As usual, things ended up badly for Kell. One moment, she was recovering from the pain and shock of having her arm stabbed clean through. The next, she was trapped in Elizabeth's grasp and being attacked by Rikina. Fuc- Her thought was cut short as her robotic ally released her. Still, it came a few moments too late. Rikina's attack, though it was nowhere near her throat, still gave Kell a nasty slash across her collarbone. She staggered back, biting back a chain of curses as she clutched that new wound. Damn that ninja and his trickery! Meanwhile, the creature was far from done. He made a rapid succession of handsigns with his remaining arm, disgorging a swarm of black locusts from his mouth. The unnatural insects flew towards Elizabeth, Rikina, and Kell with a chittering that drowned out the ninja's. Two of Dawn's crystal shards thudded into its chest, but it merely snatched the third one out of the air and hurled it right back at the young mage. With a roar of triumph, it took its eyes off of Youhei at the last moment. Big mistake. The boy's punch rocked the ninja back, shattered its porcelain mask and covering its head in the salt. Almost immediately, a bloodcurdling scream erupted from its fleshless mouth. The beast had no face, but that didn't matter. If it did have one, the salt would've melted it right off. It clawed at the open wounds, its eyes dissolving from the powder that continued to eat away at its necrotic flesh. Still, the ninja wasn't completely done. They had to capitalize on this moment or else the creature would regain its balance and renew its attempts to kill them all. |

Watching two of her shards impact into the chest of the creature brought a smirk to Dawn's face. It seemed like even though her techniques didn't seem to be extremely effective against the creature they didn't have problems acquiring their mark. However her smirk turned to shock as the creature sent her own blade flying back towards her. She tried to pull herself out of the way of the blade. *Drip* *Drip* Dawn clutched her side, the pain going through her side was burning. The shard had made a reasonable cut through her side, it was a thin and clean cut however due to her shards being similar to broken glass. Still Dawn dropped to a knee clutching her side, she bit her lip to prevent herself from shouting in pain. Even as the blood dripped down her side she bought herself to her feet. Witnessing the effects of the salt made it clear that it was now or never. She bought her hands forward and began to materialize as many shards as she could, around her fourteen shards appeared and with a motion of her hands they flew towards the creature with deadly accuracy. "Just die already." Dawn said unusually dark for her. Her face seemed clouded, she was focusing on putting as much effort into ending this thing as she could bring forth. This had already been going on for far to long. |

Elizabeth stepped back from Kell, giving her some room and also allowing herself some time to relocate her target. Her targeting systems, so far, have proven to be ineffective to teleporting and other means non-scientific relocation means. After locating the being, she'd see that it wasn't finished off considering that it was still moving. Suddenly after the being made some hand gestures, a swarm of insects came flying out of its mouth. It was clear that the attack was meant for her, at least she was one of the targets of the attack. Immediately, Elizabeth engaged her stealth camouflage and quickly moved away, staying motionless in hopes that it would not detect her after its attack. She was getting a bit tired of this game, formulating a plan that would hopefully subdue it. Elizabeth would wait until the others had made their move. |

"Come on!" A voice from above shouted with valor and encouragement alike, hopefully shattering whatever mental dilemmas the students were facing at this vital moment. "It's now or never!" Youhei landed on his feet a fair distance backwards, dropping the now empty and spilling sack of nothing onto the floor weakly, eyes locked on the constant writhing and sorrow of the Jonin. If everyone attacked at once, the thing would probably be taken care of. But that was a big if. Looking about the party, the boy felt a sweat drop form near the side of his head. He didn't even know any of them in the slightest. Well, he was always one to throw his trust towards strangers. Youhei donned the most amiable face he could, giving them a reassuring gaze as he readied his two fists for what would seem to be another voracious beating. "It hurts, doesn't it?" He smiled slightly sadistically as the Jonin writhed in pain. Well, it wasn't as if he exactly enjoyed the pain, but landing that punch did feel pretty good. "But you had to go and cause trouble to all these good people," Who was he kidding? He was only here for the kicks. Youhei shrugged apathetically, exchanging words with the Jonin as if he could and somehow understand. "And I'm guessing you aren't going to back down now, huh?" Youhei tightened his bandana, a smirk growing on his lips as his gaze fixed onto the Jonin. "Well, neither am I." He looked back to the group, giving all of them a non-particular thumbs up, an otherwise vague signal; however, for some reason or another, when it came from this boy, it would seem to hold a certain vigor, faith and companionship. "Alright, I'm counting on you guys," With just that, the boy rushed into the fray once again, following Dawn's shards of crystal with unmatched speed and precision. As the shards approached the Jonin, so would the boy, slightly behind it's trail. He was surprisingly quick on his feet, despite the extra baggage weighing upon his person. "Follow-up attack!" He screamed in the spur of the moment, unleashing what seemed to be a fierce, corkscrewing fist spiraling up into the air, the air around it circling into a fearsome impact - or in other words, a perfectly normal punch. |

