Vivio is a rather small girl for her age, possessing a short height and little to no extra weight on her body, wearing little to no fat or muscles under her skin. While that sounds like a bad thing, it does pan out to make her body healthy, as she's not underweight or skinny to her bones. Along with this, she possesses heterochromia, her right eye possessing a green color and her left eye possessing a red color, as they stand out along with her well-tended golden hairstyle, the length of it reaching down to her waist as a pair of twintails are usually tied on the top of her head.

POWERS & ABILITIES

The Bloodline of SANKT KAISER
Vivio D'Arquien is a distant descendant of Queen Olivie, also known as the Sankt Kaiser, who lived in a time of war in the unrecorded past. The Queen was a user of barrier and protection magic and was also known as a formidable foe in the heat of battle, often clashing with an opponent known as Overlord Ingvalt. Vivio's connection with the Queen is marked with her heterochromic eyes, a very rare trait that appeared from time to time within Vivio's bloodline, all accompanied by Olivie's warm and kind memories and her talents in magic, although powered-down from Vivio's lack of experience and overall skill in magic. All of Vivio's versions are nerfed and considered to be very weak compared to Sankt Kaiser. Although, Vivio doesn't know that any of Olivie's memories are real. In fact, for Vivio, she perceives it as her imagination, all of her memories and experiences are the Sankt Kaiser being nothing but fiction to her, thinking her powers were just a random thing that happened to her. She remembers most of Olivie's life though. The happiness, sadness, warmth and even her regrets.

Excess Mana Manipulation
A trait that accompanied Vivio's eyes was her massive amount of mana and her ability to use it in excess during battles in a very odd and new way. In short, she expresses her built-up energy from the inside and pushes it out around her in waves, keeping it afloat with her body as the center of attention, as she's able to express and create more and even recycle it by taking the remainder of her energy in the air around her back into her body. The mana waves, known for it's thick, warm and somewhat liquid sensation, is white with small patches of rainbow lights shining along it's wave-like pattern, creating a rather vivid display of energy which matches her name and eye colors well. The way Vivio uses this energy to fight is reminiscent of how someone manipulating substances would fight, such as water, sand or wind. In short, it's always flowing out and staying around her small frame, and can be used to push, grab, fling objects around her to a certain extent, as well as block attacks and push an enemy back whenever she would desire to do so, all of relying on her mental capabilities, this being the easiest but also weakest form she can fight with. A major drawback with all her mana is her lack of skill in any other form of magic but the Sankt Kaiser Arts. As such, Vivio can not learn spells from other mages and can only gain new abilities from Olivie's memories, or adapt current spells into something new. The second drawback is her mental focus. If she gets disrupted too much or thinks too much about other things, her powers won't work as well as she wants them to. This is because she has to actively imagine the paths her energy would move and into what shapes she wants it to be. The range on this energy is about 15 feet around her with Vivio as the center of attention. The type of objects she can move around also vary on size. Something in the weight-class of a car can only be lightly pushed while a chair or a table can be flung across the rooms and something in the range of a vending machine or a motorcycle can be flipped over.

Asgard
Asgard is Vivio's first and most common skill she tends to utilize during battle. Being a spell created purely for defense, Asgard is a thin and hardened form of her rainbow-like mana, ranging in various sizes all depending on how much focus she puts in to make one of them. She can either create a small version to shield herself with or a much larger version to shield a whole group with, as it's hexagon-like pattern allowing her to build the barrier in different shapes and forms. Mainly, it's used to defend against blunt or sharp attacks, such as fists, swords, rocks or falling debris, but it can also withstand magical attacks and modern-day technology to a certain extent, most of those attacks breaking them in a few hits. It all depends on the applied pressure and strength of the attacks, as well as how much mana Vivio has used to create one of her barriers to begin with. A single-layered one might break after a few powerful strikes or after a very powerful attack, but something that was made with a double-layer or above might endure more hits before breaking. The time it takes to create a barrier depends on it's size, but once a layer has been made, it can hover free around her body, as it's carried by her liquid mana, the maximum amount of layers she can put to one shield being four.

Vitalization
Vitalization is the second skill Vivio managed to master thanks to her memories of Olivie. Simply put, her mana is pressed together and condensed into a small crystal gem that hovers behind her body up to a limit of 10 at a time. The process of creating one of these gems takes about one to two minutes and happens naturally as her powers manifest. Their actual purpose on the other hand may vary, depending on how Vivio decides to use them. The first version is a small shield, as the gem would move up to the position it needed to be in order to form a very thin, small and round surface that can block a single attack, meaning that any punch or projectile that bounces off it wiill always cause it to break completely, as a new gem will have to be formed as a replacement. The second and main purpose of Vitalization is exactly what the name implies. It heals people. By touching and pressing against a person, it forms a thin layer over the wound and sends her warm and kind energy into them. This causes the wounds to close up or at least heal to a certain extent, while also easing the pain away and sending a small surge of stamina into them, each one lasting for about ten minutes before fading away. It's not perfect or anything like that. She can't restore broken limbs or heal fatal wounds. But something as minor as a cut into your arm or a broken finger might work, or at the very least, she'll be able to ease the pain away for the moment.

