Stability:

All of the attacks seem rather overpowered...

Micro: A Guaranteed hit of the same power.
Mezzo: Its also overpowered. Lowering incoming ranged attacks, and heightening outgoing attacks, though your Asset doesn't really have any real attacks to amplify.
Macro: I love the idea of a hope and luck bases attack, but this is simply too much. All of the options are overpowered. Maybe if you had a simple flip of the coin. Heads, massive damage on the enemy that has potential to miss, or tails, massive damage on yourself.

Anyway, thanks for the interest and hope that me shooting down... well everything doesn't drive you away.

Just to make sure, the micro simply makes it so that if his opponent hits him with an attack, and if he pays the fee, his attack will land on them also. It is a guaranteed hit, but with those conditions I don't see it as overpowered. If you still think that's overpowered, I understand.

Mezzo: scaled down to 1.5 for both ways; is that acceptable? what this means is that either the damage has 1/4th removed or added.

Macro: I really hope to be able to use this without having to completely drop the list, so I'll see what scaling down I can do: +Hope+ Allows the target to flip a coin, heads nullifies incoming attacks, tails halves the damage taken. -Stop- halts the target's asset for one turn. -Dark- drains 5% of the target's cash for the next 3 turns, or a 15% transaction fee (one or the other depending on whether the target uses a skill or not. +Shield creates a barrier that cancels damage up to 30% of target's total cash. -Slash- slices the target once dealing a massive amount of damage to the target. (15% of target's total cash, minimum 15,000) +Repel+ partially deflects any attack, directed at the castee, back to the attacker.(50% of damage taken, 50% reflected)

If +Hope+ reaches the end of the list through a minimum of 5 switches, then hope is said to be lost,
causing H.O.P.E. to morph into D.E.S.P.A.I.R. causing the move +Hope+ to change into -Grim- which immediately
KO's the target, ending the battle. (thus the last one standing wins)

Do you want me to just completely take out D.E.S.P.A.I.R.? I can't really tone it down; wouldn't make sense. Anyway, tell me what you think of the modifications! Thanks.

Sybs, your asset it fine and ready to go.

Stability:
+Hope+ I'd think that something like this should be double or nothing. Like take double or take nothing depending on heads/tails.

-Stop- Too much. A complete loss of turn means autohits and the like. Not good for an rping environment.

-Dark- Should be a lower percentage for both. Think of it as banking. Lowers %s. So maybe a 2% and a 7-8%

+Shield+ Seeing as there is potential for really rich people here, 30% is far far faaaar too much.

-Slash- The Percentage is too high, and a minimum of 15,000 doesn't work as some people may now have that kind of money going into a fight. It could end up that way.

+Repel+ This is fine as long as its a beam or something of the like so it isn't an auto-hit.
