APPEARANCE
| Einhart is a well trained young lady. There is not a shred of fat on her skin. She seems very young and retains a lot of her child-like shine even though she's already hitting the age of 14. Puberty has clearly started to affect her height and muscle growth, but the rest of her body is slightly lacking. Although her feminine... qualities are definitely developing and it's definitely impossible to mistake her for a male, she's most certainly behind in certain aspects of puberty. However, this only works out for her. Her entire body is toned and just a look makes it clear that she works out. And a lot. |
POWERS & ABILITIES
Overlord Ingvalt
Big Lore-y version Einhart's origins left her blessed and cursed with ancient memories. Right before the fall of her Holy Family, the final King cursed himself and everyone born with his blood. Cursed with an infinite chain of memories. Even though eons passed and the chain started to wither, the core still remains. In Einhart's deepest memories, there's a vision of a woman. A woman that continuously beat her as the ancient King. Due to the passage of thousands of years, that is the only truly vivid memory she has, only barely remembering anything about the King himself. It's a memory that gave her great despair, as the pain of all of his losses loop in her mind every single night. Theoretically, all the memories of the final Overlord were sealed inside of his lineage, but these are all Einhart can recall. Even though her body is completely different in her memories, they are the same as her own, and every emotion he felt then was is shared by her.
There's one more thing her body remembers, the strength of the unstoppable Overlord she descended from. He was extremely capable and trained, and had an incredible mastery of hand to hand combat and magic. Her body doesn't remember how to use his magic, but she has inherited his skill at martial arts, as every bit of combat experience he had is now Einhart's own. This means she's already an adept user of various combat styles, even at this young of an age. However, even though her body is athletic, she is not inhumanely strong and can only rely on pure skill to beat her opponents. However, she definitely has a lot of that. She knows various ancient styles, involving both grappling and striking techniques, along with having practiced a lot of present-day Judo, Taekwondo and Karate.
The blood of the ancient Warrior-Overlord leaves her with one final curse: There can only be one King alive at any time. If another one of her blood even touches the same Earth, one of the two will perish. This is an instinctively-known condition planted upon every of his descendants, yet Einhart also knows, from deep inside her heart... that there's a way to end that curse.
Einhart's heterochromia is the mark of her bloodline, her blue-and-purple, lifeless eyes appear in every member of her family.
In short, the ageless memories she has stored inside of her make her a brutal fighter. The old Overlord has mastered various arts of hand to hand combat, and she knows all of them. Even though she is low on physical strength, she has a hundred years of experience in grappling and striking arts.
Genocide Fist Another skill she owes completely to her bloodline. In her memories, the power of Genocide Fist was something completely unmatched that even the King's final opponent couldn't stop. No matter what defense she put up, he could smash through it over and over again. Every last bit of matter his fists touched were instantly incinerated and obliterated.
Einhart's version isn't even worthy of sharing the same name, and is nothing more than a weak imitation. When she focuses her magical energy into her fists or feet, they start to glow with a frightening black aura. As she doesn't understand the true form of the 'absolute erasure' granted by the Genocide Fist, she simply made her own version.
This aura causes both a drilling movement and a hammering one. It's a large amount of magical energy that simply keeps spinning and pounding in every direction. Every single attack she makes is constantly amplified by this aura, if she chooses to bare it. What it does is 'hold' the force of her punch, not letting a single bit of it be wasted and having it simply loop eternally.
This means that a single impact of this isn't all that deadly, but if she manages to keep her fists on you, it quickly becomes a deadly experience and will start ripping skin apart. Theoretically, this can rip through and break about anything and everything that can be crushed by sheer physical strength... if you give it enough time. In desperate situations, she can cause the aura to explode outwards into a person-sized explosion. This would basically feel, to an opponent, like being punched from every single side, at every angle possible. It hurts like hell... but it isn't very destructive.
Normally, using this would endanger Einhart's fists and legs as well, but wearing Asteion protects her own skin.
Damge Explanations Theoretically, it can do an infinite amount of damage if you continue to channel force into the move for an infinite amount of time, but as soon as force stops being channeled, it stops rotating. The aura itself adds no power to her punches or kicks, and cannot affect grapples (because grapples are dumb enough and carry no innate striking force) To properly illustrate what this attack does, imagine force as arrows.
Normally, a punch has a single 'arrow', towards the opponent. What this move does is /not/ boost any of this strength, rather, it just keeps it in movement instead of wasting it. As soon as a punch hits something, the force doesn't dissipate. It starts spinning around in various ways, similar to a drill, although one that doesn't just 'spin', it moves in every direction. Over time, this becomes more and more powerful, because the added force of her just pushing her hand on someone more will increase the strength, because the initial 'arrow' doesn't stop regenerating when the force spreads around and starts circling.
As soon as she even stops putting force in her hand for even a moment, the force dissipates.
The 'explosive' version simply spreads it out over a large amonut of space. It doesn't drill through someone or anything, it simply blasts this concussive force all over a target's body, basically covering someone in the pure power of... well, punching.
