TIME: HIGH NOON LOCATION: ON THE PEAK OF MT. HYAKU "THIS. IS. IT." Jameson roared out over the microphone. "My rival has once more made it to the final round, and now she faces the man that eliminated her boyfriend! Here high in the mountains with the arctic winds blowing in fiercly the intense cold can't snuff out the blazing spirits in that ring.." "A Kamen Rider with a kind heart and firece fists versus a woman whose beauty is only surpassed by her ferocity.. HAJIME GO VERSUS CHIZU YAMAMURA!" Oliver said eagerly. "the time limit has been increased, and the power limiter is also removed. These contestants can go ALL OUT in this final round!" "SO BEFORE WE START LET'S HEAR IT FOR OUR COMBATANTS!" |

"Goddammit... I can't believe I got disqualified..." "Oh, don't sweat it too much, at least you can still watch the final fight," FLASH!!! "I GOT DISQUALIFIED BECAUSE YOU DECIDED TO BE THE OVERPROTECTIVE IDIOT IF YOU HADN'T REALIZED IT!!!" "Well, y-yeah, but I got disqualified too you know!" The boy said desperately, clamping his palm tightly together sandwiching the blade of the oversized Roukanken between his hands, holding it away from slicing his face in half after catching it in mid-swing. But yeah, in all seriousness though, he probably should have taken the rules word by word when it said 'ONE-ON-ONE' matches. "Tch... I can't believe I lost because of that stupid rule..." The girl muttered, still quite miffed by the idea that she was out of the tournament, dispelling Roukanken and returned to her seat, arms folded and pouting. "Now now, there's always next year," Seth said as he patted her head, and surprisingly getting nothing from her save for an annoyed stare. He's not saying it, but he's certainly glad she's actually out of the tournament. For now though. He has to think of some way to not have her enter next year... Maybe a trip to Switzerland. If he could afford it. "Good luck, Chizu! Hajime! I'm rooting for both of you!" Dammit, you're supposed to pick a side! What kind of wishy washy spectating is that?! |

"Tch, I can't believe that idiot stood me up..." muttered Chizu under her breath as she stood at the top of Mt. Hayaku. She let out an impatient sigh, running her hand through her hair. At the very least, she could get on his case about it later. The fact that he lost over sportsmanship was definitely something that she could nag him about. Then again...she had won on a technicality too, so maybe she didn't have any room to talk. The aeromancer straightened up, turning to face Hajime, with her hands resting lightly on her waist. Well, it wasn't all bad. She was at the final round again, and facing a Kamen Rider again. And since Chizu had no intentions of being a two-time first-runner-up, she intended to give this everything she had. She knew it wouldn't be easy, though. Hajime was strong. She'd just have to give it everything she had. "Alright, Hajime, ready to do this?" she asked. She straightened up, her eyes narrowing as she took a defensive stance. It was clear that she was waiting for the Kamen Rider to make the first move. |

The Middleman (stubborn, yet relaxed)
|
"What's a Kamen Rider?" Shad said innocently to himself, rubbing his gloves to ignite some precious heat for himself as he stood on the sidelines to watch. He noted that Seth was also nearby, but decided to wait a little while before he would ask the simple question that only someone like Seth would know. "Come on, Hajime Go! You can win this thing!" Shad cheered proudly, deciding that it was best that he would cheer for this brave man. After all, the fact that he and Chizu were in Arcadia together was a secret by itself, and if he would cheer for her, it'd be suspicious at best. Still, it was a bit odd that even though he signed up for the tournament, he wasn't on the list. Shad briefly sighed, not really concerned over something so trivial after the events that had occurred so far. It only meant that he'll have to train more and help other students around the school. Either way, time to cheer for this powerful underdog candidate. "Do your best, Hajime Go!" |

