn't be anywhere near as effective."

Aaaand so it began. People began to enter the park as the civilians fled. Looking to the sky, Damon just frowned. "Terrorist? REALLY?" he muttered, shaking his head. Some of the soon-to-be victims stepped up and...Wait, was he seeing actual coordination here? Thought? One of these guys was flinging rocks at the missiles.

Aaah but came others! One turned into a Rider, one Damon had never seen before, and began opening fire. Damon brought up his shadow to block the attack, before another person landed and began to launch fire at him, the shadow still blocking the attack for the most part, but some of the flames were going around it, nearly striking him. He had to stand up and move closer to his shadow, in order to keep from being hit. And then...Huh? Something hit his shadow. Something light. It seemed harmless until they exploded, taking chunks out of his defense. He was still hidden, but behind the shield of shadows he had forged, Damon's eyes were wide. Wait, wait, that was an effective trick. Something was wrong here.

And then came the heroic speeches. The calls of them being wrong that this'll only make things worse. Damon SEEMED to listen the entire time, not reacting until the speeches were all complete.

"Are you quite finished?"

Damon's shadow evaporated, apparently. And it's it place stood Damon, his skin cracking. Falling apart. His eyes were yellow, darkness surging from him. "I'm fully aware of what I'm doing. And I'm working towards a plan far greater than you can imagine. But thank you for the speech. Perfect chance to plan out my retort!"

Damon leaped backwards, into the fountain, before a dark cyclone emanated from him. The last time something like this happened was years ago. Some might remember it, some might have seen it before from the tournament years ago. The last time this happened was when he fought Chizu, in a tournament. This was his transformation to his Elemental state!

However, it looked NOTHING like it did before.

This...this thing was massive. It was 4 times taller than any normal person, it's fists as large as Damon's human state. With a roar of rage, Damon struck out with his right arm, trying to swipe those assembled together away (Ralius, Rakutsu, Jaret, Jack, Hugh)

As for Ian?

...Nothing

...Wait, was Damon IGNORING him?

Not giving him the attention he cried out for?

This couldn't end well

"Right well... a good chunk of those professionals aren't making it here either way. You have no idea what a pain it was to drive around and set this all up without people asking questions you know." the voice over the line laughed "Well either way, I'll wrap this up quickly and move in to support you guys. This is going to be great for everyone's credibility I'm sure."

With a thin, cruel mile, a several switches were flipped very quickly.

A long stretch of Hyakuji's Roadway

Though not an ideal route, the long straightaway in part of the business district had conveniently also led to the park, although it first involved skirting over the edge of the downtown area. Because of that part, this particular path took longer to navigate on the average compared to heading there via the winding downtown roads, but it was also more devoid of traffic, making it less likely you'd be caught in a jam during rush hour, or in case of emergency.

It also allowed you to gun your engine and charge down at full throttle if you were responding to something.

Normally a good trait, it unfortunately also gave you less time to see what was ahead.

The lead vehicle of BOARD's Response Team hadn't noticed that it had tripped an invisible laser wire, activated just as the road had been assigned as their route. Several things happened very quickly.

The reciever on one end, having been cut off from the laser on the other, sent a signal down a wire that indicated the switch had been tripped. This signal then traveled down several more lengths of wire to a series of waiting devices.

The first set was a simple ANFO device with industrial grade prills, heating oil, and powdered aluminium, attached to a small quantity of PETN as a booster/initiator. Though fairly powerful, the device had little hope of defeating an armoured vehicle of this calibre, and was intended to jolt the occupants and surprise the driver, and cause damage to the surrounding area.

The driver obliged, turning the wheel hard to get his vehicle out of the road which had just turned into an ambush site.

The second one was a shaped charge with a typical copper liner. The explosives behind the metal lining shot it out at high speed, deforming the copper into a simple kinetic penetrator that shot into the wheel well of the vehicle. The penetrator tore through the vehicle's forward left wheel, unbalancing it as it tried to swerve out of the way of the first blast.

