Selene nodded, "I see your point. Capturing them alive should be our goal. To that end, I have a suggestion. Instead of having a bunch of students posted at the various places in the city, why don't we just assign one student to each location with the rest on standby."

She moved to a clean section of the board and drew a new circle labeled 'Hyakuji' and drew several stick figures standing in it. Then she drew a cluster of stick figures standing of to the side. " When one or more of them reappear, we can use a teleporter to send some students to support student at the location in question."

Selene drew a Rider stick figure standing next to one of the student stick figures and then drew an arrow from the group of stick students to the pair fighting. "We could also use the teleporter to try and send the offending attackers to a secure holding facility for further study."

...GODDAMMIT OTOHA.

Look, there is no way no one would be startled whenever Otoha appears in her own odd ways.

Obligatory shocked reaction aside however... He honestly couldn't think of anything to reply to them, simply sighing in disdain at their initial reactions before they... well.

Sigh.

Can't they at least make up their mind on whether or not they want to listen to him or not? He can't stand indecisive people. ...Not that he approves someone who literally just jumped out the window just to avoid listening to them any more. "At least most of you listened I guess..." He said as reassurance to himself.

"...I rest my case for now," The young man said with a tone of finality, signalling the end of his desire to partake in the discussion any longer. "Whatever you do next is all up to you, because I have absolutely no interest in dealing with matters that doesn't concern me,"

...Cold much? After all of the speeches he made, and after getting the support he needed to even speak in the first place? "We're all people with powers. But even we can't be all-powerful," The young man turned around, too suddenly that it startled the girl hiding behind him. "Choose and act wisely. Don't ruin yourself just for the sake of others. There are not that many things in this world that's worth dying for,"

...Hypocrite.

The young man made his exit through the door, with a very concerned and worried looking Sena silently following him from behind.

But not before giving a haughty glare behind her shoulder.

"... I knew I could count on you guys", Ken smiled. Now, Ken's smiles were frequent and rather diverse, there was the ever-present toothy, mischevous grin, the smug smile, the wiggling eyebrows smile, the seductive smile and many, many more... but this one was rather rare. It was a simple, honest smile. Ken was earnestly grateful.

... However it seemed that Shin wasn't too convinced about it, "Oh Shin, Shin, Shin, my good friend Shin", he said as he pug his afm around the boy, "How can you say no when I already made an uniform just for you?", he said, pulling out the frilliest white shirt ever accompained with jacket and pants, both of purple velvet with gold details, "Plus, if doesn't convince you, just look at your future", he added, pulling out a crystal ball out of his arse.

-- In the year 30XX --
"Hey Shin", said Ken's severed head in a life suport jar.

"What now Ken?", replied Shin's own jared head.

"Join the NPG".

"No".

"Cum oooonnnnn, I know you want to".

"I said no".

"Do it".

"No".

"Do it".

"No".

"Do it".

"No".

"Do it".

"*Sigh...*, Alriiiight. Are you now satisfied after more than a thousand years?".

"Yushhh :3"

And immediately afterwards, both of their brains exploded.

-- Back to the Future II, Stupidity Strikes Back --

"See?, You end up joining anyways", he said, giving Shin's side a short jab, "Plus, this group is meant to ring us all together so that we can solve this crisis much more efficiently".

However Rakatsu didn't seem all too happy his name wasn't picked, "Well, I had special efects, pretty colors, fancy fonts and a reallh nifty speech, while you didn't do much PR. Even a powerpoint presentation would have helped", Ken joked "But it doesn't really matter, the important thing is to work together, isn't that right?, So c'me here, we'd love to have you in~<3"

Next conversation wasn't as easy-going and pleasant as the previous however "Well, aren't you an edgy motherfucker", he told Matthew, "You dare criticise me without even knowing what I did in the mall. It is true, I went there so that I could be a hero, but I stayed for the people. All of us did".