"I don't feel so good..." Hajime whispered meekly to himself as he eyed the crowd. He was not used to having so much attention on him, especially during such an occasion where it translates into mounting unnecessary pressure. Especially more so when they can see his face and the reactions he elicits which is why he was hoping so much that he could have a mask or something to cover his face right now. It was bad enough as it is that all his fights so far were won not solely on his strength and the fullest of his capabilities: he tried to hold back on fighting with Meglumar and was wondering if he was even giving it his all when he was up against Nickle. Right now, he wasn't even sure if he can carry the hopes of those cheering for him right now. That said, he was here either way, in the Finals up against Chizu next. With the crowd cheering for the both of them, Hajime was hard pressed to try and please them and the only thing he could do was curtly bowing to the crowd repeatedly and embarrassingly while scratching the back of his head, unsure at what to actually do for the spectators. "Alright, Hajime, ready to do this?" Chizu asked him, as she drops down into a defensive stance, more ready than ever, which the same could not be said of himself. Hajime had personally seen Chizu in combat as well, and he once thought to himself that he'd hate to be on the receiving end of one of her wind attacks. There was no avoiding that today so the best he can do was put his best honest smile and bowed at Chizu, while wishing silently for his senior to be gentle. "Yeah, I'm ready." He lied with a straight face, while his thoughts were a hurricane of pessimism and the Alter Ring belt materializes snugly around his waist in a flash of light, ringing out the familiar sound of something akin to a soft warning alarm or energy charging sound, in which case it could be right. Among the spectators, Nanoha watched with a grim expression on her face, but keeping quiet mostly and not joining the cheering of the crowd much. She was here to support her older brother and one of the only ways she knew how was to bravely watch him fight, no matter the outcome of the fight... |

Spike's voice rose from the crowd. "KICK HIS ASS BOSS!" Spike had nothing else to say as he settled himself in. Chizu would obviously win after all. He had full confidence in that much. He was looking forward to watching her fight. |

Chizu frowned, watching her opponent. He had activated his armor, but hadn't attacked, even though she had been ready to defend. She took that as an invitation to attack first. The aeromancer's eyes narrowed, and she nodded once as Hajime said she was ready, the air swirling almost calmly around her. At once, Chizu snapped into action, the air propelling her forward towards Hajime. Chizu drew back her fist, the wind wrapping around it and encasing it as she sent a punch straight at the Rider's chest. The wind would increase her punch's power and protect her hand at the same time, keeping her from breaking bones. It wasn't the most elegant technique that she could have come up with, but when it came down to the wire, Chizu really wasn't one for elegance. She had been standing here last year and had lost. This year, she intended to do something different.

Hajime hadn’t actually assumed his Agito form just yet, as he was waiting whether or not the fight would start anytime soon by the announcers. But the silver haired girl that is his opponent did not share his compunction to wait any longer, or that she was so enthused into the cheering and whoops of the spectators, she soon charged at him at breakneck speed while he was still in his regular human form. It also crossed his mind that maybe beating Nickle in the last match might have something to do with this. Surprised, yet still thinking fast, Hajime quickly pressed the two Dragon’s Eyes on either side of his Alter Ring, initiating his transformation. In a flash, his human form wavered as his skin and flesh morphs, and once it clears, he now stood in his humble black and gold Agito Ground Form, but not at the ready. His transformation was done just as Chizu’s wind powered fist connects dead center in Hajime chest, completely knocking the wind out of him before sending him flying back a few meters into the ground: this all feels like déjà vu all over again. “Auh… *cough* okay…” Coughing and trying to get air back into his lungs again, Hajime rolled sideways and away before jumping back on his two feet. Certain more than ever now that he shouldn’t take Chizu lightly as much as Nickle, Hajime then slaps the left Dragon’s Eye switch to transform into his blue Storm Form. He then drew the Storm Halberd from the center of the Alter Ring and unfolds it to reveal two wicked looking blades on either end. Yet, like his previous match with Meglumar, he willed and materialized a non-lethal version of his weapon, so that while it would still hurt to be hit by it, it won’t necessarily draw blood, which Hajime deem unthinkable for a supposedly friendly competition. Without a word, Hajime then charges forward with rapid steps towards Chizu, before swinging one end of the Storm Halberd at Chizu’s torso. |

Last year, she had won most of her fights based on luck, but she was stronger now than she was last year, and she didn't intend to lose. But unlike Hajime, Chizu didn't come equipped with body armor, and while aeromancy could be used to slow attacks down, as far as defense went, it was a pretty poor tool. Even before coming into this match, she knew what she would have to do. If she wanted to do well, she would have to win based on mobility. She bounced once in place as she landed on the ground, clearly not keen on settling in one place for too long. Chizu shook out the fist that had impacted Hajime. Even through its shell of wind, the punch had hurt. She knew better than to try and hit him with a naked fist. As Hajime charged towards her, Chizu jumped into the air, making use of her own enhanced speed and aeromancy. She flipped over in the air, one hand grabbing onto the shaft of his halberd as the blade whistled past her. Chizu pushed off with her hand and swung her body around, sending her foot at his face. |