Heavy due to it's armour and now midway through a hard turn, the Response Vehicle skid off out of control just as a third device kicked more smoke and rubble into the air. Slowing down to regain control, this unfortunately had the now blinded second vehicle crash into the rear and side of the first one. A massive mess soon escalated as the other vehicles stopped to help their stricken comrades while the BOARD radio channels were filled with frantic calls for information and assistance.

Elsewhere, similar scenes had struck 2 more response teams, leaving them largely out of the fight, only further adding to the chaos.

Somewhere near the Park

It was quite a sight from the park as billows of smoke in the distance, rising from both the downtown area and hospital signaled both the effective destruction of BOARD's ability to respond to them and that the other attacks had begun in earnest.

"Well, that's done. You should hear the chatter, they have no idea what just happened." the comm told the pair again, a satisfied smirk audible in her voice "I'm moving in now. Do leave something for me to do this time."

Aisia once more created and raised her GP02 Physalis shield, blocking all of the incoming attacks as she did. The timing and recklessness of the attacks though made it so that Yuki's attacks got in the way of Emmet's arm stretch and would end up harming him as well.
"... Really now, you think they'd learn about things like coordination," she sighed as she discarded the shield. While it was a shield meant to protect its user against a giant nuclear explosion (or considering its scale, a very big normal one), the amount and ferocity of the attacks sent her way ruined it, and the explosions from Yuki's attacks even caused her to be driven back somewhat. "Well, Damon, I'm sure there's a reason for us being assigned to attack the park. Either way, I'm more of a 'wholesale destruction' kind of gal, so while you're doing that..."

She quietly summoned her GN Sword III again, but it wasn't to attack a single target. She was going right down to business.
"Do be a dear and make sure I don't get interrupted, though at the moment it seems I'm just being ignored. It'll give you something to do."

With that, she began to chant.

Oh, fragment of the Undying Sakura,
Remove the restraints of this world...

Her GN Sword III began to glow an eerie crimson and gather power...

Ralius was hoping that the group could somehow reason with Damon. In terms of power, he knew they were outmatched trying to fight him. He didn't know much about Aisia, but he'd seen Damon's strength on display at the mall and knew that they were facing a steep uphill battle. Maybe, with just the right kind of reason, Damon would...

... transform into a massive, raging elemental form. Great.

Damon's giant fist swiped toward the small cluster of them, and Ralius did his best to leap away, only to be struck and knocked several yards out and into the air, landing with a clumsy roll before finally skidding to a stop in the dirt, dazed.

"Gah.. Are you kidding me?? His power was overwhelming enough at the mall, but now.. this??"

Bringing himself slowly to his feet, Ralius scanned over the elemental body, looking for anything that might resemble a weak point. Perhaps right to the face? Or maybe down at the base of the swirling energy down near its base? Who could tell? To be safe, Ralius engaged his AMD device and sent a shimmering blue magical arrow for each of those spots, hoping something would strike a nerve.

It seemed like he had managed to take out the missiles prior to them causing much damage. The fight was already going much better in Gauis's opinion, that was about to change quickly however. Damon apparently was not convinced by the speech that Jack spoke, as a matter of fact beyond not convinced he decided to retort with a very large form. Gaius looked up at the creature, it was huge he wasn't sure what the others could do against it but he could potentially hold it off for people to either get away or exploit a weakness.

Gaius ran until he was about 10 metres away from the edge of the colossal being. "Everyone let me deal with this, try to restrain the other opponent." He shouted out to the others, he could hopefully match Damon's form reasonably well but he couldn't easily do this if the other opponent had free run of the place.

Kneeling down Gaius touched the earth and began to concentrate, he manipulated an extremely large amount of earth moving it towards the surface. Eventually cracking apart the ground in between him and Damon a large amount of earth rose up. It was probably the largest amount of earth he could manipulate. It took the form of a large golem the sound of scraping stone occurring along with it's movements.