[Creation time for each gem is different depending on posting scenario, as such, in quicker situations it takes 2 posts to create a gem while it takes about 1 minute and thirty seconds to form one in a longer post]

Zero Form
Vivio's protective abilities does not simply rely on her mana. The warm and colorful mass, the strong barriers and her small healing crystals all draw from another important part of the girl. Simply put, the second source for the blonde's powers is her gentle and colorful aura. Her personality, her bright hair, her soft-toned skin, anything that can be considered as a warm and personal aspect of her is drawn in and used for her abilities. You could say that rather than just using mana and magical energy to protect, she uses an extension of herself to deal with threats around her. Although Vivio possesses an excess amount of mana, her ability to refine it and use it properly is practically non-existent. Couple this with her second and much more limited source of power, and you'll find that she runs out fairly quickly. The mana pool is still there and she can use her abilities to a certain extent, but not in the same bright and colorful methods as she used to. This forces Vivio to enter something Olivie dubbed: Zero Form.

Right: Her appearance during Zero Form.
Left: An example on the corrupted markings over her body.

Once Vivio's body runs out of warmth and transforms into Zero Form, all of her colors fade and change into something much colder. Most of her bright, blonde and very long hair falls off, leaving a very short haircut on her, along with the golden locks left on her skull fading into a light blue. Her eyes, normally green and red, change into a deep blue and a bright golden hue, replacing her warm set of heterochromic eyes with another set of bizarre and sharp colors instead. It's not just her head that changes appearance either. Vivio's warm and soft skin-tone quickly alters into a very unnatural and pale complexion, the same type of skin-color one would encounter on a sick person or someone who has never been exposed to sunlight.

The other thing are all the black marks spread across her whole body. On her arms, legs, waist and chest, tons of black markings and shapes start to form. These are all of Vivio's expression points in which she forces her protective mass out of her. After her warmth fades, it gives off a rather corrupted appearance and grows visible on her skin. Not only that, but two black horns form and grow out of her forehead as well, making this change far more demonic than it really is. These horns are very sensitive and sharp, becoming a part of the girl's body as long as she remains in this form.

Her personality goes through a radical change as well. She retains the same likes, dislikes and fears and she still enjoys everything she usually does. Her friends remain the same and her kind nature and intentions are still there. The main difference lies in how she expresses it. Rather than being bright and cheerful, she appears to be more emotionless and empty. Rarely smiling, rarely shouting, Vivio speaks in a rather cold and expressionless tone of voice. Her reactions suffer similarly, as she never panics and flails about when something bad might be happening nor does she smile and bounce around whenever something good might have happened. Simply put, she acts more like an emotionless and expressionless shell of her normal self.

When it comes to her powers, Vivio loses all of her abilities bar her excess mana manipulation. Normally, this mass displays tons of colors and shines with a bright white light. But in Zero Form, all of the colors have faded and the mass is simply a clump of white with grey and black streaks running across it. The warmth the mass is known for expressing changes as well, being much colder and sharper than before. One could compare this temperature to the inside of a fridge or a very cold autumn evening.

Vivio encounters a lot of problems when it comes to turning herself back. Due to her non-existent skills when it comes to refining and using her mana and the lack of training she has had with magic in general, reverting to her normal self will take a lot of time. It doesn't just take a few hours or a day, it can take up to a week or even longer depending on the state Vivio is in. Simply put, this depends on both her mental and physical health and her recovery in both. As such, it's actually uncertain as to when Vivio can turn back, as it all relies on her own determination, happiness and mana-refining skills.

PERSONALITY
Vivio is.. hard to explain. She's kind of like a mix between a ditz and a completely focused girl. She appears to be lost in thoughts sometimes, such as looking away from a conversation or doing something else while focusing on an issue, but that's far from it. She's extremely good at multitasking and uses it to her advantage. She likes being carefree in most situations because she knows that she can handle it, as well as disliking stress to begin with. Stressing is bad. Stressing is when you go from acting like a ditz to being a ditz. Or something like that. The point is, stress is bad.

Other than that, Vivio is a very kind and warm person in general. She likes helping out the best she can and she enjoys meeting new people in general, being pretty open-minded about her friends. As for her hobbies, she's very fond of games or any activity that makes her use her mind a lot, such as puzzle solving, action games, rhythm games, you name it. She's also very fond of sweet things such as pastries, fruits and snacks. She is also fluent in both English and Japanese, due to her parents origins. Nothing else really stands out though. She's pretty open about trying new things and she's always going to try it with an enthusiastic smile on her face.

