Episodes List (Click to Open) It was raining in Amelouth. A thunderstorm was unleashing a barrage of thunders in the skies above what, in long forgotten ages was known as the First Heaven. The black walls of a city that should have disappeared long ago were now back, standing tall as a diplay of power. For the city resurfaced itself from the ground, a twisted shadow of its former self to greet back its ruler. It took a simple drop of Abezethibou's blood to have the ruins reborn, and rebuilt through dark and twisted rituals. The walls of Amelouth feeded on blood itself, and their master's blood was enough to reawaken its hunger. Sitting in the center of a hall that should no longer exists, a creature with the semblance of a noble angel was sitting on a black, obsidian throne. His long, white hair was flowing on his back, and a single, angel wing on his left rested on the side. That single wing was crimson red. With a cup, filled with a red liquid that could possibly be wine, the demon that used to be an angel was contemplating the rain falling outside. He had a long smile, hard to describe. He was free. He was back, just like Beelzebub's prophecy said. Everything went according to plan. The mistake of an infatuated human brought him back. One of the walls of the room began to ripple like water in a pool. Out of it, the fake imitation of Heleth mastema walked out, a faint blue light was shining under her jacket. No sign of the injuries she received from Seth Ryouga were visible on her. A slight veil of shadows were dancing on her skin, a clear demonstraton of her fake appearance. "My Lord" she said, kneeling down as Abezethibou brought his eyes on her "The first seal has fallen. The first gate is open" A twisted laugh came from the red winged demon. "Well done, very well done. The shedim's forces will be torn between protecting that broken seal and defending the other six." "And without Paimon, they can't restore them" the doppelganger said, a wide, satisfied smile on her face as her hand touched the pendand she had on. Her face had a twisted glow that never appeared on the real Heleth before. "Good work, Gualichu. You did well in my absence and you're doing well even now" "I didn't forget my obligations, my Lord" she said. "Everything is going according to plan" he took a sip from the cup in his hand "It's time to plan our next move. Our guests will be here soon enough." "G-Guests?" Gualichu's voice hesitated for a second. The dual layered eyes of Heleth looked around the room. Edited by Sota, Mar 16 2015, 11:01 AM.

The hissing and whining of hydraulics would be heard, distant at first , then gradually growing louder as whatever was the source of the noise got closer and closer to the entrance of the room. And with a slow creaking the doors would be pushed open, revealing a demon that resembled a wizened-looking bald-headed man in a ragged lab coat standing silhouetted under the door frame. As the rest of the demon entered Abezethibou's throne room, one could clearly see that Belphegor was a nightmarish amalgam of demon and machine - what was once his left eye was now a bionic eye that emitted a deathly red glow, while the lower half of the demon's face was replaced by a breathing mask shaped like the lower mandible of a human skull, while his right arm of flesh had long since been replaced by a skeletal-looking robotic arm. However, all resemblance of a humanoid demon ended below his waist, as the demon was fused to what appeared to be a giant robotic spider the size of a family sedan, with the first pair of legs being disproportionally larger than the others, thus at the same time giving it a somewhat crab-like appearance as well. The hydraulic legs hissed and whined with every spidery step the demon took, until he was right before angelic-looking entity's throne. Then he spoke, but instead of words, Belphegor's breathing mask made a series of clicks that represented binary code, with fast clicks being 1, and slow ones being 0. 01000010 01100101 01101100 01110000 01101000 01100101 01100111 01101111 01110010 00100000 01110000 01100001 01111001 01110011 00100000 01101000 01101001 01110011 00100000 01110010 01100101 01110011 01110000 01100101 01100011 01110100 01110011 00100000 01110100 01101111 00100000 01110100 01101000 01100101 00100000 01000111 01110010 01100101 01100001 01110100 00100000 01001111 01101110 01100101 And at the end of the series of binary clicks, the demonic cyborg bowed at the waist as a gesture of respect.