"If it wasn't for us, the head count in the mall would have been much, much higher. We held off both Hiro and Damon enough so that most could be saved... Something that you, with your heroic direct confrontation, did not manage to accomplish. Meanwhile I stayed there as lo g as I could, fending off as much attacks as posible before being overwhelmed. As for my plan, I'd already admited it had faults, that people would die... But what have you brought to the table?, Any reason why my plan isn't feasible?, Any reason why his is viable?... I had my fair share of defeat at the mall and I'm not having any more of it. You, on your part can do as you wish".

"As for you", he turned to Seth, "Do you think that this is a game?, Some sort of twisted lesson?, Well, newsflash, I couldn't care less".

"You speak of the heroes and the deeds I grew up with, that I saw on TV, that I heard on the radio, that I wished I protagonized... But I know nothing about who was right or wrong, who should have lived and who deserved to die... What I do know is that the moment they attacked innocent civilians they stopped being our teachers. Whatever their intentions are, they are terrorists now and they shall be brought to justice. Not ours, but the justice of Man".

"Plus, they made it pretty clear than they would not stop", he added, more calm now, "If we don't fight, they will turn all of this city to ashes, and only god knows what will come next. Do you really want that, Seth?".

"... And as for you...", he said, this time addressing Seth's sister, "You couldn't be more wrong about us".

Ken had not recognized Sena at all when he entered the meeting, but once he identified her as the girl yelling in the intercom a surge of rage had ran through every blood vessel in his body. What she said back then had truly annoyed him, but despite that, he chose to speak calm and collected, not because she was the sister of yet another legend, but because otherwise he'd just prove her right. Not that he cared about what she thought on the first place, but Ken wanted his actions to be coherent with his words, specially now that he was trying to uphold his principles as best he could.

Next up, Selene brought up a very good point. Perhaps their teachers were being somehow controlled... But Ken wasn't so sure about it. Besides the terrible deeds they've done, Hiro both Damon seemed like their usual selves. They exposed several opinions, shown emotion and free thought. You just don't have those when your mind is being controlled.

Plus, he distinctly remembered Damon yelling at Hiro something. 'Remember the plan'. Now, for most this would have been an insignificant detail, but if they truly were being controlled Damon would have never needed to yell that, since the thoughts being pumped into their minds by a third party would make sure they always knew exactly what to do next.

Still, he hoped he was in the wrong. Maybe it was Jack who was right. An altered thought process was much more likely... But then again, even though they would have been externally manipulated, it'd mean that their teachers still were guilty to some degree.

"... I'll be on whichever team I can be the most useful on", said Ken. If there was someone who could Stall them, that was him. With his plan, he should be able to able to go toe to toe in terms of raw power with Damon, and even Hiro... Though he'd rather not confront a combination of both again. Same happened with the assault team. He knew how to make the most of his power, which meant that he'd be able to overcome almost any difficulty with a little help. In the end, what truly mattered was doing something well, not so much what.

Next up, loli showed up, but said nothing all too new or relevant, so Ken just let her be.

What did catch his attention was the fact that Jason seemed to be... Bleeding?, How on earth did he get cut?

In the end, Ken simply shook his head, he could simply ask later. There were more pressing matters to attend now.

"I have an strategy of my own, but I'm not really all that keen on revealing it here and now", told Ken to Ralius and the whole group in general, "Remember that the rules of fiction dictate that a plan is more likely to success the less it is talked about in front of the viewers, so I'll just leave it implied that I told the participants some time later after this thread, alright? (Not to mention that it's no fun to see a plan develop when you already know what will happen next)".

Hold a minute. Sena was about to say something in response to Ken but her brother stopped her before she could. He instead, have something to say.

"...If that's what you really believe in," The young man said, surprisingly enough no longer having any air of disdain. "...Then hold onto it. Don't ever lose it,"

...What's with the wistful look?

The door closed behind him, even though he really could've taken the big muscle-man shaped hole.

Selene sighed in defeat. "Look, let's change topics for a second. How are we going to deal with the five attackers?" she asked, erasing her drawings and instead drawing five stick figures, the first had a wizard hat, the second had a moon symbol above his head, the third had a GN Sword, the fourth had a Kamen Rider helmet, and the fifth had a sniper rifle.

"We have a powerful mage, an umbramancer, two Kamen Riders, and a sniper who can negate regeneration with her bullets. How are we going to stop them with what we have?" she asked, turning things over to the floor.

