I got a PHD in KICKING YOUR ASS!
As the recruits worked to try and push the people towards the trailers the noise grew louder, a combination of Wo Shing members creaming, gun shots and Eiji's voice yelling orders. Then there was a long silence.

Meanwhile the sight of the prisoners being herded was nothing but sickening as they fell one after another, their thin and frail bodies looking like they were about to break any second. Still, every time one fell the pain produced by Nami's belt would force them to stand and walk again.

Then one of them didn't get up. It was a very old 'pregnant' man who after falling had stayed there, standing in all fours like a dog while he received lash after lash from Nami's belt. Then his face turned to look at her, his eyes black. Not empty sockets, not an over-sized pupil no... they were pure black, like glass orbs full of nothing but darkness. He stared at her for a moment, then slowly got up. His skinny body started to swell-up as his round belly began to shrink. Soon all his bones were covered in hard muscle, which still shifted and pulsated as the body was reformed. The man opened his mouth in what looked like a poor attempt at smiling, but inside there were no tongue or teeth to be seen... only a black void.

Then one after another, those people who had swollen, moving abdomens such as hi also stopped, the same sort of strange transformation taking place. The others walking next to them didn't even notice as they continued their way towards the trailers moaning in pain, screaming and crying for someone to help them.

Next to Kinclex was a little boy, merely six or seven years old by the looks of it, and the change in him had been quite fast; then he looked stared at Kinclex before pointing his finger at him, his black eyes widening. Before Kinclex was able to do anything the kid moved with great speed, a blur of black in the night... and he was gone.

Then came the sound of Eiji's steps as he approached the group at top speed.

"Don't let them get away!"

Upon hearing his voice the 'affected' people looked in his direction, alarmed and started moving nervously... then in a single move they all jumped out of sight, some even going over the train. Before the recruits could do anything about it they were all gone.

As Eiji finally reached them the look on his face was that of anger and frustration. His face was tainted in a couple of places, as if he had smeared oil on it.

"Damn it, we ran out of time!"

As much as you planned things, mistakes were unavoidable most of the time, There were too many factors, too many variables. This was one of those times when everything seemed to have gone wrong with the delivery process and thus the cargo was delayed... much more so than was permissible.

"Listen well everyone, we have to move and we have to do it fast! You have to retrieve as many of them as you can! All night if necessary! They've started eating their hosts and taking over... that's what happens if the host is weak. In a few hours those bodies will have disappeared and it will be impossible to get them back. Now before you ask, the only way to avoid that from happening is for them to find new hosts, for the old ones will be consumed very quickly. We don't have any more people to spare, so when you find one you will have to serve as temporary host. Once we arrive at our destination we will remove them."

Eiji spoke quickly not giving a chance to anyone to speak until he was finished.

"And since we don't have that many people you will have to be the hosts for as many at a time as you can find. The only way to capture them is coming into full contact with them. For this you will have to open their bodies up as soon as you capture them, then put your hand inside the body and let them transfer to you. Once you're all done we'll meet back here."

Eiji knew this was not part of the plan, but he would do whatever was necessary to recover their 'merchandise'. He knew the idea would be frightening for them, but if they went through it they would definitely belong to Wo Shing. This was much harder a test than any other they held in the past.

"This will allow you to prove yourselves to Wo Shing. Do as I say and you will be in. Don't, and you will no longer be. That much I can assure you."

Of course he couldn't allow just anybody to walk away with such knowledge after witnessing such... activities by his organization.

Kinclex had just finished tying the last end of a rope around a woman, when he suddenly noticed a little boy point his finger at him. As he was stared at with those soulless, black eyes. He watched as his finger raised, getting ready to slap the boy and shove him towards the trailers when he suddenly seemed to bulk up and dissappear. "That...that is my technique!" Before he knew it, they were all dissappearing or jumping over and around the trains.

Kinclex turned to face Eiji, shock and ange clear on his face. Not only by the fact that this had indeed taken him by surprise, but because this was the second time his hypercceleration technique seems to have been copied. The only other one who had done so, was that biogenitically engineered wolf Lillian had created.

Kinclex stood there listening to Eiji's explanation, but inside the Behemoth fang, Ashikumori and his subordinates interest had suddenly been perked. It would appear this boy, this Eiji Ishida, had somehow discovered a breed of demon that Ashikumori was not familiar with. Well being trapped in a magically enchanted fang for several millenia would do that to oneself.

It was time, to let Kinclex in on there exsistance.