Things she doesn't like are very small, but they will stand out if she encounters them during the days. She had a fear of insects and a fear of big heights, both stemming from an insane fantasy that involved Olivie fighting those threats. Ever since, she's just had a growing fear of them, and it keeps getting worse for her the more she thinks about it. Olivie's life and memories had a large impact on Vivio and her personality in general. Both with her kind personality and her gentle motivations and her fears. Being Olivie feels too real and everything she experienced rubbed off on Vivio as a whole, even down to her interest in Ingvalt — "The Man of My Dreams."

HISTORY
Endless eons ago, in a place unknown and maybe even a dimension other than our own, several of the minor nations were at conflict because of differing ideologies. One of these groups were lead by the Sankt Kaiser Olivie, a Queen known for her kind nature and her abilities to use defensive magic. From a young age, the princess displayed a large talent for her protective spells and as such, she was paired up with a person who had an opposite style than hers. Enter Ingvalt, a prince from the neighboring nation who focused all of his abilities of offense. The two of them were forced into mock battle with each other over the years, strengthening the female's barrier talents and the male's offensive abilities along with a friendship that would last for an eternity. At the time, the land was not plagued by war or disaster as the different nations had an open and peaceful relationship with each other. The two of them would grow up and closer as the years would pass, all until one day when disaster would strike from the nations around them.

By then, the Princess had become a Queen and the Prince had become a King, both of them leading their groups into battle. During it all, one soldier from Ingvalt's side struck down one of Olivie's by accident, causing a large rivalry to grow between the groups. The childhood friends had now grown into adversaries from a simple misunderstanding, as the two of them ruled over different factions that attempted to seize control of the land, often clashing in battles that ended with Olivie as the winner. For both of them, each fight for harder to push through, as neither Ingvalt or Olivie wanted to harm the other. The pressure from leading their people was what caused them to fight.

As the years passed, they fended off each other and the other nations around them, as the green and lush hills turned gray and dull, debris and corpses filling the fields around their cities. The landscape could not take it, as the overuse of magic and the constant fighting caused the earth to react in a violent manner, sending everyone into a shock and seizing their battling to combat the new threat. Although, one can't fight natural disaster, can they? The only thing you can do is endure it, which is what Olivie specialized in, as she pushed out all of her stored up mana and all of her protective skills to save every soul she could, dying in the process of doing so.

And that's where our story ends.. if it wasn't for Olivie's final regret. She wished for her old days to return. The days before fighting. The days she would spend with her closest friend. She wanted all of it to return. Born from these regrets was a blessing, passed along her children and to the descendants to come. A blessing containing her memories and powers. All created from her desire to see her friend once again. And while her story and the war she ended may have been forgotten, the memories of her have remained, surfacing in various people across time, these unknown figures all bearing the same type of eye condition that the Queen used to possess..

Vivio D'Arquien was born with these eyes, along with the memories and abilities used by her Ancestor. Despite her french name, she grew up in Japan as an only child, her father being French and her mother being Japanese. She had a rather uneventful life, although her powers did bring some disasters to the table. Literally, the table flipped over the first time she actually activated it. No one really expects a five year old to flip a table with magical abilities. Although, her parents were surprisingly adapt at handling chaos like this, as her father handled her growth and her mother handled the powers. While the female didn't possess any abilities of her own, she did have something that Vivio lacked.

Discipline.

Handling stress and multiple things at once was something everyone needed in the mother's line of work. As such, she helped Vivio train her mind so she could use her powers properly, being able to handle several things at once, like talking and creating a barrier at the same time. Although the small girl did prove to have one major issue.

Daydreaming. She had fantasies from time to time about a world she's never been to. It's a strange place, filled with other magical beings and people she's never met before. Even so, it felt like she's known them for all her life. She was there too, but under a different name. A Queen named Olivie. By using her powers in her fantasies, she grew more adept at using them in real life. She even picked up some tricks after time, the years passing as she started dreaming more about this place, both at night and at day.

It felt so real, being Olivie..

Of course, telling her parents and friends didn't matter that much. They were stories as far as Vivio was concerned. And her daydreaming didn't get in the way of her life either. After some time, the girl passed middle school with relative ease and moved on to apply for a high-school. A suggestion from her mother came up about a town that specialized in matters that would apply to Vivio. A place where she got basic and supernatural education that would help further her skills in magic.

Hyakuji City, located at the intersection of Destiny and Plot-convenience.

Vivio went and moved into one of the dorms there, her parents staying behind and checking in on her once in a while. The distance between the cities weren't that big, and one could easily travel back and forward via train. It's just time consuming. Although Vivio doesn't mind. A place with new friends and new things to experience sound fun. She might get better in using her magical abilities and make up new stories about Olivie as she went along. What could possibly go wrong?

I've made an agreement with Cap about adding a nerf for Vivio for writing purposes. He asked me to write it up and he's going to review it, so the things I'll be adding here is up for Cap to judge.

Vivio's protective abilities does not simply rely on her mana. The warm and colorful mass, the strong barriers and her small healing crystals all draw from another important part of the girl.