There were a lot of things wrong with the way they were planning things. At this rate, nobody among this group was going to make a coherent defense against their five opponents.
"And this is how we get ants, people," Otoha sighed as Jason and Seth left. Jason she could care less about as he obviously had other, more pressing priorities, but she was more concerned with their loss of Seth. Hopefully Seth would aid them some other way, but it obviously wasn't going to be with these merry band of misfits.

She would have to nudge them in the right direction somehow, and it wasn't going to be easy, even for the troll.

"Look, knowing what they can and cannot do is only one part of it. We all already know what they can do, and frankly, they still kicked your asses. Hell, from what I hear Aisia didn't even enter Rider mode. She was holding back and you were still getting wrecked. Same with Hiro and Damon. Kazuna was probably just in Rider form to destroy the park faster, and you don't even know who Johnny Number 5 is!

"What you also need to do is plan around theirs. Or more accurately, make a plan that will stop theirs. Sure it seems like they're just doing mindless destruction, but seeing as how Damon literally had to stop one of you from dying, there does seem to be a greater plan involved. I doubt that he'll be so generous next time once their 'plan' is complete. All we can do at this point is stall that plan, and for the moment it seems to be just destroying public landmarks in Hyakuji.

"Figure out where they might possibly strike next, and make a contingency plan to stop it. And while you're at it, try to figure out what their real plan is. I know you're trying to do that, but you all keep getting distracted by your own agenda that you're getting too sidetracked! Stop arguing the already beaten to the ground point and contribute already!"

Otoha then crossed her arms. "And if you don't like it, get the fuck out. Leave, like that other idiot just did for no good reason. At least Seth left because he was tired of your shit. And to those who do stay, do not bother trying to coordinate with those who leave. If they're not going to stay and take it seriously now, they're never going to unless they finally realize what they're going to lose, and by then it will be too late. And if you do try to tell them, they'll just get in the way. If they do show up, tell them to just make sure no innocents are harmed and stay the fuck out of your way. It's honestly easier for everyone that way."

She turned to Selene for a moment. "About your initial plan regarding the 'teleporters'... it sounds fine at first glance, but where the hell are you even going to get something like that? And isn't it going to be useless when you're facing someone who can teleport between universes, much less the space between this room and the next? Do you have another plan that can stop them if they attack a specific area instead?"

What is this thing?
"You know what, fuck this!!" Jack snapped, pointing at Otoha. "Jason and Sora are right. We're stuck in a never-ending loop of accusation. And you sure aren't helping." He levelled a death glare at Otoha. "You shut down Selene's plan. But you don't offer a better one. For all we know you could be working with those assholes. We have zero reason to trust you or Seth. So I'm not going to plan while you're in earshot. You say we're supposed to stop them from destroying landmarks. What the fuck am I supposed to do? Jump in the way of fucking missiles so a empty building doesn't get blown up?!" He walked over to the window, opened it and jumped onto the windowsill. "If this town is filled with people like you. Then I'm rapidly losing my desire to protect it."

"I have something of a plan in my head regarding Damon and Hiro. But I'll need Jason, Ken, Raku and Sora to pull it off." He turned to face the men he named. "We all have communicators Jason gave us. So we can meet up later. I have the beginnings of a plan, but I would appreciate the input."

He looked back to the rest. "I'll leave the two at the park to you guys." He then joined Jason in the "Doors are for losers" club by leaping out the window. By the time he hit the ground he had already transformed and was running off. His mind afire with plans and strategies.

Already he was trying to pick up Jason's scent. He said he was able to build things. Well, Jack had a few requests to make.

(OCC: My winzy is in the negatives at the moment. So I'm just gonna bail on this thread)

Sora once again waved goodbye to someone who refused to use a door. Maybe they hate doorknobs? Wait, don't they uses sliding doors in Japanese schools?