Following Belphegor’s entrance a slow clapping sounded from within the throne room and a well dressed man stepped out of the shadows. “I must say, I like what you’ve done with the place. The blood drinking walls are an especially nice touch, really adds to the atmosphere.” The clapping stopped as he approached the three at the throne, his eyes falling upon the fusion of demon and machine. “Can we do something about that clicking though? I knew I wouldn’t be the only one invited, but I’m afraid I don’t speak insect.” He reached over and patted Belphegor on the back as the machine demon got up from his bow. “Other than that I think you got a nice thing going on here, those legs you got there certainly gives you the villain feel.” Putting Belphegor aside he walked up to Abezethibou giving him a small bow with a sly grin on his lips. “Loki Laufeyson, at your service. I think we have lots too discuss, hmm?” Edited by Sophia Antistita, Jul 3 2014, 04:16 AM.

"Belphegor" Abezethibou began "I see time put more than a change on you. Your fascination with research really knows no limits." "Well met Loki. We have lots to discuss indeed." The fallen angel let his calice down, his eyes glimmered with satisfaction. "The first seal of the Netherworld has been broken" he declared "Gualichu's work proved to be invaluable in locating the sites where all the seals are. One of them isn't even guarded. The Shedims hid it well. Nobody could really think the seal was deep under Cocytus's glacier. I might have never guessed." Cocytus. A large, frozen lake deep into the mountainous northern regions. The Heleth looking copy now known as Gualichu silently contemplated the two. Belphegor. She knew he was strong, unpredictable and calculating. His reappearance at the news of Abezethibou's return meant he was there to reap the benefits. And the other...Loki. Could that man possibly be that Loki? Of course he was. Who else? Gualichu stopped for a second and wondered if the presence of a Valkyrie in the ranks of the Shedims was more than mere coincidence. At any rate, she kept that detail for herself. The demon with the appearance of Heleth knew what was going to be proposed soon. She realized she knew why Loki was there, and began to understand why Belphegor was summoned as well. Smart move, lord Abezethibou, smart move. A deal with Loki could save a large amount of time for their plan of conquest. Much like convincing Eris to support them in Derweze turned everything into a practical Joke. At least as long as Loki's compensation wasn't anything impossible to give him. And about Belphegor, he possessed the knowledge they needed to break through the eternal ice of Cocytus and reach seal hidden in its frozen depths. "The seal is encased into thousands of years of sedimented ice. Reaching it will take a good deal of time, but I'm sure that belphegor's machinery can speed up the process" He reserved a reassuring smile to the cyborg before turning his attention to Loki. "Unfortunately, there's a small inconvenience we have to solve, as the correspondant place on Earth is the same location where one of the gates for Helheim can be open." the red winged angel added "It would be an unfortunate problem if Hel interferes with our work only because of that. We want to be sure that our work doesn't cause any burden on Helheim, so that's why we called an ambassador for a little help" The fake Heleth's eyes narrowed. Exactly as she thought. |

Belphegor raised a nonexistent eyebrow over his one organic eye at Loki's remark about his binary speech, but seeing how Abezethibou has no problem deciphering the sequence of clicking sounds the cyborg demon could only wonder if Loki did not have similar abilities to translate his bizarre speech, or that the trickster god was simply being his usual trollish self. A compartment in his mecha spider's chassis popped open, and with a hiss of pneumatics a console raised itself to Belphegor's chest, the demon pressing a few buttons on the device before returning it back into its housing. "Talk about a charisma break... I thought the whole binary speech angle would be cool," a synthesized voice issued forth from the demon's breathing mask, a deep bass between slow breaths that somehow sounded like Darth Vader's voice. "I figured that such a day would eventually come," Belphegor added as Abezethibou revealed how Gualichu had learned of the location of the second seal, buried beneath the epochs-old layers of sedimented ice at the bed of lake Cocytus. Smart girl, the demon cyborg had to give her that, considering even his most sophisticated tracking devices has failed to locate said seal. "Looks like the time I invested into development of excavation machinery wasn't in vain." The demon chuckled as he rubbed his hands together with glee at the thought of seeing more of his masterpieces being put to use. But for now, Belphegor stayed behind, listening to what the fallen angel had to say to the rest of the assembled fiends, learning of how each one of them would.fit into the overall master plan. |

