Beware The Penguin Emperor
For once, Gideon was in an attire that would not call much attention, a hoodie, and a scarf. The reason for that was a plan that he had taken a lot of pride in making.

It had taken some time, strategical planning, analysis of where people usually gathered during the weekends based on creeping around and making his own, completely unscientific, research. He had finally found it, a place where two buildings stood next to each other, each with a small structure in the top, and the middle point between these two structures was on top of one of the building's ceilings. What was more, both places were accessible for anyone, one being next to a vending machine, and the other, with access via steel stairs on the side while carrying a supermarket bag full of things he would use later.

To avoid suspicion, he actually went through the trouble of going down one building and back to the top of another, in order to carry out his plan by touching the walls of both of the structures standing on top of the buildings thus connecting a lengthy titanium string between them. Afterwards, using a hefty amount of silver tape, and some normal strings for stability, he placed a small cutaway from a cardboard cupcake holder in the centre to ease aiming with the makeshift sling he had succeeded in making.

Gideon took dough from the plastic bag, succeeding in making several ovoid masses, since spheres were overused as slingshot ammo, quickly, he slid flour through the cupcake holder to prevent the dough from sticking, he ensured that it was evenly spread to avoid having a bumpy shot, and finally he prepared himself.

His eyes wandered around, seeing the potential victims of his amazing pranking skills, he looked towards each side, ensuring that there was no one close enough to see his face, then he covered his mouth with the scarf, and his hair with the hoodie, then he grabbed a pair if kitchen gloves from the bag to handle the TITANIUM STRNG without incident. Finally, he placed the dough in the cupcake holder, aimed at a random boy, around his age, in the street and off went the dough object.

Yukiro was walking in generally normal clothing. At least, they were pretty average from he stood. He was walking in his usual attire, just minding his own business. He was looking up at the sky with a blank expression. He was distracted, and thus the perfect target. Yukiro had been thinking if he had anything to do.. Mostly just to avoid anything that he didn't like. Like homework! Though if it boiled down to nothing, he'd have to do the homework anyway. He didn't want to do it now, though. He'd wait for some other time. He then stabilized his head to look forward, then turned it a few degrees to look around him some.

He noticed a vending machine only a few meters away from him. Actually feeling quite thirsty, he was going to get something from there. As he went to the machine, he looked at his wallet. Taking some yen out of it, he put the wallet away. After making his decision, he'd place his yen in the hole and get his drink. Right as he waited, something happened. He apparently got hit by something on his trenchcoat. As he looked quickly to his side, alarmed by whoever may be assaulting him.

"Ack!"

Need I say anything

Yukiro's shocked expression then turns into a seemingly relieved one as he peers down to grab the oval, flour-covered dough. Is this what I think it is? Who threw this? Yukiro then quickly traced it to where it came from using sheer reasoning ability. Since it came from his right, he looked straight to his right for anything suspicious as a result. If nothing was suspicious, he'd open and place the piece of dough in his pocket dimension for use.

A swift move, cutting through the air, the dough went true towards its target, hitting the young boy straight in his back. A smile painted itself on Gideon's lips, only to be dissipated by the realization that the dough hadn't hit the person's face. Some quick observation indicated that the boy had noticed the dough, and was looking around for the person responsible.

Hastily, the threadmancer hid behind a wall belonging to one of the structures on the top of the building. Ensuring that he would not be caught, either by his victim or by the local authorities. After a second, he walked back, ready to go on with his plan.

Closing his eyes, he pondered for a moment on who or what should be the next target fr his relentless assault. Eager to play with someone, he decided that the boy he had hit once would be perfect as a continuous objective, rather than choosing someone unrelated, he'd just be amused at the reaction of someone who already knew what he was up to, it forced the other party to participate in some way or another.

Another "doughvoid" as he had decided to affectionately call his ammunition, made its way to Gideon's deft hands. Eyes wide open to identify any potential watchers, he put his weapon on the holder, ensuring that it had enough flour to avoid having it stick needlessly to the cupcake holder.