Rikina paused with horrified expression as she realized she'd struck her love with her knife. Rikina's left eye twitched for a moment, as she removed her knife, making sure not to hurt Kell worse. She immediately turned towards the jonin, focused her chains fully on it, and shouted "Grah! I'm going to mess you up so badly, that the devil himself will vomit when he sees what's left of you!" she shouted. Yeah, let the record show that Rikina does not take well to having her attacks redirected towards her true love. She left Kell to Elizabeth's care, she doubted she could help her girlfriend out of the way of the attack, but was confident in Kell's abilities. She then darted towards the Jonin, would feint to the right once she got close, only to leap up, and attempt to literally carve the face off the Jonin with her knives. |

All 14 shards slammed into the ninja, spearing through its torso and limbs with unerring precision. Muscles and tendons were severed, causing it to stagger back in horrid pain. The necrotic flesh of the monster continued to run and bubble, the noxious fumes slowly decreasing as the salt purified it. The monster was in no condition to direct the insects, allowing Elizabeth to stay safe. Kell was not so lucky, though. She was engulfed by the swarm, bitten repeatedly as she tried to fight them off. A bunch of the locusts were destroyed by her flinging her sap around, eventually clearing up enough for her to get out. That said, she was a bloody mess after that. How she remained standing was a mystery. Youhei and Rikina didn't let the jonin stand around, though. The former's punch was super effective, rocking the ninja's head back and causing it to fall on one knee. Its corroded skull had been crushed in by the punch, the nose area now a gaping, stinking hole that bubbled as it fell apart. At that point, the latter was able to reach its head with ease and plunge her knives into the remnants of his face. With one final screech, the ninja fell back onto the floor, helpless and writhing as the combined damage rendered it incapable of fighting any longer. It didn't seem like the trouble was over yet, though. It seemed that the two commandos were engaged in something even more pressing to them. Shouting at each other in what appeared to be Russian, they were frantically trying to... perform CPR on their boss? Wait, what was going on? He was mostly fine when Youhei left him! |

Dawn's eyes still clouded, she walked over until she was a short distance from the creature clutching her side as blood dripped down through her fingers. She continued to look down at the body, the creature had really been a pain in her ass. It even ended up wounding her, such a disgusting creature deserved such an end. Her eyes suddenly gained their life back to them, suddenly as if her senses had been reignited pain shot through her again. A small shout of pain escaped her throat as she fell back to her knees, she steadied herself on the ground for a moment before glancing over towards the person the commando's were protecting. "Quick, someone go see what's wrong with him." Dawn shouted at some of the nearby people who seemed uninjured. She tried to stand up again only to fall back down to her knees. It seemed that expending a large amount of her energy had really dealt a blow to her reserves of energy. For now she wasn't moving anywhere particularly fast or soon from the looks of it. "Hey, how about you?" Dawn faced the girl with the strange arm. "You okay? You look like hell." Even though right now she should have been more worried about herself Dawn didn't really care. If she was still conscious despite being wounded and expending so much energy in one go she then she could wait. Besides from the odd side wards glance throughout the fight the girl had taken a lot more punishment then Dawn herself had. "Damnit, I didn't think that would take so much out of me." Dawn muttered under her breath as she studied the wound. It was a relatively clean and reasonably shallow cut thankfully. It didn't seem like it would be anything horribly beyond repair, it still hurt like hell though. Right now the best method of her being helpful would be to try and make sure the situation was under control and keep an eye on the corpse that was a small distance away from her to make sure that it didn't come back. |

