Kira took his time with the meal, savouring the taste of the food Natasha had worked to prepare for the two of them, and it was great as always. Kira hoped he could cook just as well for her eventually. He knew how to cook some things, but not a lot, or anything really complicated for that matter. "That was good Natasha. Your a great cook." He compliments with a smile. He had probably said this to her a hundred times by now, but it was true. He saw her as a great cook.

At Kira's compliment Natasha lost some of her concern for the boxes, though she still kept them in mind. "I-I mostly learned how to cook from my mother," she replied, not wanting to take all the credit for herself. "A-and there's a lot of dishes out there—th-that I haven't learned yet." It was true that Natasha had been mostly honing on the dishes she was already familiar with during her stay in Hyakuji. As for introducing herself to new, foreign ingredients she had only managed to expose herself to a few, including the hamburger she had tried making once when she had learned that Kira liked them.
Her thoughts concerning cooking, however, slightly faltered when she glanced at the boxes once again. Indeed, just as she had once tried to make a hamburger, the chocolate she had made was one of her attempts at doing something new. As to whether Kira would be actually capable of having the chocolate that was intended for him, however, Natasha was unsure. She slowly stood from her chair, then approached the two boxes that weren't too far from the both of them. As she examined them once again in an attempt to discern them, Natasha lightly traced some of her fingers along the side of a box. "I—I have something, f-for you," Natasha said to Kira, though she was too nervous to look at him at the moment. "But—there's—there's a problem..."

"Your mother must be a great cook as well... I'm sure with time you'll learn a lot more." Kira said with a smile. He knew she liked to cook, he was sure she would try to learn more.

"Whats the problem?" Kira asked, wondering. If was nice of her to get him a gift, it wasn't needed as just being with her, being able to look at her like this was enough for him. What could be the problem with it though?

"W——well..." Natasha placed both of her hands on the gifts, then slid them into Kira's view. "Someone——the paper—th-they look the same, but I only made one," she said at last. "I-I think one of them was made by Maristol—f-for Santiago." She did not know as to why Maristol had not delivered her gift directly to Santiago as she had planned to do with Kira, but the fact that both gifts were present was still present. Natasha carefully lifted both of the boxes for the moment, then gently set them back after guessing that they weighed just about the same. As both were gifts, she did not want to open them or even shake them out of fear of highly likely ruining Maristol's gift.

Kira looked down to the boxes that were in front of him on the table. Natasha seemed so concerned, Kira could tell that she had spent a lot of time on the chocolates. "Maybe you should call Maristol to ask? Or maybe Santiago will know which one is which when he gets here?" Kira suggested, wanting to try and calm her a bit.

"O—okay." After catching a glimpse of Kira's point, Natasha settled down before she started to stack the used dishes. While it was reasonable that she was unaware of the time of Santiago's arrival as Maristol had not mentioned anything specific, it was another thing when it came to the fact that her cellphone was missing—which was of course, a certainly rare thing to occur, not to mention immensely inconvenient.
Without much thought and effort, Natasha had already cleared away most of the table from the dishes and pots that had somewhat cluttered it earlier. Now that she had cleared away such obstacles, she could focus on figuring out where her cellphone was. "U-um, Kira———c-could you help me—find my cellphone?" she asked in embarrassment as she blushed. Even if she was neat and organized, Natasha found that not even she could escape from losing her own cellphone. But she was certain it was within the dorm somewhere, and with Kira's help meant that the chances of finding it would increase.

Kira just laughed a bit. She was always losing her cell phone. Of all the things that she keeps track of, she always seems to lose track of that one thing. "Let me call it and see if we can hear it." He suggested, pulling out his own phone and dialing her cell, waiting to see if they heard it ringing. Hopefully it was on.

After Natasha nodded her head in reply to Kira she focused on listening for her cellphone. At first she could not hear anything, but then she noticed that some noise was emitting from her room. She went on into her room, embarrassed and blushing all the way as she did so. Had she forgotten it within her room? If that was the case, then Natasha would be even more embarrassed than she already was, as losing something within the very room where she slept would certainly look worse than to lose it elsewhere.
Upon entering her room she paused to listen for the noise once again and then heard something from under her bed. From the sound of it Natasha realized that she had left her phone on vibrate, and without further ado she knelt down and looked under her bed. The ringing had suddenly stopped, but Natasha nonetheless started to crawl under her bed to look for her phone, accidentally exposing some of the flesh above her knees from behind. Despite her efforts, however, she could not find the device. "I—I thought I heard it coming from here," Natasha said to Kira as she continued to look about for her phone.

Kira followed her into her room as the phone hit voicemail. He hung up, and looked inside the room, seeing her half under the bed, her dress riding up a bit. Kira looked away, and dialed her number again to see if the phone could start going again, since Natasha thought she had heard it under there. As he did, he got down on the floor beside Natasha to help her reach. He had more reach than her, so he figured if she couldn't get to it, he would be able to.

