Hyakuji High, Student Council Office
Monday, 17:30 (After School)

After some thought of her own after the Student Council's initial meeting, Amane did decide to bring in a Student Support Group in the end, and a handful of the members within the Student Council were moved from the Student Council into the Support Group, opening up some room for some new members of the Student Council. As well as doing that, instead of actually raising the Student Council capacity, Amane excluded the President from the overall count, which in the end opened two places for students to apply for.

After a short application period, Amane looked over all the applicants and picked two who she thought would fit the Student Council the most.

The two chosen were third year student, Ayame Tadashi, and third year student Shirou Kishi.

In the last meeting, Amane also decided to hold a private vote for the Vice President of the Student Council. In other words, today was to do two things. Introduce the two new members of the Student Council to the current members of the Student Council, and to announce who has been chosen as the Vice President of the Student Council.

Each member of the Student Council was informed before the weekends that there would be a meeting after school on Monday, and as usual, Amane was the first to arrive as she had to arrange the room for the meeting. After setting everything up, Amane took her seat, and waited for the other members to arrive.

Unlike the last meeting, it wasn't a particularly big one. Just an introductory meeting for the new members, and an announcement for the Vice President.

Finding the room where her first official student counsel meeting wasn't too difficult...
Except for the fact it would have been much easier, if Trix hadn't insisted to go with HER directions.

In the end, making them go in circles around the whole place!

Though since she really didn't have the patience nor energy to put her in her place, she decided to let it slide, for now that is. Ayame made sure to knock on the door before proceeding to enter, to her surprise it seemed she was actually early rather than late. To her liking, she was relieved to find that she wasn't the only one there.

Bowing respectfully, she was sure to make her introduction.

"Hello, I am-"

"Trix here! Her wonderful familiar!"

Giving the annoying fairy a small glare of irratation she finished,

"I am Ayame Tadashi, your new general affairs assitant... and I believe you must be the President of the student council, yes?"

"Ahahah!" Heleth entered inside the student council room, her jade hair in a large bun over her head, almost looking like a nest "Seem like a rookie beaten me to the meeting! Good evening President!"

Heleth was a bit too cheery and upbeat that day. Maybe it was because the results for the votes for the new Vice President were going to be revealed.
She was looking forward to see the results, as she was really eager to discover if the role was hers. She barely contained the accumulated nervousness caused by the long wait. She wasn't sure she'd win, but she certainly thought she played all her cards right.

The dual layered eyes of Heleth studied that new girl, and the tiny fairy-thing with her.
"I'm Heleth Mastema, Head Prefect of the Student Council. Nice to meet you!"

Trotting to her usual seat, Heleth sat down, leaving her suitcase on the table for the moment.

Sophia would be the third member to enter the student council room, and she had with her a stack of books for class. For her this would be a normal meeting, meeting the new members, maybe showing them the ropes a bit, and discussing some matters that needed to be discussed. So she didn’t exactly have high expectations for it, though she was looking forward to the new members though.

“A pleasure to meet you Ayame. I’m Sophia Antistita, Club Advisor. I’m looking forward to working with you.” She gave the newcomer and her familiar a little bow. The fairy was a curious little thing, but it didn’t faze Sophia too much seeing how this was Hyakuji after all. Come to think of it… the name Ayame Tadashi sounds familiar… She was her new roommate, wasn’t she? They haven’t been properly introduced yet, so this should do nicely.

Then there was Heleth. The red-skinned seemed very eager today for some reason, then Sophia remembered that today was the day the results of the vice-president elections will be announced. Considering that Heleth was the only one who nominated themselves for the position, it was probably to be expected. Though… something about the sight of her irked Sophia more than usual for some reason. She ignored it and casually brushed aside a strand of silver hair before taking her place at the table.

"Then you should be ashamed to be beaten by a rookie, what kind of Head Prefect are you?"

Ah yes, that unmistakable snark by the one and only Seth Ryouga. The thorn of the rose, always unapproachable and unfriendly, leaning back on a chair precariously balancing it on two legs, with his own legs resting on the desk in front of him. As always, he cheated and had been in the Student Council room long before anyone else did get here.