Rather than a moderately aimed shot with not much force put towards it, he thought it would be amusing to walk back slightly to gather a bit more force, not much, just so that it would feel less like a pebble, and more like a water balloon. Once more, the dough flew, this time, well aimed towards his target's face.

Yukiro's eyes shifted with a respectable amount of speed. He continued eying for the culprit. Yukiro was looking around with the intention of catching the person and teaching him a lesson. It didn't have to get too physical, but he was definitely gonna catch him. If not, he already had one of their little ammunition stored up. He turned away for a few seconds from the true troublemaker, not realizing it was him. He hadn't seen him in the crowd. It was then that he heard a sound come from his left.

Results

The dough ball felt like it came at mach speeds. It hit straight on his forehead with herculean strength. Yukiro was dazed and could only see the stars that popped in his head from the hit. Rubbing it, he looked down to the dough, then looked right at the culprit. Yukiro didn't look happy. Odds are the man's got a chaser. He picked up the dough and threw it at him, before getting closer. His trenchcoat was fluttering in the wind, implying that he was going at his fastest.

"So I heard you love dough, huh!?" Yukiro was running straight for the man, and he was only slowed down by the pedestrians. Within about 15 or so seconds, he would be there. If the man didn't get to running or doing anything, Yukiro would try to lunge at him and pin him somewhere on the ground or on the wall. Otherwise, he'd fire the dough ball stored in his Pocket Dimension right on the poor troublemaker's face after he gets close enough.

The dough that had been thrown by Yukiro was likely not to hit, anyway. The one he had in his Pocket Dimension, however, would be the one deciding factor here.

"Target hit~"

His small victory filled him with enjoyment, the boy had been struck not once, but twice, the second time straight in the head. In other words, Gideon could not find a better way to start the day. Turning around to see the victim of his, not-at-all innocuous pranking revealed that the boy had thrown one of his pieces of dough back at Gideon, thankfully, due to the height of the building itself, Gideon found himself unharmed.

Thoughts of going down through the other building's elevator for a few floors before going down on the stairs for the rest were quickly shoved aside, as that wouldn't seem as fun as the simple pleasure of playing a game of cat and mouse for a good while, thankfully for Gideon, he had the upper hand in the identity department, as his was hidden from sight due to a conspicuous hoodie and scarf combination.

Noticing that he had been given chase through the steel stairs at the side of the building, Gideon decided to jump down from the corner of the building while carrying the stuff he had brought, and making the string that had been used as a slingshot disappear. Of course, he wouldn't do so without a plan to not break half of his bones as he hit the ground. he touched the corner of the building with one hand in order to connect a steel thread to the other hand.

As it stood, Gideon was literally hanging from a thread, in complete safety due to the material of which it was made, but a thread nonetheless. It seemed unlikely that the boy would know that he had jumped down, however, in the case that the other teen, had, in fact realized, Gideon began to make his descent. He touched the wall with the hand that was being held by the thread, then made that thread disappear, and created another connected to the other hand after a second, quickly reducing the distance between the ground and himself.

It went from a light prank to a chase. Yukiro wasn't the police, which meant about 2 or 3 things. First, it wouldn't result in anyone being arrested. Next, the odds of the troublemaker getting hit by the same prank was upped. Thirdly, it would end pretty badly if the second portion isn't correct. But why go into what would happen if he didn't use his Pocket Realm to pay back the troublemaker? 'Sides, he was going to do it anyway.

Cutting and darting, trying to find him, maybe screaming about dough wasn't the best thing to do. It might've been more recommendable to just wait for the right moment and strike. You know, something more stealthy. He then came to where he last saw him, and noticed he wasn't there. Crap, had he lost him? Clever, yes. As he walked, he made sure to toss quick glances over certain corners and other places he could be hiding in. If he really lost the troublemaker, then running would only tire him out. It's best to run when he has a lead.

As he tossed one last glance, a smile formed itself. He had found someone just get down there. He didn't know how he did it, but by quick glances it seemed to be with some sort of material. It was convenient for the culprit to have it. After spending a few seconds confirming where he went, he went out of the staircase. On note, he started doubting himself. Anyone could be wearing a hoodie and scarf. But, hey, when you wanna get back at them, why care for identity.