"The wolf guy has a point." He turned to Otoha. "You weren't there fighting with us. So for all we know he's right, you could be a spy." He stood up. "I'm not much of a planner. I just punch stuff, so I guess I'll go along with whatever that guy has planned." He walked towards the door but paused before he exited. "Oh what the hell." He ran towards the open window and leapt outside. Landing on the ground with a thud. The scatter-brained Dragon Slayer ran off. No real destination in mind.

He's probably off to go do push-ups until Jack or Jason calls him.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Shin however had a thoughtful look on his face. Selene's talk of teleporters has him thinking. Why not go in the opposite direction? Instead of teleporitng them somewhere. They should be prevented from running away.

Also Jason said he could build things. Would he be able to construct something to counter the Kamen Rider suits?

He chose this time to speak up. "I have some of my own plans to deal with the Kamen Riders. Next time they attack I will put them into motion. It should give the rest of you an opportunity to take them down." Shin was in a similar mind to Sora and Jack. They had absolutely no reason to trust Otoha. Discussing plans in front of her would be foolishness.

Standing up he made his own leave. Instead of using the door or window, he decided to use his own means of transport. He began to sink into his own shadow. "I wish you well in whatever plans you make. If you need me I'll be at the Yuki dorms planning. He finished sinking into the ground and disappeared without a trace.

"Well since the task of dealing with the Riders has been left to me? I have given it some thought." she replied. "I can deal with their projectiles and their beams to a certain extent. The problem is, I need to be standing in front of them to stop them." she explained. "And my close combat skill... Is a bit lacking."

Selene rubbed her arm and winced, her bruises standing out in the light. "I would need someone to fend them off and keep them at range, though given that Aisia can teleport, that might be impossible..."

"You can't be serious." Gaius frowned heavily watching everyone not only be completely incompetent in this scenario but also take the window as their exit. Did they want Hyakuji to burn? It damned well seemed like that. Gaius had seen enough of his squads go down because people decided to play hero. So many people who actually wanted to live died because some idiot thought playing hero would get him a good reputation.

"To an extent I may also be able to help with the projectiles, being a terramancer I can manage pretty well on the defensive front." Gaius agreed with Selene, the projectiles of the riders were quite an annoyance to be totally honest. "Maybe we can hunt down some of the other students that didn't come before those idiots get them in on some 'heroic' scheme which is going to end up making Hyakuji into a smoking ruin." Gaius spoke sourly, his opinions of those who had left had plummeted immensely.

Gaius brought himself back to the topic that was of more importance to begin with. "First though, we should try and figure out where they will attack." Gaius noted that if they couldn't even find out where they were attacking then they couldn't even put any plans into action which was something that EVERYONE ELSE MUST HAVE FORGOTTEN.

"I'd say if the 'enemy' keeps their pattern then they will probably attack another major feature of Hyakuji." Gaius stopped talking for a moment as he thought which areas they could possibly attack. "The most likely choices would prossibly be, the park, the shrine or the school." There were a lot of other potential areas where they could attack but Gaius had to say that those seemed the most likely, crowded and reasonably important parts of Hyakuji. "What are your guys opinions?" He turned to face the dwindling crowd, the one positive was the idiots had left so hopefully the intelligent people could actually work.

"We cannot assume they will attack the same targets." Selene replied. "Right now we have two separate incidents. With radically differing patterns. Yes Hiro and Damon destroyed the mall, but they were not out to kill everyone in sight. By the same note, Aisia, Kazuya, and the mystery sniper destroyed the park, but also caused massive loss of life."

Selene let out a sigh, "In other words, it is not enough to establish a pattern of behavior. Therefore it would be foolish to assume we know where they are going to strike since they can literally strike anywhere."

She tapped her chin, deep in thought. "The best we could do is to place a group of students everywhere and have them call for support when they engage. Students from the neighboring areas can move to assist when the call goes up. But we would need a LOT more students than what we have now."

"That's true." Gaius agreed with Selene, he was basing his plan on mainly chance and even then it was hardly likely to be correct. Hyakuji was unfortunately a large place and large places were harder to defend then smaller places.

Taking note of Rakutsu's statement as well as connecting it to Selene's statement Gaius came up with an idea. "If we don't know where they are going to strike next we are going to need a way to quickly get word around when they do strike." Gaius spoke as he turned to face Rakutsu. "If somehow you get knowledge of an attack, you have to as quickly as you possibly can inform as many students as possible."