On to the more important matter though, "Do we seriously need to hold a meeting just to discuss about this latest reorganizing?" Mostly the question aimed at Amane since she's the head honcho of this little group. "And when was the last time did we do a reorganizing? Can't we just stick with one and deal with it?"

He never will run out of stuff to complain about.

"Kishi, Shirou."

Straight and to the point. The male was quick to make his own name and presence known by maintaining a fairly confident air. Show off you had spine, and back it up when confronted...that was pretty much how he always worked in groups. "I hope we can all get along." a simple enough greeting as well. He kept to a few words but didn't try to make a speech or anything. Nothing to really say other than his own ideals of trying to make this school a better place.

He should save the long-winded talks for when they were actually needed.

"A pleasure to meet our two newcomers. I am Runelle Aeisona, secretary of the student council." the magic spirit greeted the newcomers. She was rather excited too; she doubted she'd won the vice-presidential election. While she'd gladly accepted the position, if she won, she wasn't particularly after it; unlike a certain demon, what little extra power existed in the vice-presidency of the Student Council wasn't much of a big deal.

Yes, Runelle likes political power. She's a born-and-raised noblewoman; she's not exactly some kind of anarchist.

Still, she waited for Subaru. The magical spirit had casted her vote for him; he had, after all, proven himself to be reasonable and level-headed.

It was good to see that one of the new members was the first to be the one to arrive. It showed that she was dedicated, although, Heleth probably wasn't going to be particularly happy about it. It seemed she had some sort of fairy with her, although Amane has probably seen way too many things by now to be at all surprised. Amane gave a nod in reply to Ayame's question.

Amane gave it some time for the other members to arrive. Needless to say, Heleth's hair style was an odd as it always was. Sometimes Amane wished she would pick a hair style that didn't make her stick out so much, especially since she was part of the Student Council, but honestly, for someone meeting her the first time, the hair was going to be the least that would stick out in Heleth's case.

Then came Seth with the complaints.

"You are free to clean the hallways instead, Seth Ryouga, after all you still have another two weeks of it."

Oh, right, Seth was still on cleaning duty, wasn't he? Certainly a harsh punishment Amane gave him...

Once both of the new members had arrived, Amane finally introduced herself, and gave the two instructions on where they would be sitting.

"Amane Shinomiya. A pleasure to meet you both. Take either of the seats which have equipment in front of them."

While the other members of the Student Council already had their seats sorted, the unclaimed seats had a set of books stacked in front of them. Those books what the new members would be using while they are part of the Student Council.

Once the two new members claimed their seats, it would be about time for the meeting to begin. There were a couple of members absent, however the turn out was definitely a lot better than the last meeting. Subaru seemed to have habit of turning up late, so it wouldn't have surprised Amane if he turned up shortly after the meeting started. Artemis was usually on time and present, which probably meant something had come up.

"Before I start the meeting, I would like to welcome our two new members. Third year student Ayame Tadashi, General Affairs Assistant, and third year student Shirou Kishi, Disciplinary Officer."

Following that, Amane quickly moved onto the next important announcement, which was the result of the Vice President vote.

"I would also like to congratulate Sophia Antistita. From today on, Sophia Antitista will replace Yukina Satonaka as Vice President."

It was probably going to be a surprising outcome to some, however Sophia and Heleth were definitely the two most likely candidates to become Vice President, so it wasn't a result outside of Amane's expectations.

"I would like to see how Sophia Antistita performs, and for this reason, I will defer a part of this meeting to Sophia Antitista. If you could please formally introduce the new members to the Student Council."

Fortunately for Sophia, Amane did actually provide Sophia with some brief details on the new members as she would find a piece of paper on the table in front of her, however it was only really their names, what year they were in, and their jobs on the Student Council. The new members really have to introduce themselves, which is what Amane was hoping Sophia would ask them to do.

...Geh, seriously...? Then again he was practically asking for it for complaining too much...

Not that he's actually going to go clean instead, so at least that certainly shut him up. Instead he just settled with just grumpily crossing his arms and sitting so deeply in his seat only his head was visible over the desk.

Nope, he's not gonna say anything for the rest of the meeting. Absolutely not. Not even a single word to comment on the new Vice President, or to introduce himself to the two new members. nope.

He's such a child...

