One does not simply eat one packet of mee goreng
It was just as unfortunate when the egg exploded right next to his face too. "Bleh... Hana... please tell me you know how to crack an egg..." He said in a disgruntled manner, wiping the egg white and yolk off his face. Though it wasn't long before yet another one, a bag of flour this time, the one right on his bench decided to explode, raining him with white flour. "Alright, I believe you, it's not your fault! What the heck was that?!" He said, frantically wiping his eyes in an attempt to get the flour out of his eyes. "Bleh... my eyes... Hana- Erin, Yuki...? I can't see, what's happening?" He muttered in annoyance and urgency, finally finding the sink after a little swiping around the immediate vicinity and washing his face, listening to the chaos brewing around the room. Until--KANG!!!

The very tap he was using exploded, striking him squarely in between his eyes, causing him to stumble back in dizziness, cross-eyed and generally loopy. "Uwoh... I... I'm seeing maids... everywhere... sweet~..."

When Ethan recovered from his brief fainting spell, he hid under the table, panicking from the unexpected hug. He was trying desperately to sort out what exactly had occurred since he has never been hugged before and never expected to be hugged so out of the blue.

'What was that? What was that? What was that?' He thought over and over.

Thankfully, the teacher's arrival shook him from his repetitive loop. As the teacher began to instruct the class, Ethan crawled out from under the table and began to listen.

'Thank goodness, teacher, peace, not madness, order, good.'

Suddenly, Ethan got the odd feeling that something was wrong. His ability allowed him a constant and precise memory of every single moment at every single interval. So, when the air in the room dropped several degrees despite the lack of air conditioning, closed doors, and the laws of thermodynamics.

'Maybe it's a new crazy hi-tech cooling system,' He hoped, inching ever closer to the table.

Unfortunately, all uncertainty was dashed when things started exploding. Ethan let out a little squeak and dived under the table, hiding away.

'Ah, exploding things! I can't deal with exploding things! Exploding things kill and hurt and damage and hurt and hurt! Ah, go away go away go away!

'Calm, think, list, what freezes and what explodes.

'Explosions could be caused by the freezing water. Though that's a bit of a low chance. Ignore the explosion focus on freezing for now.

'Freezing capable things are as follows: Espers, magicians, alchemists, mutants, Yuki-Onna, ninjas, shamans, sailors, mermaids, pokemon, digimon, deities, embodiment of winter, faeries, frost giants, ice dragons, robots, demons, Jack Frost, bacteria, wendigos-'

"Ok, my guess is this is a poltergeist..."
Someone said.

'Them too...as well as everything else in the ghost category. As well as familiars and...

'Ok, too many. Narrow down to long ranged and invisible things. Hm, still too many. Maybe I should think about what I can do instead? Alright. Um...that would be...nothing.'

At that point, he settled for running under the table and cowering in fear.

Celia, in her delusion of thinking this is just some little 'difficulty modifier' in the class, proceeds to actually try to cook something. For a split second. Whatever it was tried to swap the sugar for the salt to start though she caught it.

"Haha!" Celia laughed in a bratty fashion, raspberrying at the thing... and then the alleged spirit proceeded to clock her over the head with a meat tenderizer. Lucky for her, it was a plastic meat tenderizer. She yelped in pain, as she realized a cooking class project probably would not involve her getting hit by anything.

"Alrighty Mr.Poltergeist, you don't wanna play fair, I can play that way too." she thought. Celia squints, and with the aid of her extra powerful senses tries to make out some vague outline. If she successfully senses it, she attempts to clock it in the back of the head with her bare fists when it isn't looking.

There's evil in your heart .. and it wants out to play.
Just when she thought the teacher wasn't gonna show up, Ms Bell made her entrance. As she talked and gave out instructions, Hana slowly took out the cooking utensils they would need only to stop in her tracks. Was it her imagination or did it seem unusually cold? Maybe the heating in the building was starting to stuff up? Yeah, it was probably that. Brushing it off, she continued the preparations only to have an egg explode in her hand, causing her to jump.

"Bleh... Hana... please tell me you know how to crack an egg..."

"Of course I know how to crack an egg!! That wasn't me..!" she snapped rather crankily, looking around the room to search for what had caused the egg to burst unexpectedly. Then all of a sudden, ingredients blew up, bottles broke.. almost as if a mini tornado was ripping through the kitchen. What the hell!! Wasn't this supposed to be a normal cooking class?? Keeping an eye out and disregarding fellow student's remarks about poltergeists, it wasn't long before the loud metallic thud caught her attention.

"A! Seth! Are you alright?!" she cried out in shock as she hurried over to him, wiping his face with a cloth. "Sensei! What do we do?" she called out over the chaos, hoping she would be heard. If there was one person who should know what to do here, it was the teacher. If that failed, she could just vacate the vicinity. Hana came here to learn things not witness abnormal happenings!! "Ah, mou!"