Kinclex.
"What?" Kinclex let his eyes look around for a moment, wondering who had spoken.
Fool! Don't draw attention to yourself! I don't have time to explain, but right now, you are not alone. The fang around your neck as you well know, provides protection for your body. But it does so, by using the power of various demons sealed inside it.
"Trapped? So then you are...then that means I can-!"
Don't get ahead of yourself, I doubt very much you or any of us would be able to contain those corrupt spirits, but it may just give you the advantage you need to gather many more than most without losing yourself.

Kinclex smirked, a new wave of confidence washing over him. Killing that fire beast in the elemancer tower and liberating this trinket was the best thing he could have done. "Alright Eiji. I'll see you soon." he then turned to face the others, smirking and whispering, "Try to keep up." he then vanished, following the trail of those that had been closest to him. He doubted that what this voice in his head said was true, but if it gave him a slight advantage to completing this mission, then he'd believe it for now.

Nami almost couldn’t believe what had just happened. The way that the old man had transformed, possessed by some creature was like something out of a horror film. The next thing she knew all of them transformed one by one and ran off before anyone could stop them. Soon the Woo Shing members were the only ones left. Eiji had started spouting out orders to recover the lost cargo. Orders that made Nami’s blood run cold.

She stared at Eiji for a moment, her head trying to work out what he had just said. They wanted her to put those things in her body? Images of the sickly ‘pregnant’ people came to her mind, except now she was in the pathetic crowd. She visibly shuddered; maybe this wasn’t such a good idea after all.

Kinclex ran off like it was nothing. Hell it probably was nothing to him, whatever the f@#$ he was. Nami’s eyes moved to the various men. Sure one of them could probably handle having those creatures inside them but Nami was…. different. Still Eiji’s orders were absolute and Nami would never dare argue with him, she wasn’t suicidal after all. Hesitating just a bit she ran off after the creatures as well cursing her luck inside her mind. ‘What should I do? Can I even find one? Can I open one if I find it? What will Eiji-sama do if I can’t bring any back?’ she wondered stopping momentarily to listen for any sign of the ‘cargo’

Then she spotted something. It wasn’t the cargo but it was defiantly something she needed. It was a small groundskeeper’s shed, one that looked rather neglected. Nami couldn’t be sure when the last time it had been opened but the old lock looked very rusted and Nami doubted that it would open even if she had the key. She walked around to the other side and was delighted to see an old dirty window that broke rather easily when she hit it with her geta. She looked around inside for something she could use. Sure enough there was an axe a few feet away.

She cleared ad much of the glass from the window sill as she could before climbing through eh window thanking god that she had worn the kimono that day, the thick fabric took the abuse from the small bits of broken glass leaving her skin unscathed except for a few scratches here and there. She picked up the old axe and looked it over, it was old but in pretty good shape, the shed had kept it safe from the rain. “now I’ll just bust out of here and find one of them monsters” she said starting to swing at the door behind the lock.

[OOC: alright, heres my responding to the whole damn thread. ]

Saya almost immediately upon arrival to this area, had heard of Wo shing from her typical sort of contacts for the jobs she handled, apparently they were a big deal around here. It was pretty soon after that she received a card with the details for a meeting. At first she was apprehensive about joining another syndicate but just because she worked for them didn't mean she had to like any of them. She spent pretty much all the spare time she could thinking about her decision, joining a 'society' like this meant she had to be willing to sacrifice life and limb for the kumichou. Would she be willing to do that for someone she refused to like? Well, every day the average drone slaved away at the whims of their boss who they often times hated. This was the same thing wasn't it?

Having made her decision she prepared for the meeting. She wore a long and slightly loose black leather jacket over a white colored dress shirt and black tie along with some darker jeans, tennis shoes, and her typical pair of cream colored gloves. She was also armed with a wooden sword hidden in her dark colored sports bag though she was unsure if she'd need it. As she arrived she noted some others, not many, as she expected, if the group was handing out cards for this sort of thing, they were probably choosing their members very carefully which only made her wonder if they knew all of her past... clenching her teeth silently she stayed out of any light unseen for the most part, not to mention she was short and most people didn't even recognize people her size in their field of vision.

Glancing around the area she noted it was a rather expected sort of meeting spot for a syndicate, a ghost area... though she didn't quite sense anything like that though it was too dark for her to see any monsters and they usually strayed from light in the darkness and despite the atmosphere she actually felt relaxed at this sort of place.

Finally the ringleader of this circus made himself known and gave a little speech about how powers would not be a factor in this trial, (good, because honestly seeing monsters won't help the group at all.) and it would be a chance for them to see who the trainees really were. Hm, maybe this will be interesting. She thought, crossing her arms some. Then she turned hearing a train, so it's in disrepair during the day, and under Society use at night huh?

