Wearing a fairly normal looking blue bikini that can't be found in any mortal store (although the design looks fairly normal, Mira floats in the nearby pool water. There were swimming pools at her father's palace in Hell, but she obviously couldn't go back there, after the fairly recent incident involving her putting the kibosh on Armageddon. Still, she got out of the pool, put on some sunglasses, and began to rest. |

It would seem like a completely normal day to simply relax by the poolside, if one could count out the fact that chilling out by the pool in a swimsuit wasn't quite normal. But then again, rarely does a day in this town go by without something out of the ordinary happening. Like what would happen next, it came first as a distant rumble, like thunder. But then it soon grew louder and louder, appearing more to be the roar of a rocket. And judging from the sound of it, whatever was making the noise was getting nearer! A sudden rush of wind would sweep past Mira from overhead, followed by a massive splash in the center of the pool... and there it was, floating right in the middle of the pool was what appeared to be a bathtub - the old-fashioned type with legs that could be lugged around, albeit with much effort - that had a pair of rockets, cobbled together from scraps, floating on a pair of pontoons, also cobbled together from scrap parts. And the tub was filled with bubble bath. With a bubbling noise, the surface of the bath stirred, sending foamy bits of lather into the air, before a figure broke the surface with a splash as Jennifer Chase revealed herself, dressed in a purple-and-white sports bikini and pink-tinted swim goggles, taking a deep breath as she surfaced, water and lather running off her head and body. "Lift-off was a success, the flight was unfortunately short-lived... but we managed to safely splash down in the Hyakuji pool!" Jen declared as she reached into the bottom of the bathtub to retrieve a smart phone (which had been sealed in a waterproof film), noting down the results of her "mission", while seemingly oblivious to the presence of the other girl lounging by the poolside. |

Mira felt the chill of the wind. Was there a storm brewing? No, the sky was perfectly fine. Not even the spring acid rain storms common around Pandemonium, her family's palace in Hell, were so sudden. Given a moment more, she would have contemplated if, since today perhaps wasn't the warmest of days, if she should go inside. If you think demons are immune to the same diseases that plague mortals, you'd be wrong. Although some of the worst case scenario diseases don't have an inevitable death, and their immune system can fight it off quicker, that doesn't mean that contracting the common cold or the flu virus would be any fun. Soon after, the demoness found herself glad that she had gotten out of the water when she did, as a giant bathtub, with juryrigged rockets and pontoons, landed in the pool. Soon, it's likely inventor became visible, out of the bubble bath solution. She knew this place had been designed for those with superpowers, but not as a place to double as an insane asylum! "... I have about ten million questions, and about half of them have to do with whether you're completely insane or not." she pointed out, a bit annoyed with little miss rocket tub. |

"... I have about ten million questions, and about half of them have to do with whether you're completely insane or not." Jen heard a girl's voice. But seeing how she was the only (other) person present at the pool, there was no mistaking that said question was directed at her, as Jen looked in the direction of where the voice came from; a girl who was roughly the same height and build as herself with pink hair and purple eyes - making her like the third person Jen knew who shared the same eye color as herself. (with the others being roommates Star and Saya) Dressed in a blue bikini, it was apparent that she wasn't just "passing through". "Actually, the same question can be asked of most of this town's populace," Jen replied, as casually as how one would reply to a normal question as to whether they'll be having a burger or tacos for lunch as she looked the other girl up and down a bit as if sizing her up. "But I digress; to answer your question, I'll admit to being not completely sane, but I don't consider myself completely insane. Because the true answer to such a question is always somewhere in-between," Jen commented as she hauled herself out of the bubble bath solution and dived into the pool, swimming across to where the other girl was before getting out of the pool not-so-gracefully, chattering with cold. "But to be chilling by the poolside in the middle of winter... that's not completely sane either, no?" Jen asked amidst her shivering and chattering of teeth as she ran her fingers over her smart phone screen, hitting some touch screen buttons, and the rocket engines on her bathtub shuttle spluttered before igniting weakly, causing it to move right up to the pool's edge, as Jen ran over to the craft and placed her hands near the rockets, sighing audibly with relief at the warmth. "Hence, I can deduce with near-100% accuracy, that you too must be a student of Hyakuji High... except that we haven't met each other before," the purple-haired girl continued, pulling her swim goggles up to rest on her forehead as she leaned slightly, resting a forearm on the edge of her bathtub-shuttle as she looked at the other girl with a grin. |