The golem lurched forward to meet it's opponent. It's arm moved jolted forward swiftly in an attempt to batter the being before it. Gaius wasn't sure how effectively Damon could get out of the way in that form, it could potentially come down to a battle of endurance and strength. Either way he was concentrating as hard as he could on controlling the construct.

What is this thing?
Jack sighed as Damon turned "One Winged Angel." He was hoping that his speech would convince him to stop this madness. Leaping backwards out of range of the fist, Jack began barking commands. "Ralius and friendly Rider!. I want suppressing fire on Damon. Light based attacks seemed to work well against him in the past. Don't let him fire off any big attacks" He turned to Shin and Jaret. "Both of you keep Aisia off-balance. Don't let her fire off any missiles or finish whatever she’s charging up. Keep her on her toes." He made another leap and landed next to Gaius. Looking at the golem for a moment he made an impressed whistle."Be a pal and help out if your friend here doesn't work." He made a quick carving on the tree with his claw. It was a ( ) shape. "I want you to make a fairly strong barrier like this around Damon as soon as you can. Once you've got that done feel free to do whatever" He place a spare communicator on the ground next to Gaius. "Keep in touch with this." He knew of the terramancer's abilities from Sora's recount of their fight in the park several nights ago.

He called out to Rakutsu. "Raku! Get some of the civvies out of the danger zone and then initiate the plan when I give the signal." He then pressed a finger to his ear. "This is Mister Happy to Daddy Pop. Running Man is on the move, prepare to engage on my signal. Going feral now so I won’t be much on the communication side."

His commands finished, Jack once again let the beast out of it's cage. His body rapidly reforming and stretching until he once again took the same form he had at the mall.

Letting out another roar that resounded throughout the park. Jack picked up a destroyed lamppost and fired it like a spear towards Aisia.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Jaret reacted equally quickly. Making a grab for Shin, he leapt out of the way of Damon's fist. Nodding to the werewolf's plan Jaret turned to Shin. "I'm yours to command."

(OCC: I am giving Silver control of Jaret for his post)

What the hell is going on...

Did she do something in her past life to be this unlucky...?

That can't be, her life had been quite perfect- well maybe not perfect but she was very happy with her life until some crazy shit happened just weeks... maybe a month ago...

It was just then did her life... somehow, as she's seeing it, went horribly downhill.

What kind of sick divine power decided that she should be a part of this whole madness?!

...It could be attributed to the fact that she was the one who chose to stay here in the first place, but why the hell is she put right in the center of everything, twice in two days too?!

Terrible unluck, karma, her own fault, does any of it all matter in the end? The girl thought blankly to herself, shaking in her boots as she watched a bunch of military-esque personnel rushing to assist their colleagues trapped in a military-esque van of a sort that had literally just skidded and flipped right off the road before crashing and stopping right in front of her.

Why the hell is Sena Ryouga here in the first place...?

All she had wanted was a nice jog at the park early in the morning to get her mind off things... And then all of a sudden they were attacked.

Why... why, for what reason...?! Why does she has to be involved?! Why can't they just keep their fighting to themselves?!

The ordinary girl looked back, at the path that she had just taken to escape from the park. She had managed to get quite some distance away from there, but if these 'accidents' are of any indication...

No part of the city is safe.

Selfish... cocky... unsympathetic... entitled... powered people...!!!

~

From high up in the sky, there would be something coming down fast.

It wasn't big, quite small in fact. Small enough to be fit in one's hand.

No one should be able to notice it considering how small, ordinary and unimposing it was.

...Actually hold on, that by itself is odd. What the heck is a baseball doing way up there?

CLANG!!!

The sound of aluminum and ball striking each other resounded beautifully to her ears, as Sena Ryouga swung an aluminum bat as hard as she could, hitting the ball and sending it flying far and fast from the rooftop of one of the many high-rise buildings in the city, straight to the park! "There should be a pun in there... but I can't figure out- WHAT!!!"