“Oh is that what it was? I thought that one of the seven princes of Hell wouldn’t bother with the fancy toys made by humans. But then again you do have a habit of dabbling in their affairs. No hard feelings Bephegor ol’ chap.” However, as Abezethibou presented his plan a smile crept onto Loki’s lips, and once the fallen angel finished he burst out laughing. “I had a feeling that that was the reason you invited me here today, but you’re forgetting something Abezethibou my friend.” The god of trickery strolled up to the throne and leaned against it, still smiling that sly smile of his. “Hel is my daughter you know? And it just so happens that she asked me to keep an eye on the gate to Helheim for her.” He leaned in and leered at his host. “So let me ask you this, what could you possibly offer me that would entice me to turn against my little girl? Or rather, why shouldn’t I tell Odin about your little plot and call down the full might of Asgard on your heads?” Edited by Sophia Antistita, Jul 4 2014, 12:15 AM.

"What a god could possibly need?" Abezethibou asked, a calm and polite tone to his voice. Still kneeled down, the Heleth's simulacrum called Gualichu was silently following the scene. Right. What could they possibly offer to a god? The red looking demon really wondered what could be a suitable offer to move gain the support of a divinity, and lots of possibilities crossed her immagination. A ceremony in his honor? Human sacrifices? "I command the entire forces of the Mazikin" Abezethibou said "I returned from the prison I was trapped into thousands of years ago, and by Beelzebub's prophecy I'm stronger than ever" Despite his words, it didn't seem he was trying to impress the god, he was simply reassuring him that he had everything under control. A wide smile drawn itself on Gualichu's face. Nobody could really know why though. "I need a favour, I will repay with a favour. I'll offer you the support my demons should you need them in the future. Even a god sometimes need to keep his hands clean, while others take the blame. Am I right?" |

"Expected a quip along such lines given your reputation as Trickster God, hmph," Belphegor huffed as he folded his arms across his chest while side-eying Loki after the trickster god made his quip about how one of the seven princes of hell wouldn't have bothered with the inventions of man, while snidely referencing how among them he was however known for actively interfering with human affairs. "Still, looking at who's here so far this is certainly proving to be quite the unholy alliance we have here," the cyborg demon chuckled. Thus far their ranks included a Fallen Angel, an impersonator for the daughter of one of the rulers of the Netherworld, the Norse Trickster God, and himself, one of the Seven Princes of Hell. "Huh, interesting... clearly not in the best interests of either Lord Abezethibou or myself... but interesting nonetheless to see how such a move might play out..." Belphegor remarked in a cold, analytical manner as Loki raised the possibility of how the fallen angel's plan involved the trickster god turning against his own daughter, and that he may choose to instead throw a spanner in the works by tipping of Odin on Abezethibou's ploy. "But I don't see much logic behind this... considering your relationship with the rest of Asgard in general. I mean, the Ragnarok prophecy anyone?" Belphegor chimed in. "Surely, if you're going to try to avert your supposed fate in the Ragnarok prophecy I see every reason to cement an alliance with Lord Abezethibou. That on the day of Ragnarok, the forces of the Mazikin shall march into battle alongside the inhabitants of Jotunheim. Just my two cents." |