"I came from one of those places where you learn to disregard the cold." she pointed out "You'd typically think it was hot all the time, but it's often cold. I had a pool back home, and you could swim when it was either hot or cold. I came out here in this temperature because I didn't want to lose that." The typical mundane assumption, she figured, would be the desert. The desert is typically associated with intense heat. That's perfectly true in the day. However, a common knowledge fact, though one that mentally takes a back seat to the day time heat, is the fact that desert nights can be rather chilly times. Hell had lots of fire most of the time, and if you lived there, you were glad when winter came... even if winter was colder than an Alaskan or Scandinavian winter. Her resilience to winter's cold was a trait she wanted to keep. So she'd swim in the winter occasionally to do so. "Anyways, yeah I'm a student. I'm Mira, Mira Morningstar." she told her. |

Haru walked in slowly with his shoulder-bag on his right shoulder while hearing a music with his headphone on. He the scanned the pool and he was kinda surprise because the pool was quite nice and big. he then whistled. "It's quite a big pool" he said while looking to the pool. But it's quite disappointed because there was no one here, he then removed his headphone off and when he removed it and thought that no one there. He heard a sudden conversation from his other side, because of that he was curious and he then turned his head to where the voice came and saw two girls were talking to each other, the he was kinda excited because of it, so he decide to greet them. "Yo there!" he rised his hand up little and greeted the girls with a smile on his face. |

The pink haired demon girl took notice of yet one more person at the pool. She didn't have a problem with it, but it seemed that this would affect her conversation with Little Miss Rocket Tub "Sup, I'm Mira Morningstar." she introduced herself. |

"I came from one of those places where you learn to disregard the cold." The pink-haired girl in the blue bikini pointed out. So, she lived around the Arctic circle? Jen wondered. Perhaps from Scandinavia or Northern parts of Russia? "You'd typically think it was hot all the time, but it's often cold. I had a pool back home, and you could swim when it was either hot or cold. I came out here in this temperature because I didn't want to lose that." On a second thought, it sounded more like the nearer to the equator, particularly at the desert regions where daytime temperatures can be scorching, while at night temperatures can plummet to near-freezing. Although since all kinda of people enroll in Hyakuji, Jen certainly wouldn't put it past herself to assume that this pink-haired girl might've come from a planet like Mercury - where the sunlit side can get hot enough to melt lead, while the dark side can easily drop to bitter subzero temperatures, enough in fact to turn methane into liquid. "Anyways, yeah I'm a student. I'm Mira, Mira Morningstar." Jen nodded at the pink-haired girl's introduction. So far, Mira would've been the third person Jen knew who had the same eye color as herself after Star and Saya. And the second person after Yuki to possess pink hair. "The name's Chase. Jennifer Chase; but you can call me Jen, always a pleasure to know a new schoolmate," the purple-haired girl grinned as she pointed to herself with her right thumb while resting her left hand on her hip. "Sadly, cold weather's always been a weakness of mine - I spent part of my childhood in Singapore, and the better part of my pre-highschool years in California, but specifically in the Los Angeles area... so yeah, clearly not one for cold weather; but that's something I'm learning to overcome, like taking winter time swims and stuff," Jen said as she gave the pool another glance. On the other hand, she'd seen Selene and Lavender go around during mid-winter with bare shoulders - but she presumed they'd gotten used to it back in their homelands. "Yo there!" Jen glanced in the direction of a male voice, catching a glimpse of a brown-haired boy with headphones approaching the two girls. "Sup, I'm Mira Morningstar." The pink-haired girl introduced herself. "And I'm Jennifer Chase! Or, you can call me Jen!" the purple-haired girl chorused, waving a right arm excitedly as if gesturing to be not left out of the introductions. "You're not here for a swim too are you?" Jen wondered. |

After Haru greeted them, then the pink haired girl introduced herself and said that her name was Mira Morningstar and followed by the purple haired girl introduced herself with waving a right arm excitedly and said that her name was Jen, Jennifer Chase. "Nice to meet you guys!" Said Haru with a hand rised little and smile on his face. "Name's Haru, Ryousuke Haru!" After Haru introduced himself, then the girl with purple hair or should i call Jen asked Haru. "You're not here for a swim too are you?" Haru then shooked his head "No, because i'm new in this City so I think it's better if i take a walk for a while to see how's this city and without noticing it, i'm already in here. Hehe" it was little embrassing to say that but Haru didn't care, He was new afterall, so it's okay right? he laughed little while one of his finger scratched his cheek. "Ah yeah, btw, am I interupting you guys?" Edited by Ryou, Dec 22 2011, 08:16 AM.

