Beware The Penguin Emperor
|
OOC: Before anything let me disappear my previous character from existence If you'd like skip thisArvantos was for some odd reason outside of Hyakuji, at a point where anything that could happen to him wouldn't matter anymore. Then he was suddenly sapped into combustion by aliens who then proceeded to take his ashes away to reconstitute them somewhere in another planet. But these were shot down when closing in on their planet, and his dust went away scattering so much that nobody would be able to collect it, ever This purposely horrible narration is only to say that Arvantos won't be ever coming back, anything else someone can imagine works. ---- Carol arrived at the mall with her powers activated, as her white witch revealed. She smiled in glee as she decided to make her grand entrance, it was time to reassure the people of Hyakuji, as their savior had arrived. At least that's what she thought of herself "Hi everyone, I am your new hero Mirror Kreuss!" Her overblown entrance showed her self confidence, aside from a hint of idiocy always present within the girl, who still believed that she was good at hiding her "secret" identity from others. She was truly a one of a kind person. The reaction that came from those around him was truly slight, with just a few strange stares, but no fanfare clamoring her. The main cause being that they were all familiar with such bizarre events to be sincerely worried about them. The girl stood with her mirror wand released and raised high up on her head, waiting for someone to realize she was there. |

One of the casual passerby and a customer in the mall today was a nondescript looking young man who carried a messenger bag on his back and wielding a camera in his hand which he taken out of the special sidepack hanging from his belt. Without a word, after just starting for a good few seconds at the girl who just up and stood in front of the crowd to declare herself a new hero and got nothing as much as a clap or two, the young man raised his camera and immortalized the pitiful scene for others to look at some other time. With a chuckle, Hajime Go lowered his camera again before approaching the strange girl. While he would love to just leave her alone and be a sight for sore eyes, he couldn't help but not leave the girl there knowing what she doing was fairly redundant, at least in Hyakuji. "I think you're new here, aren't you?" Hajime asked the obvious with his hands on his hips. |

Celia walks by, and sees the flashy entrance. She claps slowly and walks over to Carol. So she returns back... by doing a backflip, and landing on her hands and then speedily returning to her feet in a gymnastic display that would make an Olympic gold medalist green with envy. "Decent entrance, but if you really want to make a big entrance, you should use these smoke bombs." she says, offering Carol three smoke bombs "Just be careful, I've had to tone it back since the last time I tried to introduce myself to my roommate to make an entrance, I nearly got shot. So you might want to start your heroine speech before it's over." "I'm Celia Stark, world's greatest treasure huntress." she introduced herself. In terms of idiocy and insanity, Celia probably was in the category of 'same or greater than'. She wasn't wierded out on the grounds that it was probably at least somewhat similar to something she might be perfectly willing to do herself, if not try to top. |

Beware The Penguin Emperor
|
A guy carrying a camera approached Carol, in her eyes it looked as if he knew something that she didn't, and her suspicions became bigger as he spoke. he asked if she was new to Hyakuji, which she of course misinterpreted. "Oh no, someone actually knows my alter ego!". The words were uttered in a particularly melodramatic fashion, seemingly pulled from some poorly written script, rather than real life. Following that bizarre event, a girl approached her. Well, "approached" wasn't really an appropriate term, as the situation had more sense if it was explained as " someone closed in while performing acrobatics that appeared to defy gravity, and then shrugging it off as if it was no big deal.", naturally, Carol couldn't think of that as suspicious, which prompted her to listen attentively to what the other performer said. And after she introduced herself as Celia, Carol clapped in a manner reminiscent of a hyperactive seal; introducing herself a moment later. "I am Mirror Kreuss, nice to meet you" she said attempting to keep her heroine facade. "And if a master like you says so, I'll agree!" With that she took the three smoke bombs, then moved back so as to avoid hitting Celia. She threw the smoke bombs to the ground, remembering only after coughing to hold her breath, then she summoned five clones, and ordered them to just kneel and raise their hands diagonally aiming at her. "THIS IS MIRROR KREUSS, HEROINE OF HYAKUJI!" |