Asteion 'Asteion', the 'fists and feet of the King', is the only physical artifact to survive from that dreaded era, or at least, the only one Einhart knows of. It's a small, chain that hangs from her neck, ending in the seal of her ancient kingdom; an upside-down with four circles, one at each point and one at the middle, each filled a different ancient character from their ancient script. This ancient language is one she could speak- but not one she can really read, the characters having been lost with time.
Upon sensing danger, or upon being commanded by Einhart, the ancient device activates and transforms. Her hands and feet are quickly covered by gauntlets and grieves. These used to be far more powerful, but they lost their power over the ages... now, they are nothing more than a pair of steel grieves and gauntlets that protect Einhart from anything that cannot pierce steel, and more importantly, her own mana.
They are technically weightless and only generate their strength on defense, and as such, add zero power to her blows. They're made from a strange, black material, and have a blue, perfectly cut, spherical crystal in the middle.
The grieves and gauntlets can repair, but if her necklace is broken, they cannot and are completely incapable of reforming. The technology to create them... has simply faded with the ages, and so has the knowledge to draw their full power.
While they are 'technically' weightless, they do weight quite a bit to Einhart herself. They draw on her very soul itself, weighting her down at a deeper level than mere 'physical'. If she reduces the weight, this means the material becomes noticably more fragile. She only has two modes right now- they can either be nothing more than cloth wraps that protect her ankles and knuckles from her Genocide Fist, or they can be at their full strength and weighting her down. Einhart has trained with these things on for ages, however, and while they do noticably slow her down, they do not reduce her level by all that much, mainly reducing the fluidity of her movements. Although, in combat, fluidity can be everything.
Sword Draw An opposite to Einhart's genocide fist. The genocide fist takes force in motion and multiplies it with no potential limit, while this skill lives on the potential of the attacks she could've done.
In essence, by keeping her a single limb still, she can temporarily supercharge her strength in this limb. She's basically pushing her force inside constantly before finally releasing it. In theory, there's no maximum limit to the amount of strength she can gather, yet it's still the same as exerting her energy, so she can actually exert herself by simply holding in too much strength. She can collect strength in any part of her body, including her very fingers.
While she has no true limits, common sense must still be applied, as while Asteion protects her from the backfire of her own ability, she is still somewhat prone to the laws of physics. That is to say, if she puts too much strength in a single limb, her arm might not be able to take the whiplash. Or the force being exerted. So while she doesn't have a hard cap, she does needs to retain some common sense. Anything more than breaking rock or bending steel is probably a significantly bad idea.
The range of her attacks are extended beyond her mere body as long as her strength is sufficiently charged- say, two or three times above her regular strength. This normally has a range of up to ten meters, but it can be extended to up to 50. But for every five meters after ten, the strength of her punches decreases, basically turning all but the most charged punches into harmless taps at that point.
The weaknesses of this technique are specifically in the time it takes to charge, because she needs to restrict movement from whatever limb she is charging. She can use this for more than just punching and kicking, of course, as it universally increases her strength for one sudden 'pulse', letting her do things like extended jumps and fierce throws.
As long as movement is kept to a minimum, Einhart can charge the power of her fist in almost any position.
There is no true charge time, as per it's nature of stored strength, but theoretically she can output enough force to bend or dent a decently sized surface of steel with a punch in six seconds.
Of course, with her strength, the speed of her punches is also increased. The speed of that increases to a similar manner to her strength, making charged punches no more than a blur. Furthermore, the 'range' of her punches is achieved by nothing more than projection of her physical strength. That is to say, it is not like her hand actually extends or anything, but the actual 'punch' has a larger range in an equal arc of her fist.
The Ancient Overlord could supposedly gather an infinite amount of strength in a flash, letting him gather insane amounts of force in fractions of a second. However, Einhart doesn't live up to that level, just yet... |

PERSONALITY Einhart is completely living in her past. Currently, the only thing she understands and lives for is the memories she has forced on her every night. She wants to rid herself of those horrible nightmares.
But, at the same time, she wants to understand them. Why were these two fighting, and why did even raising her fist at her hurt? And why did losing to her feel so horrible...? Was this the final battle that decided the fate of their countries? If so, why did the girl he fight always seem so nice, why was she always smiling?
In a way, the ancient Queen frightens Einhart. Yet, she feels she must somehow surpass her. She feels like she must fix what went wrong in the past. And for that, she must train. Maybe if she becomes strong enough to defeat the ancient Queen, the nightmares would stop? On one hand, she wanted to believe this, but on the other hand... how would she even prove her worth? She didn't know how long ago the events were, but it had to be at least hundreds. How could she surpass someone long dead?
It doesn't matter. It is the only thing she knows, it's the only thing she thinks might settle her memories. The only thing that might fix her torn heart.
Outside of combat, she is a silent, but kind girl. She doesn't tend to speak a lot, or even speak her mind in the slightest. She tends to silently hang around and just... remain a silent presence. Not speaking unless spoken to, and not doing anything out of order. Her eyes always silently watch the situation, void from emotion as she simply observes. If someone needs help, she will help them, however.