Ah so the new student council vice president is Sophia Antistita? Well congratulations to h… WAIT WHAT? “Wait, I’M the new student council vice president?” Her expression of surprise was simply priceless, if her jaw could drop anymore it’d be on the table. “Are you sure there wasn’t a mistake? I didn’t even run for the position!” Then it occurred to her that someone probably nominated her without her knowing. While she was honoured that it happened, there was a reason she didn’t run.

Well… the people have spoken, that’s how a democracy works, right? “… Nonetheless I will humbly accept this position and perform my duties to the best of my abilities.” Sophia stood to take up her first task and caught a glimpse of Heleth in the process. No doubt the demon would be furious at this turn of events, and for some reason that made her feel rather… proud. Putting that aside, she cleared her throat and began to introduce the new members.

…Which turned out to be more difficult than it sounds. The whole point of this meeting was to meet the new members, so she didn’t really have much to go on aside from the cards Amane gave her and what the members themselves said. “First off we have third year student Ayame Tadashi and her familiar Trix. Ayame will be our new general affairs assistant, so please direct office needs to her and notify her if you will be absent for meetings.”

That wasn’t so bad, was it? “Next is Shirou Kishi, also a third year student. He will be the new disciplinary officer, so if there are any transgressions you would like to report please tell him.” That said… Sophia’s eyes fell upon a certain grumpy young man who has his arms crossed. He’s undergoing punishment right now, so hopefully there will be no more incidents in the future, but just in case… “I have some experience in disciplinary matters, so if you require assistance feel free to ask me Shirou.”

Sophia looked down at the data sheet that Amane provided to see if she had missed anything. “That’s about as much as I know.” She then looked at the two new members and gave them a small nod. “Is there anything else you would like to add?” …In hindsight she probably should have left more for them to say, but there’s still other stuff they could add to it.

Health took the news of his defeat like a punch in the stomach.
In the literal sense: she collapsed on herself for the surprise.

That state barely lasted a few seconds, as the demon girl raised her head and stared at Amane.
A completely serious face.

Curses. Curses, curses, curses!
This is what happens when you underestimate your opponents, even if they're potential opponents! Expect the unexpected. This underestimation costed her a prestigious place in student council.

No matter. She'd triple her efforts to support the student council. She'd show Amane and all the people that voted for Sophia that they made a mistake! She was the better choice!
Not that Sophia wasn't worthy of the role: she voted Sophia as well!

That said, she sighed once, before gaining back her composure.

Huh?
How did she know my name...?

She merely blinked at the girl's recollection, nodding to be polite she responded simply. "Yes, it's nice to meet you too, Sophia-san." Trix gave her a suspicious glare, before coming along with Ayame to sit down and hear the announcements. Glancing around the table up at the member's faces, she began trying to print them into her memory so that she could remember them. After all, she was the General affair's assistant and they would be coming to report to her every so often.

Hearing the familiar name of the kind girl being announced, really wasn't a surprise to her. Considering that from looking at her, she could tell she was the type that most people liked and respected. Though it shook her when the girl seemed rather shocked, to be granted such a position and not somebody else. As she applauded, she couldn't help but notice a young red-skinned demon, being rather disappointment. Unaware what to do, Ayame simply shrugged and gave the girl a comforting smile. For sure she would get over, an ordeal of losing a title like that.

She was one of the first one's to speak out, besides Trix. "So...since we are new members, may I request going over the rule's once more, to refresh?" Trix nodded eagerly and giggled, "Yeah! I can definitely be very forgetful! Especially Ayame too!"

"I definitely will, it never hurts to ask someone with more experience in the field."

Shirou still had a lot to learn about the school and how it worked. He was fairly "normal" in comparison to other students, so he had to adapt in different ways. Besides his partner, he only had a rudimentary set of skills to deal with things that got out of hand. It was a challenge to prepare for, but at the very least it seemed Shirou was fine with the role he was given.

"It'll be an honor working with everyone, though I suppose before I add anything, I agree with the idea of a refresher. I need to make sure I understand all policies."

He was fairly to the point and seemed to take his newfound position very seriously. Though, at the same time he didn't look like the type to be content with that role. The way he carried himself did show a sense of ambition, in addition to everything else.