She uncrossed her arms and listened silently as the Ringmaster decided to tell them the routine of their performance tonight. Basically transferring 'cargo' from the containers to the trailers on the other end. one would normally say it sounded easy, but nothing in a syndicate is ever easy.

"Time to work."

Saya loosened the strap on her bag to wear it across her torso so she could focus on the cargo easier. She walked after them waiting somewhat anxiously for the crate to be opened. Saya's eyebrows shot up once she heard the voices inside although soft they were unmistakably human. She wasn't surprised that a syndicate like wo shing was trafficking people, no she was surprised they were letting mere prospective members handle them. For all they knew the inexperienced.... wait, again considering the method used to gather recruits they had probably gotten people who had some sort of experience otherwise they wouldn't let the trainees handle such precious cargo.

Saya looked back into the container as her eyes adjusted to what she had already guessed by the smell alone.

"H-help... P-please..."

She simply ignored that and glanced over at kinclex as he ordered them out. So that meant she had to guard them without breaking them if they tried to escape. In their condition that sounded difficult. Her face held the same solemn expression, if could be called an expression at all. She watched waiting for the shells to move, if they could move at all, with the way their skeletons looked she'd be surprised if they even had any muscle to get out of the car. Honestly she was surprised as they started to move struggling with each step. God this was going to take forever wasn't it? Her lower eye twitched some as she noticed the more disgusting features of these, these things it made her glad she wore gloves it did. The stench however was free to enter her nose as she'd decided against a scarf. She sneered lightly and opened her mouth breathing through it instead. It didn't help much but it at least lessened the blow to her olfactory senses.

Then she heard a voice whose speech caught her attention, as well as the girls kimono although she had some difficulty remembering why it would have caught her attention. Shaking her head of it she only nodded approvingly at the way she told off kinclex and then ordered the husks around. When the sudden amount of husks in the open tripled and wandered in random directions she sighed, yeah this wasn't going well at all.

"Round them up."

Following the orders she forcefully shoved one of the passing creatures into the the proper direction, She didn't exactly feel like running back and forth and letting others get by this area so she merely set them forward with a threat. It almost seemed like they were lemmings, not that she cared what the hell they were, though honestly it was slightly amusing. She heard the others doing their bits, unfortunately with what she was armed with herself she could naught but direct them and catch any that wandered away. 'You'd think they'd park closer for a mission like this, it's inefficient to let it go on so slowly. ' She thought sourly pushing another oozing creature away from her and towards the trailers.

"We're out of time."

"Shit" She let out a low curse as she heard some commotion from the trailers ahead. This would certainly not end well.

"Continue no matter what, I want them inside the trailers NOW!"

Cussing again Saya thought to grab some and run them to the trailers, that is until she heard one of the Kumichou's fellow higher up giving orders then one who was ranked higher than him most likely. Saya followed the herds pushing them faster, one after the other. She'd been pretty relaxed earlier, but it was pretty obvious this was a time to be fast and leave everything else by the wayside. Eventually they started to fall but the kimono-clad girl (Who the hell wears a kimono to a test like this??) whipped them back up forcing them to walk again. Then something happened, they were really out of time now... Whatever those husks were holding, took over and they all jumped away like a small frog in a forest.

"Listen well everyone, we have to move and we have to do it fast! You have to retrieve as many of them as you can! All night if necessary! They've started eating their hosts and taking over... that's what happens if the host is weak. In a few hours those bodies will have disappeared and it will be impossible to get them back. This will allow you to prove yourselves to Wo Shing. Do as I say and you will be in. Don't, and you will no longer be. That much I can assure you."

"Fuck..." This is exactly what she'd been thinking about earlier, she didn't think she'd have to sacrifice herself in this precise way, but sacrificing life and limb for your Kumichou. Saya took off running immediately, sure it was difficult to stab someone with a wooden sword but she'd done it before, and luckily she was strong so it shouldn't matter how many she put in her she'd have enough time to get back and get them removed. As she ran she unzipped her bag and pulled out the bokken to save time once she came across one. She frowned, did all monsters do that? She wasn't quite sure what they were, she hadn't exactly seen them in their true form to know if they were the same type of monster she usually saw, but it didn't matter. She'd decided to join the Wo Shing group, this meant she'd already vowed to do what was necessary. There were some things she wouldn't do but if she made herself useful enough that sort of thing wouldn't even be brought up. This was an opportunity to make herself useful. Her eyes scanned for the darkest area she could find outside of the train yard. With her knowledge of monsters and youkai the always were drawn to the darkest areas so that's exactly where she headed.