CLANG!!!

Another baseball was hit off the park! Or towards it in this case, but anyway, she has this uncanny skill at being able to hit something, anything with a long piece of stick, and make them hit anything at range with a terrifying level of accuracy for a completely ordinary person!

Look, it came with many years of practice. It's the one talent that she has, an extremely fast learner who can easily excel in many things given enough practice. It may be something that could be applied to practically everyone, it's just that she can do it better, a LOT better, than most.

By the way her target would be Aisia since she doesn't seem to be moving. For some reason. The rest of her hits were aimed at Damon, but he's going to be a bit hard to hit since he's actually moving around a lot...!

That said, if it wasn't for the fact that she had been there to see first-hand who were the ones that started the attack she really would have tried to hit everyone present.

Shin was disappointed, but not surprised when Jack's attempt at talking the pair down failed. He was rather impressed with Damon's new form. He was rather curious was it fast as well as strong. Why did he take such a large form anyway? Wouldn't that just make him a bigger target? He would think it over later, right now he had to dodge this giant fist.

If he wasn't in such a high stress situation he would laugh at the irony of being saved by a demon. He allowed Jaret to pull him to safety. With a wry chuckle he gave a command to the demon. "You heard Argent-san. We need to keep her off-balance. So follow my lead and play support." Without another word, he sped off towards Aisia with Jaret right behind him.

He made it Aisia without much trouble, since the others were currently distracting Damon and Aisia was busy chanting. As he got into range he slid along the ground on his knees. Aiming a swipe at Aisia's legs, his sword wrapped in shadows so it now had the cutting power to slice through human flesh. He also sent a tendril to wrap around her hands that were holding onto her sword, in an attempt to stop her from swinging it. Shadows had also wrapped themselves around his body. Ready to erupt into spikes or form extra blades if the situation demanded it.

Even if Aisia moved her blade to deflect Shin's swipe. She would be wide open to the lamppost that Jack had launched at her. It was now travelling at an even higher speed that before, as Jaret had punched it as it flew past him. The demon adding his own titanic strength the the missile in an attempt to make it fly too fast for Aisia to react.

Beware The Penguin Emperor
A person who appeared to be completely insane, suddenly ended his speech with a good point. There were still civilians nearby, and they would be caught in the crossfire. He believed that it would be entirely possible to save most of them, as long as they collaborated and put the specific effort into it. However, as he motioned to move away, he was able to overhear some words between the two present at the park.

Thankfully, the heroes around him did a good job of diverting the people in front of him, allowing Kaizo to be within earshot of Aisia asking Damon to give her some time in order to do something or other. The bluenette did not know what they wanted to do, but if their past actions had been anything to go by, it was clear that they should not be allowed to do it.

He grit his teeth, pixels clashing against pixels, and a frown showing on his face indicated the focus he was putting into his next action.

You know what, I give up, see you all later"

With that he jumped, straight up and into a pixel platform he created below his feet after reaching a few hundred feet of air. He'd repeat the process a few times, with it happening at increasingly high speeds.

Eventually he reached a point in the sky where the screams of agonizing pain had subdued themselves, he looked at the park. DIend was there, he knew for a fact that the wearer of that rider suit was a boy known as Hugh Carter, he also recognized a few from the park.

But could he trust them to stop the cast?

"May the cost of a few lives be outweighed by the benefit of many"

He kept that thought in mind as he did a handstand on the pixel platform he stood, creating another platform at the position where his feet currently stood. Pushing the platform with his feet, he was launched downwards in a straight motion. While in the air, he continuously spinned, looking, from a distance akin to something likj a drill.

He had lied to everyone at the park, his objective was to speed towards Damon all the way from high up in the sky, hoping to hit him with his skydived drill maneuver, his strength and speed increased a hundredfold could help with what he was trying to achieve.