In a fight, however, the bets are off. While she wouldn't kill someone, she's so dedicated to proving her superiority that she won't stop unless her or her opponent cannot fight anymore. When that happen, she'll instantly stop and probably make sure her opponent isn't too roughened up.
In class, all the girl really cares about is stuff that makes her stronger and stuff that helps her find out more about her history. While she wouldn't actually skip classes because they don't further her goals, you might spot her either dozing off or not paying attention to a lesson.
While you can't really call her shy, she's definitely awkward in front of people. She has trouble talking and she has trouble expressing herself, she sometimes even has trouble thinking for herself considering the memories that live within her.
As a note, her Japanese is not very good. She's definitely not fluid; while she can understand the language enough, she has trouble speaking it. She's on the level of an elementary student at the very most, although she's completely fluid in pretty much every fighting term there is. So, in a conversation, she'll probably speak back in either broken Japanese or normal english. |
HISTORY
Endless eons ago, in a place unknown and maybe even a dimension other than our own, there was a powerful empire, one ruled by a powerful King. To his army, he was the almighty Warrior-Overlord, and to his people, he was the Great King who stopped an Endless War, one that had cost the lives of millions and had worn the countries apart.
Yet... Einhart remembers nothing about his time as that supposed 'Holy Ruler'. All she remembers now is his fights against the Princess and later Queen of the enemy empire. She doesn't know why, but she knew they had many fights. At least ten, but there might definitely be more, the fog around her memories simply made it harder to tell them apart.
Every single match, he lost. It was strange... in the first few matches they had, she could only feel the joys of friends playing together, yet the older in age... and the closer the matches got, the worse the feelings became.
What was it...? Jealous at her strength? Anger at his own incompetence? Grief at constantly failing his own people? Einhart didn't know, and she couldn't possibly understand. All she know was, that during their final match, during his final loss... she felt a soul crushing sadness coming from him.
From that point on... there's a large rip in her memories. She feels like she's the same person as the Warrior-Overlord from so many generations ago, she simply feels like time immeasurable has passed. Like he went to sleep and was reborn as a completely different person, a girl named 'Einhart Stratos'.
However, they definitely are different people, simply separated by time and space.
Einhart, as a true descendant of the ancient King, had one of her parents die at birth. Her father perished moments after she was born, and she now remains the only descendant of that King. For as long as she had remembered, she has had dreams of her family's ancient history.
For a young girl... it is especially troublesome. Every night she closed her eyes, she entered the body of a different person. And all she could do is fight someone, someone she felt a strange whirlwind of emotions to. A different one, every night. What was this blond woman? A Queen. Why was I, the King, fighting here? Why am I the King...?
Those dreams, those vivid memories... they don't feel like memories that belong to anyone else at all. Whenever she thinks back to these events, it feels like it's her. Not some ancient King she never met. These memories are as true as her own. And it's frightening.
Growing up with these constant dreams lead to her having... a colourful youth. She felt like she needed to be stronger, she felt like she needed to defeat someone. She felt like she needed to protect someone. But why, why was she cursed with this? Every time she closes her eyes, or her consciousness slips even slightly, she falls back into a memory of these horrible times.
She felt like she could change it. The past. Somehow. Even from a young age, something told her to get stronger. Something in her heart kept telling her to grasp onto the power she inherited, the weapons her father passed down onto her. And to train. Train. From an absurdly young age, she started to train. From the age of nine, she was recognized as a prodigy in every fighting dojo or competition she entered.
'Another talented Stratos' they competitions around her tended to say. It wasn't that they knew of her powers, but they knew of her father and his father today. Locally, the name had become a bit of a legend. But, being a local legend wasn't enough. No matter how much she trained, over and over, she felt the emptiness of being unable to protect, and the emptiness of being unable to win.
Einhart's memories only became more and more intense when she got older. She could remember the pain of pure physical pain of being crushed in combat. But what could this do, bar encourage her more? She didn't care- she simply didn't stop. If it could stop the nightmares from happening, she had to...
'Hyakuji'
All she could do was beg her mother when she heard about tails of this strange eastern city. A city in Japan where so many supernaturals gathered. She hasn't the constitution to sit through entire competitions, but if it really was the beacon of supernatural strength... Well, it took her a year of constant begging, working on her homework to keep her grades top-notch, as well as learning Japanese so she at least had a basic understanding of how to speak it before her mom would finally let her go. After all, she had a family member that lived there!
So, Einhart moved there, and happily joined the school mid-semeste-
Well, it wasn't really happy. It took quite a while for the sign ups to be done, and for that time, she just lived with that part of her family. Training on her family and nearby objects while she waited. .. occasionally running into a street fight and ruining it for the both of the participants. Because she needed practice, she desperately needed practice.
But, now, finally, all the conditions have been cleared, and she can finally join the high school! Yay! |