Declan stood there and sighed to himself. It seemed like this was an everyday occurence. He wasn't annoyed until the smoke bombs went off. The smoke obscured his vision and he couldn't read his book. He coughed a bit and waves the smoke away. "Who's the idiot who gave a moron smoke bombs?" He closed his book and stood up. His gaze looks over the three. He shakes his head and lifts his book up, pointing to the person with like 5 of herselves. "I suppose you like disrupting other people's days?" He was grumpy. That much was kind of obvious. |

Celia clapped. "Awesome! Just remember, I can see through smoke screens. Some you better make sure you don't run into a big rock or something. Cause' that would be... you know... ouch causing." she mentioned. She giggles. "Y'know, I think we'll get along juuuuuuuust fine." she tells her, in her characteristic southern accent. It seemed that someone was sorta grouchy. "That, and make sure to be careful who ya do it around. I tried to use them to introduce myself to my roommate. Nearly got shot." she told Carol. She turns to Declan "Ah, come on. It's just a leeeeetle smoke." she told him. |

Hajime chuckled when the magician reacted exaggeratedly at his comment as if he discovered something he wasn't meant to, despite him not knowing who this person is and what was she doing here exactly. Then along came another girl who gave her what Hajime assumes what she wanted to hear among other things, followed by a re-do of her entrance and introduction, only this time with a bit of a smoky style going on. Coughing a little as the smoke caught him by surprise, Hajime's camera was already up in his hand ready when the smoke cleared, showing a spectacle that was five times more interesting than the one she did earlier, earning a few aw from the crowd around them at least. Of course, not everyone actually see that eye to eye, as proven by one young man who came up to the female magician and expressed his displeasure. Hajime can hardly blame him for being annoyed. "She didn't mean any harm." Hajime commented to the young man, before turning to the female magician. "You are done here right?" Hajime asked, hoping to at least dispel whatever conflict that might arise from this before it would start. |

Beware The Penguin Emperor

Well let's just go with random order ![]() ---- As her clones dissipated into the air, she was greeted by both, an array of people that actually saw the beauty behind her introduction, and an angry man close to her age, who seemed to have something against her for no reason at all. Carol turned around to avoid looking at him in the eyes, she was pouting intensively, looking like a child who had just been denied a candy. But as she was about to answer in kind, the guy from before attempted to calm the situation; Carol attempted to act as maturely as possible, waiting for the man to go away; meanwhile she looked at the rest of the crowd. Once more, unlike what she expected, she was received by a few awws. Yet the number of people that actually realized such an action numbered fewer than five. She looked down for a moment with a slight sense of disappointment; then she looked up and threw her fist in the air, of course they wouldn't be amazed; they were obviously attempting to keep her from growing smug. Therefore they couldn't expound their feelings on their heroine, despite their incredible need to tell her. ...At least that's what she thought, not realizing that in reality, people with powers were the standard for Hyakuji. |

Declan just sighed. He was making it rather clear that he was reading a book. He raised an eyebrow at everyone. "Yes. Let's condone acts that can get people injured. That's just what every aspiring heroine needs to hear. 'Go ahead and do disruptive things. People will be fine' Ha.. You should use lights instead of smoke. How can anyone know who you are if they can't see you?" He shrugs a bit. "For one.. There's a lot of heroes in this city to begin with. She might be out of her league." |

Celia was a bit disappointed by the fact that someone was kinda annoyed with Mirror. "Aww, don't listen to the meanie. That was an awesome entrance." she told Mirror. Celia had an idea. "Ooh! Ooh! I gotta idea! I gotta idea!" she shouted "Wanna be my best friend? Your secret identity self could also be best friends with me! After all, super heroine Mirror and the normal girl version of Mirror are the same person, it'd be a twofer!" Clearly, Celia was feeding off the pandemonium, becoming even more hyper and making it seem as if she'd just left a contest where she had to binge Red Bulls... and had won by a large margin. |