As he closed in, he'd launch a few twenty pixel blocks in the general direction of the floor.Even then, the nagging sensation of whether he was doing what was correct remained close by.

1390/5000 pixels left.

Emmet cried out as the explosions created by a presumably well meaning ally impacted his arm, completely destroying the vast majority of it. His little plan had failed miserably, and he had managed to contribute precisely nothing to the battle as it was at current. As his arm regenerated, Emmet began to react and plan.

"Holy Shi-Haaaahhhh..."

'....Okay, that could have gone better! Going to take the blame their, probably should have coordinated better. Won't be letting it happen again, that's for sure! Alright, so, rock and a hard place here....maybe if I could find some space...'

After a brief scan scan of the area, Emmet began to move towards the other side side of the park, towards a nice open area he had spotted. Keeping on the outer rims of the park. Though seemingly resolute in his movements, once out of sight of the enemy, he began to stumble.

*Shaky breathing*

"Come on, keep it together..."

He had come extremely close to losing his composure when his arm exploded. The pain had been intense, but the true blow had come from the aftershock. Destroying his arm like that, that was what an ally had done to him. His enemies were already showing themselves to be even more powerful, what with the giant monster forms and all. He felt insignificant, unable to really contribute or help in a meaningful way.

He shook his head as he moved, attempting to banish those familiar thoughts and halt this internal conflict. He had to try to help, he knew. It was his own fault that had been hurt, no one else's. He would attempt his own plan one more time, and then he would go be a team player. His thoughts were clearing as his resolution held, and he briefly realized that he had failed to react to what his allies had been doing. One of them had made some kind of rock monster, right?

Emmet was once more distracted from those thoughts as he reached his destination. Said destination, a fairly spacious part of the park, contained several still bystanders, presumably awestruck by the giant shadow monster. He cleared them out as quickly as he could, shouting warnings and helping them escape and resume movement.

Eventually, the space was cleared, and after a deep breath, Emmet began to stretch his arm out. He couldn't tell the exact numbers, but it was pretty long, that much was sure. Eventually, he reached a satisfactory length, and after a brief moment of worry, clenched his fist. He whipped his arm outwards, watching it build up speed as it careened towards the very large and easy to spot shadow man.

"Gaaaaaaahhh!!" The impact of the arm connected with the Rider and sent him flying into a nearby unscathed park bench, enough to break it in two. His head was spinning, that attack was strong, but he wasn't critically injured or anything, the armor was enough to absorb SOME of the blow.

"Damn, I am so green right now..what with him as that giant thing, I'll have to go for long-range, but homing..and I have just the thing.." Hugh said to himself. He picked himself up. Luckily, his bag had made the trip with him, but was exposed and ripped in some areas, and the strap was almost broken, hanging by a thread.

He then noticed something. "Well, shit.." His phone and charger had been crushed under all of the resulting force it had taken, his wallet and bottle of weird juice were okay, but he did notice an alarming crack on it.

"Ah, well. Not like I ever owned em, anyway." He pulled out the small set of cards he had from the bag, then tossed the bag aside. He opened up the compartment, acting quickly, he slammed a card into the slot and pulled the trigger.

ATTACK RIDE: BLAST

He fired several homing shots at the..thing, Damon had turned into, until he was out of "ammo" for that Attack card. The compartment slid open, and he took the card open. Now the card had to cool down until use again.

He waited cautiously for any further attacks, and thought about that guy who was beside him before (Shin), who seemed to be okay as he saw him in the distance.

"There's your suppressing fire." Hugh commented. Ralius would have to do his part now.

Wait..Kaizo? Kaizo Gene?

He recognized the boy, clear as day coming down from the sky. They had talked for hours that night. Someone else he didn't recognize(Emmett), severely injured also attacked Damon directly, still in his elemental form.

"OI!! RALIUS!! KEEP FIRING, PEOPLE ARE GIVING IT THEIR ALL!!" Hugh roared out.