By the time he had gotten there, he could not figure out where this hooded man was. There was one way he had in mind. Bluff. He'd try, out of the crowd, to do something that might just fool the guy into thinking he got found out.

"HEY YOU!" this sorta got all sorts of responses, but he was looking for one specific response.

Gladly, he moved around the ground, scurrying away into the street to be missed with relative ease, he was happy to have thought through his prank as thoroughly as he had. Hiding the bag had also been easy enough just by rolling it and making a knot on it, then hiding it in one of the hoodie's pockets. Thankfully, dough did not take too much space, and random papers were easy enough to fold.

Gideon stretched, nothing better to make for a nice day than successfully seeing a small scheme through. Despite the minor incident of being spotted, he figured that the face that the other boy made as he was hit by the flying doughvoid was more than worth as far as the kid with a penchant for costumes was concerned.

Evidently, a perfect plot was only root for further, more elaborate, plotting. In his case, he would go on to hide stuff on thrash can lids, then hide them on the thrash cans, then pulling the leads with a string pulley that should not be too hard to make even without having his titanium threads as aid.

Nevertheless, a wench would soon be thrown in his idea of a nice and harmless afternoon, as he was called from the crowd by his pursuer. When the voice struck his ears, Gideon turned around quickly, seconds before scurrying back to the crowd rather hastily to make a proper retreat.

Instantly, he regretted his decision, noticing that he became that much easier to track due to his furtive nature. Furthermore, the distance between them would not be above the 10 meters. Yet, the concept of a chase did not seem as unappealing to him as it should have, in fact, the possibility of escaping from a relentless person seemed quite fun if it turned out successful on his side.

It's on

He muttered to himself.

Out of the corner of his eyes, Yukiro caught someone start to run. Hooded? Check. Seeing as how he started running, the hooded man must know something if it's not him. This meant a game of cat and mouse. Got you. Yukiro thought to himself. He began sprinting for the perceived troublemaker, at his fastest speed possible. Given that he's done some running, it was a bit slower than usual. Yukiro had enough endurance to sustain his current speed, though.

As he ran, he knew that they weren't too far. If Gideon was not faster than him, he'd most surely be caught. However, Yukiro didn't take into consideration the adrenaline rush the troublemaker was having from being chased. That would certainly boost his "flight" response. However, even in that case he might be able to corner him, which would mean that the mouse would be cornered by the cat.

--Which would end in being pelted by dough, but that's all he has in his arsenal, not counting phones and other appliances he'll need.

Turning back to see what the boy was up to, Gideon noticed that, as he had realized later, acting suspicious did lend itself to have him being followed without having a break in the meantime. He started to speed up, gradually gaining momentum, for a few seconds, the person behind him closed the distance until they were both at full speed, at which point they remained at around the same length for a good portion of time.

Quickly he thought about the scenario through which he was going. He was running, yes, he was running from someone that was probably, and reasonably, angry, most likely at him, yes, and considering that he was hooded and carrying a bag, it was not entirely unlikely that the police would think that he was a thief, definitely yes.

Figuring that out, as well as the fact that it would no longer be as easy as before to be missed within the crowd, he decided to take a left in a corner towards a slightly narrower, but much less populated street. Doing so would have the double effect of allowing him to evade legal annoyances, and enabling him to seamlessly cross between sides of the street due to a lack of cars.

Or that would have been the case if he hadn't forgotten that the street was being repaved, leading him to a group of orange signs preventing him from going through in a straight line. He looked around, a thrash can and nothing more. He jumped on top of it and hung around the wall by touching it with a hand and attaching a titanium string to both, it and the hand. He'd gradually make his way up, careful to avoid tipping the garbage bin, as he foun that its contents could very ell be washed and reused later on, even if tipping it would have been advantageous.