As the last agonizing cries of death echoed from what seemed like the mouth of the skulled face, the boy gazed onto the enemy with a cautious gaze. But to his surprise and dismay, the Jonin fell to the ground with a huge impact, signaling the end of the battle. "Yeah!" Youhei smiled, jumping upwards whilst pumping his fists in the air like some kind of video-game character's victory animation. "Good job guys, that was awesome!" The boy turned around, with a gleeful smile on his face and a hand outstretched for a possible high five. However, there was not going to be any high-fives here. Not now. "Woah, are you alright?" As it suddenly dawned onto him, Youhei inspected the gaping wounds left on the sides of her waist. "Quick, someone go see what's wrong with him," Although she was hurt, it seemed like she could manage for now. The girl who he had fought with earlier demanded, her head held low as she supported her own weight with the strength of a knee. She was a tough girl, and that fight just now had proven it. Youhei looked to the side, far behind the front lines of the former battle, a sudden skip of his beat. The muffled shouting of the two commandos reached his ears subtly, but clearly. They were speaking in a foreign tongue, but their human expressions of concern, anxiety and franticism could not betray the meaning behind the rushed words. With a sudden sense of urgency unknown to him before these moments, the boy sprinted across the empty road, figure of the man's body laying senselessly on the ground fixed in the center of his vision. "Hey!!" Youhei half shouted half panted, extending his arms out in front of him as he neared the two commandos. "Get outta the way!!" He slid onto the ground, heaving the man's weight in his hands. "What do you think you're doing sleeping on the ground?" Youhei shouted towards the unconscious body. "Come on old man, answer me already!" Shaking the man by the shoulders, the boy attempted to retrieve him from his seeming unconsciousness. |

The psychotic bloodlust present in Rikina's eyes faded after she killed the jonin, satisfied with the results. It had been tough, but with the exception of Kell being hurt, it had been quite entertaining. She noticed Kell was even more injured afterwards, apparently because Elizabeth hadn't moved her out of the way. She felt guilty for not trying to help, given that she was overcoming with hatred for the Jonin for making her stab Kell. Her daggers momentarily vanished, as she walked over to Kell. Yes, she was concerned about Kell, but while Kell was her flower, she certainly wasn't a fragile little flower. She'd seen it in their 'usual work' that Kell could definately take a hit. Still, she felt guilty for not helping her. She hugged her, and asked "Hey, how are you holding up?" in a tone that while concerned for Kell's wellbeing, was more the tone that you'd take with someone who'd merely be depressed. Rikina did have faith in her not to go down from those blows. |

Elizabeth was a bit relieved to know that the insects didn't follow her behind cover, not too worried about the damage they'd do on the outside but more worried if something got inside. After hearing the screech, Elizabeth peaked around her cover to see that the creature was now helpless, incapable of fighting. Once the main threat was subdued, it would be time to switch priorities and look for the CEO among the mess. It would seem that the CEO was in a bit of distress, a couple attending to him. After assessing whether or not the creature was still a threat, Elizabeth made her way to the CEO. Elizabeth would watch over the situation, viewing with a bit of distance in case something went awry. |

The commandos moved aside for Youhei, their body language and tone of voice clearly expressing worry. The question of whether they were more concerned about their boss or their paycheck was debatable, though. The CEO, for his part, was practically like a leaden weight. Actually, he was ice cold and stiff. It didn't take much guessing to figure out what was going on. Dead. He was definitely dead. No last gasp or drama there, it seemed like he had simply bit the dust sometime after Youhei left his side. For all intents and purposes, it seemed like they failed. What Youhei can sense What Elizabeth can sense Meanwhile, Kell was staggering forward despite her many bleeding wounds. Apparently, a civvie had died on her watch. Fuck. The wrestler tripped slightly over the charred remnants of the jonin's arm, only to be caught by Rikina before she could fall flat on her face and probably find it impossible to stand up again. She didn't really have the strength to grin after that failure, but she still ruffled her girilfriend's hair with one blood covered hand. She even held Rikina a little closer, glad that she was okay. "I've been better." Her voice came out slow and tired, but there was still some warmth to it. The same couldn't be said of the deceased CEO. "Seems like you're in tip top shape compared to me. At least you'll be fine in the morning." Her gaze briefly turned to the red headed stranger who had jumped in to help them out. She looked back to Rikina, then motioned with a short flick of her hair that she needed help to walk over and talk. Step by step, held up by her dear friend, the luchadora limped over. "Yo. Seems like you took a bad one, eh?" The path they took made them stray dangerously close to the still twitching body of the ninja, though.... |