51% Beef Guaranteed!
-- At an undisclosed location --

"Attention NPG. We have two sightings in Izanai Park. Damon and Aisia, no sign of our sniper, over."

"Alright everyone, stand back while Mr. Happy tries to negotiate", said Ken. He was sitting in what appeared to be an electric chair. The device was surging with electricity. Similarly, all around him ark towers crackled with immense power, generating voltaic arches that constantly pumped billions of kilowatts/hour into the youth's chest, "Avoid confrontation within reasonable limits. Remember, battle is a waltz and only with coordination can we own the court".

Ken's voice was confident, almost laid back... But as communications were cut off, he staggered "Khh!", he'd been there alongside Jason for 24 hours straight, absorbing as much energy as he could from the city's power grid and causing several power shortages in return. "They are almost here...", he said, panting. Sure his reserves had been vastly increased, but the mental effort required to transform so much energy for such an extended period of time was extenuating, "Jason... We cannot wait for Jack. Raise the power channeling to 100%...", he looked at the boy straight to the eyes "We must... We must succeed Jason".

Following his instructions would leave the city in complete darkness. Up until now he'd only been taking a 60% of its energy, but now every single machine that didn't count with a backup generator would stop functioning, all to provide Ken with a final kick of the power he'd need to fight and succeed.

The crackle was already deafening, but now it sounded like the hoofs of the Four Horsemen as they came crashing down, announcing the end of the world. Ken's back arched as he clenched his teeth so hard one actually broke inside his mouth "D-Don't stop Jason", he forced himself to regain control of himself, "It'll all soon be over...", he tried to convince him and maybe himself that everything would be fine.

"This is Mister Happy to Daddy Pop. Running Man is on the move, prepare to engage on my signal. Going feral now so I won’t be much on the communication side."

The current ceased, Ken took a few seconds to breath in and out before responding, "Daddy Pop here, don't forget to deploy EMP fields first, only then have Running Man proceed".

End of communications. Silence. Ken lifted his hand, observing it.

"Ahahaha..."

He was finally feeling it now, the power that had been syphoned into him. While he had been connected to Jason's machine he could only take and safely contain it, but now he was assimilating it as his own, it was all coming to him, the power to surpass his own limits, the power to be a hero.

"AHAHAHAHA!!", and what an overwhelming power!, He didn't even think it was possible!, It filled all of his being, completing him, pushing him over his limits, making his very soul transform evolve. Lovesexy materialized besides him, more visible than ever before. Ken had had not called it forth, and yet there it was, compelled by the blossoming induced on its masters soul by Jason's science.

Its pink exterior seemed to peel away, blown away as it turned to dust. Under it, a new shining, golden skin was revealed. It's armor morphed as well, changing its shape, extending, losing its heart patern for sharp, smooth edges, its size and musculature increasing even further as it did so.

Ken stood up.

Spoiler: click to toggle

"I must confess Jason", he turned towards his comrade with a serene smile on his face, as if not aware to the metamorphosis his Stand had just gone through "Our little project has exceeded every single expectation I had. Thanks to you we might actually win now"

He opened communications with his teammates, "Alright guys, I can be there in 20 seconds, give me the signal in advance"

—— Meanwhile, in the Park ——
The lights suddenly went out. Every single light, every single mechanism just stopped as a massive lightning seemed to strike down afar on the west... It did not last for long though. Soon enough Jack finished reporting the energy came back along something rather... Strange.

A golden glow could be seen rising on the east, on the location where the bolt had struck. Was it the sun?, But how could it be dawn at 5 am?

Sadly for Ken, none of that happened. Hyakuji's power grid was just fine. Very little of it was siphoned, and whatever was, quite frankly probably hurt like hell. Not surprising, really, considering how the city officials were worried the VILLAINS would do something along these lines. In all likelihood, his situation would not end well.

