Looking around the castle's interior it was pretty suprising. This level of detail went into it and make a brilliant looking product. Following the door closing and Harper being worried, a small chuckle came from Chronos. "I'll do my best but that's all I can, I'm also relatively squishy after all."

The long hallway and the knights put Serenity on edge, they fit in with the place but she couldn't help but be a bit worried about it. Hearing the leader giving out some orders she agreed. It seemed like the leader knew what they were doing which was good, at least they wouldn't be walking around lost.

"Damn it." Chronos spoke watching as two of the melee combatants went ahead and ran into another room. "We have to go and try to help them in case they walked into a trap." If the two companions who ran straight into the room were dealt with straight away that would reduce the effectiveness of the party by nearly half, literally right at the entrance to the castle. Waiting to see if the others in the party would go in after them Chronos sighed, it seemed like those two party members didn't pay attention to the plan.

The castle did seem quiet, sans the random sounds of explosions that echoed from deep within. This was possibly some other plays fighting enemies, or even fighting amongst themselves. However, the castle foyer didn't remain quiet for long due to Arisina shouting. Thankfully this didn't alert anyone to their presence, Zoralla examining the hall in case it did. "I suggest refraining from doing that again," she stated with a serious tone, "It is possible to stealthily maneuver through this dungeon." Knowing that they could stealth was a big help, though it seemed a lot of the players that ventured in did not know this little bit of information. Or maybe they just didn't care and rushed right in to be the first.

Unfortunately, not all best laid plans are followed through, Zoralla seeing Arisina rush off into a nearby room with Seirom following after her. This left Zoralla, Chronos and Harper alone in the main foyer area of the castle, Harper continuing to stay by Chronos' side. "Let us stay put here, they will be out shortly." "But we should help them," Harper said, disagreeing with staying put, "We are a team after all." Harper tugged at Choronos' outfit, hoping he'd come along and help. Zoralla would eventually follow along after everyone made their way inside the room.

When the first two came in on their own, they'd see that it was just an ordinary large guest bedroom, complete with furnishing and other accessories. There was also a small table fit with two chairs on either side of it and fruit in a bowl on the table. Next to the bed was a chest, a chest that might contain goods for them or other treats. There wasn't anything too out of the ordinary, not even the paintings that were around the room. The paintings contained portraits of people who were involved in the lore around the castle, although at least one had the portrait of the dungeon creator within the same style as the rest of the paintings.

Of course, the chest is what would catch their attention most since it is what they came to look for although this wasn't the kind of chest that held the rare stuff. This was a simple chest that was about three feet tall, possibly containing potions. However, once one were to open it, they'd find that it was a mimic with sharp teeth and a dark abyss inside. Seeing this, Zoralla stepped forward and readied her sword and shield. "I will take its attention while you two flank and attack," Zoralla stated, her body glowing with a red aura around her as the mimic looked towards her.

Harper stayed back behind everyone, beginning to cast a some magic to buff Zorallas defense and then focusing on Seirom and Arisina to lower their aggro in case they did some big attack on the mimic. Although it was merely a mimic, it was still rather strong considering its size.

From basic quests and clearing the tutorial, Arisina had amassed a grand total of two skills to use in combat. Aside from her basic knife attacks, she had only one other offensive technique, the battle twirl.

Unlike other agility classes, War Dancers did not have the offensive potential or burst damage in their attacks, however they compensated by having every single technique give a boost of mobility. The battle twirl in that case being a technique that allowed her to twirl twice in succession, with each twirl working as a dash and a damage tool at the same time.

She dashed once to attack the mimc, and another time to go in Zoralla's direction. Afterwards, she spoke her mind to the mimic.

"Justice shall be served on those that kidnap other's identities! Prepare yourself dark one for purity will always win!"

As expected of her, she shouted every single word at the chest.

Flank? She didn’t understand what Zoralla mean by that but she did understand attack. Even if she never played in a real quest before, she knew how to attack. It was a basic sword attack that allowed her to either slash or stab. To say she wasn’t jealous at Arisina fancy attack would be a lie.

Seirom drew out her sword, glad that there was finally some action. After Arisina was done with her attack, she took her chance and charge at the thing. She slashed it twice and followed Arisina to Zoralla’s side. Though she probably did little damage, it felt good to contribute.

Her rolled the handle of her swords in her hand, enjoying the weight and feel of it. She took a ready stance as she waited for the others to attack and wondered what it would look like.

Seeing the mimic animate and begin to attack a wand was raised in it's direction, while the opponent wasn't anything that was especially challenging to the full group, going easy on the opponent was a bad idea regardless.

Chronos glanced at the creature, it seemed like it's attention was focused on their tank this lead to a smirk, it seemed like they had lucked out with their tank she seemed to be skilled enough. That combined with both the other melee members going straight into attacking it and their support throwing out buffs for everyone, it seemed like a well oiled machine if anything.

Taking the opportunity to shift to a position where hitting some of the other members was minimized Chronos had a quick look around to make sure nothing else was coming at them. Raising the wand in his hands Chronos channeled energy through it, after a brief moment several fireballs would launch from the wand towards the enemy aiming to damage it. Some simple spells were the best thing to start off with against an opponent like this, using up the stronger spells was a bad idea.

