This was the first time that Serenity had been in a club, it was everything she was expecting. A huge security and health risk, taking a job in this kind of place would be nothing short of a nightmare. The bright lights and loud music dulled the senses and the large amount of people made most action take far longer then it should on any kind of mission. Any job taken here would almost guarantee end up in failure, which led to the question why the young agent was at the particular establishment.

"This place is amazing." Serenity shouted in amazement in the middle of the noisy crowd, even if professionally she couldn't think of anything worse then this hell hole personally she though it was an amazing place. Dancing along to the music she smiled, this town was officially the best place ever. It had so many cool different placers to go and hang out and best of all she only got a few jobs here and there, more then enough to live on but not enough to give her no free time.

Eventually Serenity made her way to a table calling a waiter over and ordering a drink (non alcoholic of course). "Honestly, why didn't I come here sooner." She smirked as she watched the rest of the occupants of the club having as fun a time as herself. Lying back she saw her drink coming she sat back up with her back to the booth, it looked like she was going to have a fun time at this place.

"Have to say, this place is more popular then I imagined." Serenity spoke to herself, it could be that the majority of people she had met had been quite serious and didn't seem like party goers but Serenity was still a bit surprised at the number of people that were at Underground 10. Considering it was her first time though she didn't know what to expect.

ZEHAHAHA!!
"Sure is. Welcome to Underground 10, Se-re-ni-ty~!"

Lucid took a seat across from the blue-haired girl, all smiles as she greeted her friend. Why she was dressed as one of the security guards was-

"Don't tell anybody, but I got a job here now. Business has been dying off recently."

Ah. So most of her clients were pretty much dead. Odd, that. If she wasn't making thinly disguised references to being the instrument of their demise, it meant that somebody else had been offing them left and right. Oh, well. Lucid didn't care for the vast majority of the people who paid her, anyways.

"Here on the grand tour of the city, huh? I tell you, this place is kickin' it 7 to 6 every night!" She giggled. "Planning to stick around to the end? I'd really like to know~"

A smile crossed Serenity's face as Lucid sat down, she had enjoyed talking to the young girl the previous time that they crossed paths. It was a refreshing reminder that there were other people like herself in the world. She was definetly happy to see her friend here, from the looks of it she seemed to be working in the club. Serenity wondered what kind of job that it was working as security at a club, after all dealing with a full club of potentially super powered people would be difficult.

"Security is always a good fallback, I've had some experience with it." Serenity spoke with a smirk, normally her security was stuffy businessmen who thought that they were the best thing ever to grace the world though.

When Lucid asked if she had been on a tour around the city she let out a small laugh before responding. "Something like that, I met a friendly individual who offered to show me around." She did appreciate Artemis showing her around, it made her life much easier for getting to know the area of everything.

When Lucid was asking her if she was planning to stick around to the end Serenity felt a flash of an urge to try and see if teasing would work with Lucid. She felt like it was an unlikely outcome but there was no harm in trying it. "I don't know, are you going to make it worth my while?" Serenity looked at Lucid inquisitively as she raised the glass to have a drink waiting for Lucid to respond.

"Yeah. I'm on break right now. Owner's generous with it." Lucid swayed from side to side for a bit, then laughed. "Hey, Serenity. You could totally work here with me. It'd be a blast, I think."

Surprisingly, she really was thinking for once. Odd, that. Did the blue haired girl really have that much of an effect on her?

"Ah. I should've given you that tour instead of talking a lot. Oh well. You seem like you had fun with that other person." She teased ever so slightly. 'Well, we can have a fun time now, right?"

The white haired fool smiled brightly, standing up as she did.

"If you consider having a dance to be worth your while, then we can dance all night if you want~!"

A small chuckle escaped her when Lucid suggested working with her. "I'm pretty sure it might end up becoming a literal blast, not so sure on whether the owner would appreciate that." She joked with the girl, whilst she hadn't seen her in combat before Serenity felt like Lucid would give small measure of regard for the area around her. She could understand that but still sometimes people got a bit annoyed at destroyed buildings, especially when they were making their living out of them.

When she tried to tease Serenity smiled. "Well, it would've been a bit frustrating to be carrying around my luggage on a tour of the town." She pointed out, after all when she had met Lucid it was literally right after stepping of the train when she arrived in the town.