Yukiro was currently having an advantage. The troublemaker seemed to have no place to run. He continued chasing until the troublemaker took turns to a site where they were repairing the road or something. The troublemaker was persistent in finding an escape route, though, and it showed when he took a turn to another place. As far as Yukiro could gather, he was cornered. Or, at least, he would be, if it wasn't for the troublemaker's climbing skills. That was interesting, to say the least. The climbing didn't seem like it could be pulled off naturally, either. However, it was well within the limit of his Pocket Realm.

Given the speed of the item and their distance, it was safe to say that he could pull it off. The Pocket Dimension could well open up at least a bit close to the troublemaker, and then give him a taste of his own medicine. Opening the pocket dimension close enough to him, but also to Gideon, was a diagonal rift of space facing upwards. Out of it came a dough ball aimed straight at the prankster, clocking at 11 miles per hour.

After that, Yukiro would try to get unto the trash can and get in from there. One of two things might happen.

1)) For some reason, Gideon would stop climbing and fall straight on top of him, thus knocking the trash can and Yukiro over.

2)) Yukiro would try to get him and subdue him by grabbing at his leg and pulling down.

Unfortunately, the second one would not get a pass anyway. The trash can tipped over and Yukiro would fall to the ground. Now whether there would be a little extra weight on top of it depended on whether the first option happened or not. Regardless, it would be either fairly convenient or fairly horrible.

While he made his way upwards, trying to reach the top of the building, he found himself in his pursuer's line of sight. Unknowing of the other boy's abilities, he kept on climbing, counting himself as a winner. Hand by hand, he had made his victory apparent enough, he thought that it was impossible for him to be caught any longer.

Yet his confidence was dashed as, seemingly out of nowhere, a flying piece of dough slammed itself against his face, stunning him for a brief second. That moment of weakness was one that the boy below him would use to try and catch him, however, he had one last trick to ensure that he would have the last word, something very simple, but possibly quite effective.

Gideon dropped the bag that he was holding right on top of the other teenager. While he did so, he made the string that was holding him disappear, and pushed himself away from the wall, attempting to land by folding his knees the moment he hit the ground.

"You are a fun rival aren't you?"

He gave a compliment to the person that had been able to close in as much as that. It had been a while since his plans had gotten foiled by anyone other than a police officer.

After Yukiro's oh so wonderful fall, he stood up to notice that the troublemaker had fallen. Taking that chance, he attempted to grab him and pin him, but not forcefully, to the wall. Looking into his eyes, he let him go soon after. "Well, I guess we're even, anyway." at the mention of being a fun rival, Yukiro shrugged as he looked at him, now giving the troublemaker enough space to make another escape.

"All I did was run.." he didn't mention about the pocket dimension, since that was more of a help to him. "And throw dough around." he added. After that chase, he was also visibly exhausted. He could still run a bit more, though..

"It appears you've got some cool tricks of your own."

Animosities cooled down, the two of them were finally able to have a civilized conversation going on rather than go at each other's necks. Both figured that the scene right then and there had been nothing but a silly moment from both of them, a revenge required by Yukiro.

"Cool Tricks?"

At the sound of praise, he could not help but pay attention.

"Cool tricks are the whole reason for me to do anything young man."

Despite having called the other person a young man, Gideon wasn't much older, it was entirely likely that he was younger, if anything. Yet at the moment he felt as the one in control, having been the instigator of all the recent shenanigans, it made him feel happily responsible for something.

"Then again usually those affected by the cool tricks aren't as eager to strike back"

Whatever he was referring to, it couldn't possibly be good.

Yukiro listened in as this anonymous troublemaker explained himself. So he's just doing cool tricks for the heck of it? That was something Yukiro could respect, if anything. It meant he was doing what he wanted, and Yukiro always liked more free spirits than the stuffy protectors. If anything, he at least respected his motives. Somewhat.

Then he mentioned something about those affected by the cool tricks not being so eager to strike back.. His other "victims' must've not been so vengeful, then. Yukiro had not quite noticed if anything was wrong, so he just stood there like normal, continuing to get into conversation with said troublemaker, since they seemed to be normal.

"Strike back?" Yukiro remained silent.. And then he spoke the next few seconds. "I'm sure anyone would be running after you.."