Zoralla continued to keep aggro of the mimic, allowing everyone to attack it without fear of having it retaliate against them. Arsinia stepped up first and attacked it with a speedy attack, grazing it lightly and was made apparent when a bit of its wood chipped off. Following her was Seirom, attack with two slashes to its body, causing it to roar out but still being drawn to Zoralla who was also dealing damage the whole time. Afterwards came the fireball, the attack that would have the most damage due to the chest being mostly made up of wood. Everyone's attacks contributed to dwindling the mimics health down, Harper mostly backing everyone up by giving them some defense boosts and a bit of speed to out maneuver the mimic were it to hop around.

It didn't take much longer to defeat the mimic, Zoralla finishing up with a striking blow down the center of the creature. Despite seeming very opposing, it was a mimic after all and were considered basic enemies. The mimic disappeared after it was beaten, particles flying upwards as they disappeared into nothing. Zoralla looked at her team and gave them a thumbs up, also giving a nod of appreciation. Harper was jumping up and down, cheering the group on giving everyone hugs that accepted them. Everyone got their share of the gold as well as the experience, distributing it evenly among them. Unfortunately there wasn't any good loot, only some food that restored a little bit of their health.

"That was great work," Zoralla said, looking to her team, "I can see we are very organized, something that is commendable even in the physical layer." The sound of a light clang could be heard with an instant shake of the ground that lasted only about half a second. Following that were more of the same noise and feeling, the noise sounding like it was coming from out in the hallway. Harper began hiding behind the three main classes, Zoralla, Seirom and Arisina, due to the sudden impacts and noises. "I think something is out there," Harper said, pointing out the obvious.

The sounds would eventually stop but become obvious that whatever was outside had stopped and was near the door. Were they to stay in the room and plan an ambush for when it would come, they'd find that it was not going to come in any time soon. Zoralla looked around the room, hoping to find any other exit since heading out there while something was waiting would be suicide. Reexamining the room, the group would still see the paintings, one being of the founder of the company while still retaining the art style. A heavy dresser which reveal a bunch of dresses inside with a flat back wall, pressed up directly against the room wall but was impossible to move the dresser. Nothing appeared to be under the bed and nothing was inside the bedside drawers.

Evidently, Carol had to put up a good portion of the dresses on her inventory, for future use. Even if they just cluttered things up and did not provide any bonuses whatsoever, they were good enough to satisfy her heroic vanity. She looked around, hoping to find something to do, eventually leading to her looking at the paionting.

"ARISINA PULL!"

With that, she would attempt to pull back the painting and reveal whatever could be behind it, if anything at all.

Seirom grinned triumphantly at her first victory. Excited with her first achievement, she was eager for more action. She positioned herself for battle as something approached the door. She was confused and disappointed when one of her members didn’t seem to care about facing the mysterious being outside.

“Let’s take on that thing!” She pointed to the door with her free hand. “I say we charge at it first before it come to us.”

The mimic wasn't enough. She had a feeling the thing outside would give more of a fight.

The mimic didn't provide much challenge, considering the effectiveness of their teamwork it was hardly suprising really. The being was neither intelligent or strong enough to deal with the party's strength.

Chronos turned to face the noise coming from the corridor. "I'd suggest we either find a way out of here or get into a battle formation and engage it." It was a bit more of a sound strategy, at least compared to Seirom's strategy of charging into what could potentially be a very dangerous situation.

Whatever the creature was, it sounded far more threatening then the mimic had a chance of even being. Whichever plan they were going to put into motion Chronos hoped that it ended up being the right plan. "Regardless of what we shall do I think we should still get into a somewhat effective formation." Chronos pointed out as he made his way over to the rest of the formation, having the mage in front of the door near the noise was not a good idea.

Zoralla examined everyone's suggestions, deciding on which would be the best since it seemed that she was the leader. It seemed like the plan was split down in half, even Harper suggesting they find another way out. Meanwhile, Arisina had decided to pull of a painting from the wall, the weight of it causing her to fall back once she pulled it off. Behind it was a hollowed out space with a flat panel at the back, sitting in the hollow space was a thin piece of paper. The paper looked and felt like ordinary paper at first but upon touching it, it'd harden into a straight card-like object with a circuit board-like design forming on the card. Information on the card could be found in their new event's page within their HUD, explaining the use and significance of the card.

Blue Fortune Card #1

Once the card was taken, the plate in the back of the hollowed wall fell, revealing another room on the other side. The hole was large enough for most of the group, the only one that would have a problem would be Zoralla and Chronos. "It seems another way has been presented to us," Zoralla said, examining the hole. "My armor does not allow me to pass through without removing it and I am not willing to do so." Zoralla looked at the rest of the group, devising a plan using the idea of wanting to keep formation. "I will charge out from this room while the rest of you charge around from behind. I will stop attacking so you can pull aggro and then I will be able to pull it back from you, that way you do not die."

With that, Zoralla stood towards the door, readying up in case whatever was outside decided to come in and attack. Harper would wait until the rest of those who could fit went in first, seeing as he's quite squishy and would most likely die from an attack. "Alright, after you guys," he said, standing the furthest away from the door. After everyone had made it through that could and wanted to go, Harper followed behind and climbed in and landed on the other side.

On the other side of the wall, the room appeared to be similar minus the painting that was removed. There was no chest in the room, nothing that would hint at a secret. If the group were to peek out and look towards the door of the room they were in, they'd see a group of armored knights with their swords at the ready and facing the door. Zoralla was still waiting in front of the door, hoping to hear some sort of signal by those who'd come from behind the knights so she can come out.