Luckily for Chizu, despite looking as if he's 'armored', Hajime's Agito form's body was actually softer than whatever metal it seems to look like it's made out of, relying mostly on a mysterious force to reinforce it to protect Hajime from most damage. As such, while it would hurt hitting him anywhere, it would not likely to cause bone breaking injuries much, unless she was hitting very, very had and well beyond the threshold of a human endurance. "Uh!" The kick in the side of his head came as a surprise to him, and it made his ear ring inside and him slightly losing his balance for a second while his entire upper body bend the opposite way from the kick. Still, it wasn't enough to bring him down completely and he retaliated by swinging the Storm Halberd around in a spin, with Chizu still on it in hopes to throw her off and maybe onto the ground. |

The Storm Halberd spun, sending Chizu falling onto the ground. The aeromancer let out a grunt as her back hit the ground, quickly releasing the halberd. She used the air around her to push herself back off the ground, flipping in the air once and landing on her feet. The blow had knocked the wind out of her, and she was breathing heavily. It was inconvenient, but it wasn't too debilitating. Chizu immediately sprang back into action, the wind closing in around Hajime almost as soon as she jumped out of the way. Two blades of wind crashed down from above, one from the left and one from the right, as they tried to trap Hajime between them. The blades were dull at their edges instead of sharp, unlike in her fight against Seth. Since Hajime had dulled his own blade for the tournament, Chizu returned the favor. |

While he could tell and sense where the wind was suddenly coming from, what's with Storm Form being more attuned to that element, Hajime still couldn't do much when he got caught by surprise in the gust of powerful blade that Chizu summoned above him, and he was forced down onto one of his knees as a result with pain searing greatly in his shoulders. So great was the pain despite his heightened tolerance to it that he almost passed out from it but Hajime shook the dark edges in his vision away while roaring out loud. To return the favor, Hajime spun the Storm Halberd around him, slowly at first as the pain in his shoulders were still there but faster over time, kicking and sending up a gust of wind towards Chizu while slowly gaining momentum for another strike with the weapon... |

Chizu raised her head as the gust of wind blew towards her, lifting her arm up in front of herself. The gust of wind slammed into her forearm, harmlessly melting away on either side of her as the aeromancer effected her control on it. Her eyes narrowed as the wind dissipated, her clothes and hair moving in its passing. She knew that Hajime wasn't stupid enough to attack an aeromancer with wind. He was preparing for another strike. It had to be a distraction. If she had her way, she wasn't going to give him a chance to make it. The aeromancer sprang back as the dust caused by the gust of wind settled, jumping into the air. She spun around twice, kicking out towards Hajime. The wind followed the movements of her feet, forming two crescent-shaped blasts of wind that moved through the air towards him. |

If Chizu guessed that his wind attack was a front, she would probably be half right. His measly blowing gust level air in a single direction with an enchanted weapon was obviously nothing compared to a full blown elemancer who can use the element more freely and it shows. Normally, the wind would have made a good distraction and hindrance on his target for him to close in and strike with the Storm Halberd in a single deciding slash. But as it is, Chizu went up and delivered an aero kick instead, and the blades of wind that hit him, sent him reeling back again, skidding on the ground while digging into the earth beneath a bit. If it weren’t for his tough skin and carapace, there might be chance that it might leave a mark on him, but as it is as well, all he got was a mind numbing pain that probably wasn’t all that better to begin with. Remembering his lesson from his fight against Nickle about underestimating his opponent while keeping his own strength in check, Hajime reaches down and presses the twin dragon’s eyes on his belt again, this time changing his belt into its second form to engage his transformation into the red and silver Shining Form, the same form he tried to use to overcome Nickle in his last match, and now he’s going to use it on his girlfriend. Without a word, Hajime ducks down before launching himself up in the air towards Chizu with a punch at the ready to be delivered right at the center of her lower torso in the stomach once he gets close. While he was still going to hold back the strength behind the punch to a point where it wouldn’t outright injure her gravely, he was relying more on Shining Form’s speed to get in close and land a proper hit so as to finish this quickly. |