"Sounds like you get around." she mentioned... before realizing what else that statement could mean. She promptly facepalms after saying that, and blushes. "Uck... Sorry. I meant to say 'Well you're well traveled'. Personally, this is the first time I've been anywhere but my homeland, except for short trips." she stated. Her 'homeland' being Hell, of course. |

"Nice to meet you guys! Name's Haru, Ryousuke Haru!" The boy replied with a smile, waving a hand slightly, before shaking his head at Jen's question on whether he was here for a swim. "No, because i'm new in this City so I think it's better if i take a walk for a while to see how's this city and without noticing it, i'm already in here. Hehe" Jen gave Haru a wry smile as he pointed out how he was at the pool without himself realizing it. Oh, really? The purple-haired girl thought as Haru laughed a little, scratching his cheek. "Ah yeah, btw, am I interupt you guys?" The boy asked. "Sounds like you get around." Mira replied, eliciting a slight chuckle from Jen, as the pink-haired girl soon became aware of another way her statement could be interpreted as, and promptly drew a facepalm, blushing as a result. "Uck... Sorry. I meant to say 'Well you're well traveled'. Personally, this is the first time I've been anywhere but my homeland, except for short trips." "Well, I'd say that I'm pretty well-traveled myself too," Jen mused, nodding slightly. "What with having relatives in Singapore, the US of A and visits to Taiwan during the holiday season." |

"Uck... Sorry. I meant to say 'Well you're well traveled'. Personally, this is the first time I've been anywhere but my homeland, except for short trips." Mira stated. "Ahaha, so you're a newcomer too, Mira?" Asked Haru, when Mira said that Haru was a well traveled and this is her first time she have been anywhere other her homeland. That made Haru little relieved, because he thought that maybe Mira was a newcomer just like Haru and he was glad that he met other person that's still new in Hyakuji. "Well, I'd say that I'm pretty well-traveled myself too," Said Jen. Haru then turned his head to Jen, Jen then nodding slightly and continued her words "What with having relatives in Singapore, the US of A and visits to Taiwan during the holiday season." "E-eh? So, you have been there?" asked Haru excitedly. Haru really wanted to travel to there, but because he didn't have really much money, so he couldn't do it. So he just excited to meet people who have been around the world. |

"Yeah, I really haven't been here long." the demoness told him "I've met my roommates, Sho and Nise, but that's about it." Mira hadn't been here long, but she was already liking Hyakuji better than her homeland... of course, given her homeland was Hell... that wasn't exactly saying much there. She was getting chilly, but she'd be fine. She'd stay out until her bikini froze to her breasts if it meant she'd make new friends. |

"Well yeah," Jen replied with an earnest nod of her head to Haru's question on whether she has ever been to the places she had mentioned. "As I've mentioned earlier to Mira-chan, I spent my childhood in Singapore, and my pre-highschool years in the USA; specifically in California, in the Los Angeles area. My dad currently works in Japan though, that's why I live and study here," the purple-haired girl continued. "Yeah, I really haven't been here long." Mira told the boy. "I've met my roommates, Sho and Nise, but that's about it." "Ooh! I've been around!" Jen chimed in excitedly, raising her right hand high, hopping up and down. "I've spent my freshman year in Hyakuji, and currently into my sophomore year! You should meet my roommates one day - they're a totally awesome bunch!" the purple-haired girl stopped bouncing around as she finished talking. |

"Spent your childhood in singapore and your pre-highschool in the USA??" Haru was really excited when he heard that, If this was a cartoon movie maybe his eyes will become like a star twinkling when he heard that. "You're really cool Jen!" he said that and gave her a thumb up. Then Mira told Haru that she haven't been here for long, so that means Mira was a newcomer too, like him. Yeah, maybe not that new, like Haru. And She said that she've met her roommates, Sho and Nise. Speaking of roommates, Haru just noticed that he have not met his roommates, "Ah yeah, I haven't met my roommates." he was wondering about who were his roommates could be. Jen then chimed in excitedly, raising her right hand high, hopping up and down, and said that she've spent her fresman year in Hyakuji, and now she was a sophomore, she told Mira that Mira should meet her roommates one day and they're a totally awesome bunch! after talking, Jen then stopped bouncing around. "So.. that means, you're our senpai then! Hahaha" Haru laughed, and then paused a moment and looked to Mira. "Oh wait, You are still fresman too, right Mira? or Am I wrong?" ask Haru. |