“The question you should be asking is: What can’t I get on my own?” The smirk on Loki’s grin widened as he pulled back from the throne, awaiting Abzethibou’s response. When he got it, even the god of mischief couldn’t help but raise his eyebrows in surprise. Even the smirk dropped off his features. “You’re offering me the use of your entire command just for one measly gate? It must be really important to you then…” A moment’s silence, then Loki burst out in laughter again. “Heh, in all honesty I would have given my help even if you offered me a slice of cheesecake. My dear Hel needs a lesson on trusting people with something as important as this, even if it’s her old man. Besides, it’s more fun this way~ Oh, I still want that support though. Who knows when they’ll come in handy.” He laughed again. Was he even taking this seriously? “Oh and Belphegor? I don’t know where you’re getting your information from, but you may want to catch up on the times.” The trickster god suddenly whirled around on the Prince of Hell. “Ragnarok has already come and gone, and let me tell you that dying was not pleasant, even as a god. It didn’t even accomplish much. That old geezer Odin was clever enough to keep a fragment of himself and all the major gods set aside in case they died, and had Eir regrow them all after the battle.” His expression suddenly became quite serious. “Apparently he felt that I could be ‘used’, so had me brought back on the condition that I work for him. I figured, hey, why not. It was better than being dead, and I get to have fun doing the dirty work he wouldn’t do. Even if I told him about our little plot he probably wouldn’t care as long as we didn’t mess with his precious Asgard. Besides, something else has his attention right now, something about one of his Valkyries making a mess of things in Midgard.” Loki shrugged as if it wasn’t a big deal, then clasped his hand together, rubbing them eagerly. “So! What’s the plan for Cocytus? Do you need me to take Hel’s attention off it? Should I take her on a father-daughter trip across your Netherworld?” |

"Aaaah, that was an end of civilisation party to remember. A shame there has never been the same sort of thing down in in dear old Hellas, but I suppose the rarity makes having witnessed such an event all the sweeter. Perhaps I should return the favour some time, oh father of so many wicked things." A sweet, yet callous voice spoke tenderly into the norse deity's ear, carried by a wind that began to stir. Delicate fingers, tapping to a small tune all their own, formed into being upon Loki's shoulders, followed by a figure to which the fingers were adjoined. A lady[/i] all dressed in purple emerged, cooing slightly at one who shared so many of her ideals, however... restrained, in other fashions. "Sorry to pop once more, Absy, just forgot a few things I left lying about." With a slight flick of her foot, Eris threw up a great deal of dust from the floor, and then with one hand lashing out and off of Loki's shoulder, seized it. Clenching her hand ever so slightly, she then opened it out, to reveal a small, chirping bird, that looked around ever so confused. "There now, you can go in here." The goddess tucked it away into her hair, where no more chirping could be heard. Instead, letting herself go from the son of Laufey, she gave pulled her staff from her belt, and gave it a small twirl about, as if wielding a baton on parade. "Yet now I hear you're already moving on with the next part of things, likely to mess with realms outside your domain. Truly, truly ambitious, and yet, I wonder..." Then, the twirling stopped, and instead she pointed it around, indicating those gathered here. "Are you prepared for the consequences?" And in the place of her usual smile, there was... a low sneer. |