"Oh?" Her eyes raised in surprised at Lucid's offer. "Well, it'd be rude to decline wouldn't it." Serenity spoke rhetorically, she stood up and gestured for Lucid to join her on the dance floor. She'd let Lucid go first and then follow her afterwards, after all she was the one who offered it.

"Haha! Oh, don't worry. Barely anybody would think to bomb this place first, if at all!" Lucid's joke was a little off-kilter, but it was to be expected. "Besides, with us two around, it's basically really hard to turn the place into a ruin. Our paychecks demand it!"

She was a capitalist at heart, and she really didn't let things get in the way of her money. Clearly, this meant she couldn't let even one threat slip past unless she could blame somebody else for it. No, not Serenity. One of the other generic security guards. Yes, that was the right choice.

"Heeheehee~ Ah, you. Should've just asked me, you know. I'm used to being the pack mule." She giggled. "So, how do you find the city? As good as you expected?"

Whatever Serenity's answer was, Lucid would start dancing like her friend wanted to. Well, truthfully, it was eerie how she was able to copy the rather... close and personal style that the other people on the dance floor were displaying.

Serenity chuckled at the joke Lucid made, whilst she could point out that it varied from person to person she'd refrain from doing that. It'd ruin the mood of the club after all, hearing that someone may want to blow up the building that you were standing it was a real mood killer. "Well, if you put it like that I might have to inquire about it." Serenity spoke, she more then likely was not going to end up taking it because her current place of employment was satisfactory but giving it a think couldn't hurt.

A small smirk crossed her face when Lucid said she should've pawned off the luggage on her. "I remember declining that." It was mainly cause she wanted to get rid of her stuff as quickly as possible by dumping it in her dorm room. If she felt a bit more lax about it she probably would've let Lucid carry it. "The city is... interesting for sure." Serenity spoke smiling, she hadn't really been around long enough to form a full opinion on it but from what she had experienced so far it was already growing on her. "I haven't really been here long enough to properly answer that question."

Serenity's own movements were smooth and controlled. She didn't really go to clubs like this often and most of the time that she danced it was while acting as an escort or a guard for a client. Those kind of functions usually ended up being a slower waltz like dance not the chaotic flurry of limbs that was occurring around her. She didn't seem to show much problem with the mass of bodies though as she danced away.

"Oh, joy~!" Lucid would've hugged Serenity if not for the table separating them. She was a full eight inches shorter than her blue haired friend, so it wasn't like she had much reach even without the obstacle. Instead she opted for a thumbs-up.

"I've got a feeling you're a reliable worker, so it'd be good to have you on the team. I'd recommend ear protection, though. Hearing clearly is overrated when you're assaulted by dance music for the whole shift."

Lucid laughed when Serenity brought the issue of the luggage up. Oh, that silly thing. That was fine, wasn't it? Well, not like her dancing, of course. Once they had begun, Lucid was practically inches away from her friend at all times. If it had been anybody else, the incredibly short distance between them and the surprisingly fluid gyrations would've constituted some pretty heavy flirting.

For her, this was just her way of expressing her bond with others. Granted, it was liable to catch quite a few stares and catcalls, but she didn't pay them any heed. As long as they didn't get grabby, Lucid was fine with maintaining her closeness to Serenity.

A while after they started to dance Serenity started to get a bit tired, she could still go for a while but considering the mass of people on the floor it seemed like it would get more tiring rather quickly. Deciding to make a tactical withdrawal she slipped away pulling Lucid with her back to the table. If there was much resistance then she'd simply let go and walk back to the table of her own accord.

"Well, that was certainly a blast." Serenity shouted whilst smirking, she always enjoyed letting loose and not being on guard once in a while. It was much more entertaining and fun then the constant search of potential threats, whilst that had it's charm in it's own way she always was completely and utterly focused. Around here though, when she wasn't on a job she got to rest for a while and relax herself.

She sat down at the table, ordering another drink of soda. When it arrived she took the glass in her hand and raised it to her lips, taking a quick sip of the liquid letting it wash down her throat. Placing the glass back on the ground she smirked. "Pretty damned fun to cut loose like that." She spoke aloud, looking around the rest of the club she took note of the general exits and possible routes as always. It didn't stop the fact that using these was nigh impossible thanks to the sheer amount of people in here.

"Have to wonder how many tired, bleary eyed students are going to be waking up tomorrow regretting this." She smirked, while she was going to enjoy this any which way she had a feeling that many of the students would disagree when the following morning came.