Arrows collided with Damon, as did blasts, and...baseballs? They certainly collided, and did cause Damon to roar out with rage and possibly injury. Then came the skydiving drill and the punch, which caused the large monster to reel a bit. Even MORE roaring, as it saw the golem advancing. "INSOLENT WHELPS!" Was all he could roar as his two hands reached down to block the charging construct, holding it back, with considerable effort.

With all the force he could muster, he worked to lift the heaping summon of earth, and flung it at Jack as he continued to try to give order in the middle of a fight. Best to attack one person who was distracted talking with a large, hard to avoid force. Once that was done, he pulled back his arms, black flames forming in hand. He tossed them out, one aimed at Ralius, and one at Diend.

"Duck." the terse command reached Aisia's ear just as a burst of photon bullets filled the area over her head like a massive stream of anti-aircraft fire.

Posted Image

The deluge of shots intercepted annihilated the telephone pole with sheer volume, and the continued barrage shifted it's target to the swordsman charging at Aisia.

Even for those unfamiliar with the weapons, the chill in air was familiar for anyone who had been at the amusement park. The chill that came with the mysterious shots whose essence seemed to scream with the concept that only natural things may exist in this world.

Impact would rend shadows and magic armours and even regeneration was ineffective. It was a conceptual curse that wrote over unnatural things and allowed them to be affected by mortal works. The photon bullets themselves meanwhile, were akin to 7.62mm rounds used by NATO machine guns.

Stepping out from a shaded area of the park, a lone Riotrooper stepped into the battlefield, the softly smoking barrel of it's Axel Ray-gun hinting that it had been the firer.

"Seems coordinated this time to me." it chuckled, as if to tease Aisia. The troopers voice seemed slightly distorted, as if it had come from a synthesizer "You should hurry it up, Damon is getting swamped."

Beneath the mask, the trooper's eyes narrowed as a thin smile formed on their lips as they calmly walked towards Shin, head turning towards him.

"It's funny though, I didn't think a child of the Seven Nights* still existed in this world..."

Aisia ducked, as per the voice's command.

Oh sword of burning red quantization,
Our power, with myself as candidate...

She continued to chant even with the shots peppering the area around her. The charging swordsman would either have to take the hits and let the spell counter his shadows and severely weaken him, or divert his path away from Aisia and forgo the attack. Either way, if he tried to attack her, his tendrils would still find themselves unable to wrench the sword away, as the spell was already halfway done and the very energy used to power it would be the perfect counter to it.

Light.

She stood up to continue the spell.

Together, let us walk the path of Destruction-

THUNK!

Aisia's head was suddenly thrown back from a powerful impact. What!? Something hit her?

The object that made its mark rolled across the ground. It was a baseball.

If this was the case, then that means that her spell was incomplete! They had sufficiently distracted Aisia enough to keep her from casting it, and saved the-

... AND DESTROY THE FOOLS WHO WOULD CALL THEMSELVES HEROES!

... never mind. It looked like the hit barely grazed her. Ducking and then standing up again caused her position to shift just enough to not get her head popped off by the baseball. She did have a fairly large bump on her head now though.

"YOU HAD ONE JOB! MAKE SURE I DON'T GET HIT! Jesus!" she angrily yelled as she raised her sword up in the air. The billowing energy from the spell coalesced into a single, giant sword of light that extended to roughly about a hundred times her height, yet was as weightless as air, allowing her to wield a weapon that was supposed to be physically impossible to use by sheer physics alone. And to any who watched Gundam 00 long enough, they would know exactly what this was.
"RAISER SWORD!"

With a drop of her arm, she would send the giant sword of energy crashing down on Shin and Jaret, and also crushing part of the forest behind them.
"Here, Damon, catch yourself a little break. Time to be slightly more serious now."

With that, she ran before Damon, her sword tearing up the ground as she did, and she swung the blade of the massive Raiser Sword towards Gaius, Kaizo and Emmet!