Did Loki just compared an army of Mazikin to a cheesecake? Everything was just a funny game at any time for these gods: people with too much power really hand no sense of proportion. That at least was what crossed Gualichu's mind. The red demon still remained kneeled, waiting to see how this series of events would develop. Loki's reveal about his death and eventual rebirth was quite an unexpected surprise for Galuchu. The demon basked at the thought of killing a God. Apparently, it was possible, just out of grasp. Even Abezethibou made a comprehensive smile when Loki gave away that detail. It was understendable though, he was trapped under Rus Lake for so many years he had to keep up with many events he missed. Then, out of nowhere, Eris appeared. Gualichu didn't even wondered where she went, but she didn't expect to see her back so soon. After putting a pile dust shaped like a living bird in her hair just to be theatrical she went questioning Abezethibou with a question whose answer was obvious for the fake copy of Heleth. "I certainly am, dear Eris" was Abezethiubou's answeras his only wing extended a little. "I was sealed for thousands of years under a lake. Only death will dissuade me from my purpose. As for the plan, Loki, it's simple. I want you to make sure nobody wanders through Helheim Glacier where our portal will open when the seal in Cocytus is broken. With a seal gone, the Shedims are no longer our only opponents. Others will come into play. Too many want to preserve the status quo." The fallen angel with the crimson wing turned toward Belphegor, eyeing the cyborg for a second. "Belphegor, you task is to reach the seal hidden under Cocytus, and to break it. It may take time, but if someone can accomplish this goal swiftly, that one is you." "Gualichu" he spoke "You're free to go for the third seal" The red demon giggled a little, a laught of genuine pleasure as she heard that order: "It will be a pleasure, my Lord" "To be honest, Eris" Abezethibou added "I didn't expect you to return so soon, but, should you want to stick around, I'm sure you'll have your share of fun." Heleth's symulacrum realized Abezethibou didn't really invite Eris. The Goddess of Chaos already had her share of enjoyment in the matter, and it was highly improbable she'd accept to remain even longer. She helped them an awful lot already, after all. |

"Just the words I wanted to hear," the demonic cyborg chuckled as Abezethibou gave his instructions; while Gualichu would be deployed to go after the third seal, the Demon of Sloth would be assigned to break the second seal at the bottom of Lake Cocytus. Buried underneath eons' worth of sedimented ice, the demonic inventor's machines were probably among the few things in the netherworld afterall that might stand a chance of reaching the bottom in a reasonable time frame. At any rate, any opportunity for Belphegor to test out his tools were always a cause for delight on his part, as the cyborg demon once more retrieved his command console from the chassis of his mecha spider to enter a set of commands. In the meantime, the various articles of machinery in his palace roared and spluttered to life at the remotely-entered commands from their master, robotic servants and demonic familiars making themselves busy to assemble excavation equipment. "If nothing else, Great Abezethibou, I shall announce my leave," Belphegor remarked as he bowed at the waist. "I have preparations to make, and the construction of a digging machine to oversee." |

“What, that’s it?” Loki sounded genuinely disappointed when he heard what his role in this would be. “Really, you bring me all the way here just so I could keep a mortals away from a glacier that’s hardly visited by anyone in the first place? That’s disappointing Abezethiubou.” He turned away, grumbling about how he was expecting something much more. Then suddenly he stopped pacing and grinned, as if an idea came to him. “Fine, I’ll do it, but on one condition. I get to go wild with my illusions, and you can bet it’s going to be flashy.” The grin widened. “Don’t worry, it’ll keep people away so no one should stumble into the portal. I guess I can set up a few precautions so that if any do feel adventurous they will meet an untimely demise.” “So what will it be? A massive haunted castle? Or maybe a huge volcano? I think a huge pool of molten magma should keep people away, what do you think?” Loki leered at Belphegor as he started walking off. “Or would you prefer a huge mechanical city? I think this will be lots of fun after all~” |

"A farmer should work not to meddle in the growth of their crops too often, or they shall stifle the resulting harvest. Lay the seed, give it what it needs to grow, and then..." Eris brought one of her hands up to the bun of her hair, and lightly, tapped her middle finger into its heart. Then pulling her her digit out, following her finger was a rapidly growing length of green, which rapidly grew into a fresh rose, a wonderful shade of purple that seemed... impossible, to find in either nature or the creations of man. "Let them bloom." Pulling the flower from her head, yet it came as if it were perfectly cut, Eris considered it for a moment, but then... Handed it to Loki. "A gift, for sweet Baldr, perhaps something to ease over the wounds of a past life. Unless of course, you believe yourself the more deserving." Eris smirked, before making her way past and out of the small gathering, making her way for a door she had no need for. "Good luck boys. Just try to avoiding tempting me." And she opened it to... Somewhere not in the Netherworld, that was for sure. But as she passed through the door, whatever connection she made was gone shortly after. |