Natasha was momentarily surprised that Kira joined her under the bed in search for her phone, but refocused on the task on hand so as to not appear distracted. She strained her ears once again, though from where they were at it doing so was probably not needed. Still, Natasha looked about, ready to spot the phone whenever it would go off. Rather than going off, however, there was silence. Natasha remained where she was, having been left hanging in the suspense of anticipating the ringing. Had the phone died just now and then before it was able to ring? She was about to renew her search for the phone blindly with her hands when she heard something similar to the ring from her phone, only now it was from somewhere else.

Natasha backed out from under her bed, then stood as she brushed some of her out of her face. The sound was now emitting from elsewhere, apparently, which immediately struck at her as odd. Upon exiting her room, Natasha could hear the ringing from another room, apparently Maristol's. While the idea of intruding into her roommate's room was not at all appeasing, Natasha gently opened the door and peeked in.
What she first immediately saw was the immense amount of weaponry that was strewn about: on the floor and bed in clusters, protruding from the draws and closet, and haphazardly hanging from walls were all sorts of assorted weapons and explosives that Natasha had never seen before. Needless to say, she was quite shocked at the arsenal she had uncovered. "W—what is this..." At that she was at a loss for words, not realizing that her phone had stopped ringing.

Kira followed Natasha and was rather surprised when Natasha looked into Maristol's room to find weapons everywhere around her room. "T-thats... Maristol's room?" Kira asked, rather surprised.

He puts the phone back up to his ear and hears the answering machine again.... one more time. He dials her number again to listen for the phone.

After recovering from her initial shock, Natasha glanced at Kira as he dialed on his cellphone once again. She waited and listened just as she had before in hopes that they would be able to find her phone—though in this case she was more lenient in their safety in finding the device rather than ultimately obtaining it. As she heard her phone ring once again, Natasha looked up only to find that it was not emitting from Maristol's room, but rather one room over. Had she made an error in her hearing? Apparently that must have been the case, as the sound was clearly coming over from the room next door. That meant that she had also intruded into Maristol's room in vain, and that she had dragged Kira along with her. "S—sorry, Kira," Natasha apologized to Kira in embarrassment. "I-I must have made a mistake."
Not wanting to let the situation drag on any longer, Natasha went on over to the door where she could hear the ring of her phone emitting from. She glanced at the door handle, realizing that it had been the room of a roommate that she had rarely seen the previous year. In fact, Natasha recalled that she had seen her only once, back when she had introduced herself shortly after moving in.
Natasha softly knocked on the door, then waited for a moment for a reply. She knocked once again, but as before there was no reply. Had her roommate moved out without her knowing, or was she out somewhere like Maristol was? For all she knew, someone could have been asleep on the other side of the door, or some other activity that demanded privacy/. The situation at hand had Natasha torn between two different choices—should she go on in to look for her phone despite her lack of knowledge of what was within, or should she wait a little longer? She certainly felt bad for making Kira walk about with her, yet at the same time she would more than likely feel worse if she made an unapproved intrusion. It didn't take her long to come to a conclusion, however: she would wait a little longer, even if it meant having Kira make another phone call. "I'm—I'm sorry again, Kira. I-I think another roommate lives in there." Natasha couldn't look at Kira at the moment out of fear of showing him just how embarrassed she was, and instead continued to knock on the door several times.

"Another room mate? I thought your only roommate was Maristol." Kira said confused. He figured there must have been a reason he wasn't told about her... maybe she wasn't even there anymore? Regardless, he lifted his phone back to his ear again to hear her answering machine pick up. He dialed again... if she did have another roommate in that room, maybe she would hear the phone ringing.

"W-well, I—I think she still lives here," Natasha replied quietly as she paused. "I-If I remember correctly, I think she was living here before me and Maristol..." She took a moment to knock again, then continued. "But———she—she didn't like to talk. A-and then we didn't see her at all after our first meeting..." Natasha was about to knock once again when all of the sudden the door slowly opened. And just as it had suddenly started to open, it stopped opening midway. For a moment Natasha was unsure of what to do, but then she heard the phone ringing once again. "H-hello? Is—is anyone there?" After receiving no reply Natasha gently pushed the door open even more, then stepped inside.
Within the room was essentially nothing—no bed, no desk, no lights, not even the carpet was present. The only thing present, however, was the room's closet, which was a pair of sliding doors. However, the doors of the closet itself were covered in what seemed to be pieces of paper with strange scrawling all over them. Natasha could tell that they were likely to be Japanese characters, but the fact that she could not read them mystified her. On Kira's case, however, he might have been able to recognize them as paper seals, if he was familiar with the sort of things.
Natasha could hear that her phone was ringing from within the closet, yet the fact that the closet stood out with all its paper scrawling for some reason gave her bad vibes—it was as if she could not approach the closet. This sort of feeling, unbeknownst to her, was only felt by her and no one else. "I—I think it's in there," Natasha said as she pointed at the closet for a moment. She attempted to approach the closet, but found that she wouldn't even budge towards it.

As Kira looked at the door it did seem rather ominous, but it seemed like the phone's ringing was coming from inside the closet. Whats the worse that could be back there? Then again, this is Hyakuji... Kira walked forwards, and grabbed hold of the sliding door, moving to open them.