It would be extremely important to try and get as many people to defending as possible. "Are you capable of that?" Gaius asked for mainly ceremonial reasons, he was quite sure that a speedster was able to act as a messenger. Many of the speedster's in The Court acted on that role after all.

"We should at least meet up with the rest of the varying groups to inquire where they have under watch and to inform them where other people have under watch." Gaius spoke as he set his hands down on the desk in front of him. "We can't have everyone watching the same area only to have the enemy appear on the other side of town."

Otoha smirked as the trio of students decided to make their exit. "Better they leave now than complain about this later. If they don't want to discuss their plans with you because I'm here, then that's their problem. Teamwork can only be achieved by working with those you can trust, even if that trust is paper thin.

"As to a speedster, I know of at least one other person who might be able to help. Mostly know him by association, and I think I can contact him with the promise of some Manly News," Otoha said. "He's also had experience dealing with at least two of these guys, so that'll help.

"And you're right about that, we won't really know what their next target is until they strike. All we can do is make some probable guesses. Considering that all they've been attacking in the last two encounters are public places with lots of people, there's a very high chance they'll attack the same kind of place. We can move our focus from other places like the Warehouse, the Shrine, the Cemetery, and the Forest. The school is a possible place that they'll strike, but I imagine they'll only do that during class hours, and even then I doubt that they'll want to strike at a time and place when all of Hyakuji's defenders are gathered. Even if more than half of them are incompetent as fuck *cough*THOSEMORONSTHATLEFT*wheeze* they'll still be overwhelmed by large numbers. They're also not going to necessarily attack niche places like the Museum, though that's still possible.

"If I were to follow the same MO as they, then..." Otoha mused for a bit before writing on the blackboard. "... I would probably strike the suburban district, the park, or the hospital next. It looks like they want an audience to see how badly the city's defenders are doing against their own, and these places would give that the greatest effect should they be destroyed.
"If those idiots ask where you think they'll strike, tell them to stake out any place other than those three. It'll keep them out of harms way, and in the event that I'm wrong and they get attacked, they can still easily contact you and we can cover our bases. If they ask why, tell them you've got evidence that they might strike there, but that you didn't want to tell me and that you don't trust my judgement. That should get them to stop asking questions. And despite how much I'd like to hear that they got utterly wrecked, I hope I'm right and they attack these places first instead of wherever they're going to be stationed."

Matt would roll his eyes as yet more drama poured forth from the other students. Honestly, you think the humans would realize that they had flaws. Hell, even he wasn't perfect! He engineered himself to be as close to it as he could manage, but he was still far from being perfect. ... And the process had turned out to be defective, but eh.

Regardless, now there was less people in the room, and Matt could practically feel the IQ of the room go up as the others left. He also seemed to effortlessly tune out Ken, instead focusing on the strange girl who had come out from under the desk. He wasn't going to question her arrival, nor her intentions. After all, the others had demonstrated that they didn't need to know what the others were planning before, so why would they need to do so now?

Matt would raise an eyebrow as Otoha continued to talk, nodding every once in a while. It all seemed very reasonable, and well thought out, unlike the plans of certain other individuals. That, and Matt was far more comfortable with being on the defense rather than the attack. After all, in both Martial Arts and History, it was the defender who often held the upper hand.

Still, there were one or two things that the Homunculus wished to address. He raised his hand, clearing his throat some as he did so to get their attention. "Yes, real quick thing I'd like to address. I'm not so sure they'll attack the suburbs meself. I'm certainly not sayin' it's impossible, mind. But, if certain things hold true to my knowledge from the past, most people aren't at their homes during the day. They have jobs and the like, after all. So, if we work off the current assumption that they want to inflict both loss of life and property damage, they're slightly less likely to attack the suburbs as opposed to, say, the Hospital while it's still light out. Just my thought on that, is all.

"Also, what is a Kamen Rider? Forgive me if it's common knowledge, but I spent about a century buried under a castle, so there's certain things I'm behind on."