Dawn sighed in relief as the other beaten girl seemed to be relatively alright. Granted she did need help to walk around but that wasn't the worst she could've been in considering all the abuse she ended up taking. "Can't say it's something that happens on a regular basis." Dawn dryly laughed before clutching her side still. She really couldn't complain especially considering that the girl before her managed to at least stand up with the volume of wounds she was suffering. Dawn bought herself to her feet and nodded towards the girl. "Still, not as bad as what ended up happening to you." Dawn smiled towards the girl, she was joking a bit early before the situation had been resolved. She turned to see if the CEO had made it, it seemed like he didn't. Dawn's hand clenched into a fist. Why did they even bother fighting if they couldn't even save that one person. "Damn." The hand that hadn't been covering up her wounds went into the nearby wall. All that effort into protecting the guy and it ended up with no results. She pulled her hand back and looked at it, the knuckles were damaged and slightly bleeding but other then that it wasn't hugely damage. |

Rikina gave Kell a quick hug "Well, you'll need to take tomorrow easy." she told her. This was the second time Kell had found herself injured. Rikina figured that it was about time for them to work on her defense a bit. Perhaps Kell's wrestling approach wasn't the most defensive in the first place, but maybe one or two of her own techniques from her own style could be incorporated into Kell's. Rikina noticed that the Jonin was still twitching. Rikina looked towards it, and let Kell down easily. She'd help her back up afterwards, obviously "Wait here for a second; It'd be a really bad idea if I didn't finish the job, wouldn't it?" she told her, with a smile. Rikina wasn't about to underestimate her opponent, so she avoided the hands. Rikina leapt into the air, and attempted to plunge her knives into the jonin's face. Better safe than sorry, as they say. |

The ice cold touch of death spew onto his hands like some kind of incorporeal substance. He had, at some point, realized the difference between the CEO before and now. The man was unnaturally heavy and his limbs uncooperative. A lingering fear built up inside the boy - a possibility that now, seemed more and more real. Was he dead? The last he left him, the man seemed healthy, or at least, in stable condition. How? The boy should've known the answer to these questions, but they eluded him. And that helplessness soon became frustration. "Damn it," Youhei clenched his fists, gripping the scentless clothes of the man. "Damn it," He thumped his fist downwards upon the motionless chest. "Damn it!" However, no matter how hard he would try, the man would nonetheless have continued onwards, his consciousness slipping out of this plane of existence. The boy didn't know what life he had lived, nor even his name, but despite that, he knew that no one deserved to die as long as he had anything to do with it. Moments later, he sprung to his feet, giving the people around him a quick glare about. They didn't seem at all shocked or surprised at the death of an innocent man. Someone had just died right in front of them - it would at least cause some kind of reaction to any normal person, including Youhei. But from what he concluded, all of these people were insane lunatics with super powers. Save for the salmon-haired girl, who luckily evaded his suspicions. But seriously, what kind of sane person carries around explosive rocks and knives on them? "Alright, no more joking around," Youhei gave the injured Kell a sharp gaze, very unlike the boy from earlier. Although he wasn't blatantly hostile, an air of irritation could be felt as he spoke. As Rikina ran off to stab the Jonin in the face with a slightly sadistic looking smile, the boy proceeded to stare down upon the wrestler. "What the hell is going on here?" Cross-armed, sneering and looking as offended as humanly possible. |

Elizabeth began to investigate the CEO's body, using any sort of view she can to see any tell tale signs of life or the cause of his death. Due to the amount of heat the was left, it would appear that he had been dead for quite some time longer. Noticing that the blood was coming out differently than it should be, she looked to the rest of the group after switching her vision back to normal. "It would appear that the CEO had become deceased even before the attack," Elizabeth stated, continuing to look at his body, "His blood is also acting in a non-typical way that one would normally see if he had just died. This may be another dummy, albeit a near-perfect lookalike, or the CEO was simply dead prior to the attack." |