Dangerously Cheesy.
Yuki settled down into the seat she had originally been using more as a prop than an actual spot from which to have class, knowing it didn't really matter if one sat in a different seat each time for this sort of class. Despite the fact that she had both cooking and homeroom with Alyssa Bell, she never ceased to have a sort of fear and awe of her teacher. Since let's be honest, she frankly scared the crap out of our ruffly-skirt-wearing, stuffed animal fanatic protagonist. But in a good way.

Christmas cookies sounded like a fun and relaxing way to spend her second class, especially if they were just making the dough. And for dough, you need flour.

"Which is in here somewhere..."

Hearing the argument off to the side between Hana and Seth, she glanced up to see what was happening. She thought she caught something out of the corner of her eye, but disregarded it as her hands eventually closed around the heavy, paper sack.

POOF

Before she had the chance to see what was going on, the bag of flour exploded in her face somewhere around the same time as Seth's, forcing the girl to cough and hack the dry powder out of her lungs and recoil in surprise. The flour floated in the air like a cloud of thick fog, but having the explosion that close to her face made it difficult to see. She heard a familiar voice whisper loudly at her from under the table while she tried to rub the dry ingredient out of her eyes.

"Yuki! Are you okay?"

"N-Nora-chan?" Hack, cough, cough. "What's going on??"

"I think there's a...situation. More of an annoyance, really."

Yuki waved a hand in the air to try and clear the flour, but all that seemed to do was exacerbate the situation, or at least not make it any better. She heard the other students shouting something about a poltergeist...and then some things began to fall into place. She didn't feel anything out of the ordinary because, well...when it's your ability to see spirits, you get numb from it after a while. So needless to say if this was some sort of beyond-the-grave situation, she should be able to see it and hopefully coerce it from disturbing class.

Lifting the block she normally put on her mind so she wouldn't have to constantly see dead people, she looked around as best she could by following the noise of the chaos, trying to catch a glimpse of a flying form. Poltergeists were a bit trickier since they straddled the planes of the physical and spiritual, but she should be able to pick up enough of a form...unless it was something else entirely. If only there wasn't so much flour... At least flour wasn't thick enough to impede hearing.

"Oba-san, Oji-san! Please stop! Nothing was meant to upset you!"

It was worth a try. And hopefully referring to it as middle-aged rather than old-aged would be a good start. Then again, she could've been completely wrong in her assessment of the situation.

"Guesses I will just have to keep my knifes." Zhimeng commented as she kept her knifes into her knife cases, since you don't need any knifes in bakery. And proceed to take some bakery items.
Which Thianbang follows suites, but taking silly items again, such as a hammer in place of a rolling pin.

Then, strange things happens, an egg bursts, and things flies around, breaker.
"What on Earth is going on?!" Zhimeng exclaimed as she got covered with flour. "This is not amusing! Erin-Chan, are you OK?" Showing concern for her partner.
"Help! Celia-Kun, Yume-Chan! I can't see!" Cried the other dream as a mixing bowl dropped onto her head and covers her vision. "What's going on?" Said the witch while waving her arms wildly.
"Stop being a moron, just remove the mixing bowl on your head, idiot!"

Celia rushes over to help Thianbang, when a rolling pin attempts to trip her up. Of course, she jumps over it.

"Haha!" she laughs again at the poltergeist, who failed... and then she gets clocked over the head once with a meat tenderizer.

"Yow! What is it with poltergeists and meat tenderizers!?" she yelps.

She manages to get the mixing bowl off her friend's head though without interference past that though.

Now, let's play together...under the clearest of blue skies.
"I, I think I'm fine..." Erin backed away a bit from the cooking materials. She was definitely scared, but it didn't look like the disturbance was lethal. It looked almost like a child throwing a tantrum.

"I don't think it wants to hurt us..." She said, looking around at the chaos, "I think it just wants attention..." Even so, she wasn't sure what to do about it. It was clearly getting the attention it wanted, if that was indeed the case. Maybe if they just waited it out, it would get tired and leave...?

Rumi stood at a table near the far wall of the room, shying away from the commotion. She was waiting for instructions.

Keshi would cover her mouth with her left hand as she started to snicker. She found this mess quite funny. She didn't care for what happened to the others, at least she wasn't being screwed with... until she stepped back for a moment. Where she would end up stepping her high heel into a bowl, which then caused her to trip and knock her head off they ground as she fell back. "SHIT!"

Kyuki stood at a random stove, ignoring the constant commotion exploding around her. She was glad no one had noticed her yet. She stirred a large pot of what she called soup with a laddle. She couldn't help but think to herself, double, bubble, toil, and trouble! as she worked. She had added so many random ingredients that she couldn't remember everything she had tossed inside but they all tasted great separately so she was sure that this soup was going to turn out exceptionally.
