Isaka Shinkuro was already a dangerous Memory user, though to attain such power he had injected himself with more than one, stolen from users he cultivated so the Gaia Memory in question was at its fullest potential when he took it upon himself. Though, if one Memory's toxin was deadly, several doses at once...it was too dangerous to keep acquiring more at this rate, more so since his body was taking abuse from numerous defeats lately. ...Though there was a glimmer of hope for this man's insane quest for power. One driven by reasons unknown. The T2 Memories had yet to be fully accounted for and because of how they chose their users...well, it was not surprising that the one he ended up with was Weather. What happened when one of his body makeup used such a dangerous type of Gaia Memory? One that had no ill effects yet carried the exact same power, if not more than its counterpart. ...and at the same time what if he used its abilities with his current roster of Memories? ...Trouble... Somehow the T2's existence within his system was helping cancel out the toxins of the dozens of other Memories within him. Not entirely, but it was noticeable for him at least. Of course, it was too late to save his mind from such an overdose of the toxins within him...it went straight to his head that his limiters had been released for the most part. Meaning he needed a target to test his new power on. What was once a sunny day in downtown Hyakuji went to hell as the Weather Dopant brewed up a storm, sending lighting wherever he felt like...! |

"Haaaah...What to pick..." Damon was down in the streets of downtown, literally window shopping. He was getting ready to do some proper Christmas shopping and begin planning, even to the point where he shockingly was planning to actually stay IN TOWN for Christmas. Those who knew him well enough knew he always vanished around Christmas time, not returning until New Years. But this time....Well. He was going to stay, he was going to give out gifts...He was actually going to pretend to be a normal person. Naturally, such idiotic thoughts could not be allowed to last. Dark clouds seemed to envelop the sky within seconds, thunder and lightning crashing through the sky. "...Always downtown." The white haired man grumbled, sensing something was off. He didn't have the senses of an Aeromancer, Aquamancer, or Electromancer, so he couldn't be sure, but something told him this weather was wrong. There was not even a HINT of storms in the weather reports. Abandoning his shopping plans for the moment, he vanished from the sidewalk he was on and reappeared on a nearby roof, beginning to look around. Was there a stray elemental, a rogue Elemancer at work here or something? |

It would be obvious to see the Weather Dopant standing atop one of the taller buildings within the downtown area. The white and black Shaman-like humanoid stood proudly, golden finger pointed to the sky, directing the the clouds, concentrating them and overall trying to gather even more...calling forth even worse weather. Thunder and lightning was merely the start, next was harsh winds and rains. It was such an indirect way to do things but for now...Isaka was testing his limits...adding one new condition to the next as he was aiming for the storm of the century. He had gained power and wanted to show it off...but at the rate the weather was changing, he could very well destroy the city! "And to think...I've been held back all this time..." |

Eventually Damon's eyes fell upon the source. A Dopant, this wasn't good. Especially since now he was throwing on Wind and Rain on top of all this. It was starting to become a bit difficult to even stay standing on the building, forcing the shadowmancer to relocate to the Dopant's roof with his Dark Warp. He already knew his normal self wasn't going to do crap do this guy. The fight with Nazca showed that, and he was already pretty frail, all things considered. Which meant it was time to try 'that' again. His shadow rose up and formed a belt onto him, the deck of cards forming in his hand. He slid the card deck into the belt as he walked closer to the Dopant, before saying one simple word against the wind. "Henshin." With a flash of darkness, Damon was gone, and instead his Rider Form took his place. He still had no name for it, but really, right now was no time to bother with that. He continued his march until he was right behind the Dopant. Now came the thing he hated. He had to give the Dopant a chance to surrender. He was a good guy, and needed to do at least that before he started up a fight. "I don't know who you are, but quit it right now." He said, as loud as he could. |

"Such a bother...must you people always show up whenever I have my fun?" There was a sheer amount of annoyance in Isaka's voice was obvious when he used the term "you people." Even if this one was one he didn't recognize, the belt and the stle of helmet made it obvious he was what this city referred to as a Kamen Rider. Still, he stopped the shaman act for now as he turned to face the person who asked him to stop, calmly putting his hands behind his back. "What's there to quit? I'm just casually enjoying the view, we have such nice weather right now after all." he replied ever so smugly. He wasn't afraid now, he had gotten stronger, and he would push himself to see how far he could go...this "Rider" proved to be his next target. Edited by Yosuke, Dec 8 2011, 08:57 PM.

Ayane was walking down the streets of the Downtown Area as she smiled to herself, it was such a sunny day that she just had to go out today, she enjoyed sunny days because it reminded her of home where the sun always shone on her home and continued to do so until night came; she remembered the various family picnics that her family had whenever they had time for one followed by memories of her training under the blazing sun while her father watched her proudly. She wondered if she should go to a cafe and enjoy the weather when suddenly the weather took a turn for the worst and it became dark and cloudy, "Eh? I thought it was going to be sunny today?" Ayane exclaimed with a 'mou' as she went to a random direction hoping that she would be able to find some cover before she got wet from the rain. However when she turned a corner she was surprised, and shocked, to find a Rider-like fighter fighting with a monster on top of the rooftops, "wh-what is this!" she cried out loud as she watched the two not knowing what she had stumbled into. "You people...? Oh. Yeah no. Not a part of Board. I'm just an ordinary citizen, who just so happens to know a troublemaking Dopant when I see it." He said, dismissing any link it thought he might have with the larger organization of riders. "I don't care much for fighting, but I can and will if I have to. I've seen the trouble the memories have caused and can't allow it. I'm only going to ask this once more. Stop this weather madness." Damon was tense. Ready to react in a moment's notice. He knew full well this Dopant was highly unlikely to surrender. He was passing himself off as doing nothing, complaining about his fun being ruined, and acted smug. But until he did anything outright malicious he didn't feel like he had the right to do anything. But he was damn ready to fight the SECOND this Dopant did something even slightly wrong. |

"Oho~? Well boy, let's see if your ideals are enough to beat me." Isaka remained calm, any slip in his composure would be his own error...though he would actually choose to make the first move. If this rogue Rider wanted a reason to fight, he'd give him one...as such he raised his right hand and pointed to the sky, the rain and the wind stopped ever so gradually...though it seemed the sky would take a while to clear. Of course...he wasn't surrendering. Just as some of the dark clouds began disappearing...she brought his hand down, pointing at the black Rider and commanding a lightning bolt to hit him! |

With a flash of Light, Damon was struck and knocked back. Thankfully, the armor took the brunt of the blow. It was still HIGHLY unpleasant but he'd been through worse. Landing on one knee, he reached to the card deck on his waist, the Dopant's one chance now used up. He knew from the fight with Nazca that these cards were somehow this one's source of power. He slid the dragon head on his left arm down, before drawing a card and glancing over it, knowing this one card at least. He slid the card into place on the device, closing it once more as he went into a full blown run straight at the Dopant, the reader sounding off as it read the card. [Sword Vent] From the sky shot down a black curved blade with the dragon motif still obvious in it's design. Damon caught it mid run, as he made a horizontal slash towards the Dopant before following it up with a diagonal slash. Hopefully this Dopant did not have the ridiculous speed that Nazca had. |

It didn't. Though that didn't really matter to Isaka, because he was not a Dopant who fought with raw physical ability. His strength lied not in the power of the Gaia Memory within him...but the fact he had more than one memory within him. In this case, quality did in fact, lose to quantity this time...as Isaka's sole counter to dealing with the oncoming sword was to hold his right hand out... And rather than send another lightning bolt out...it was a sub-zero gust. A white wind shot forth, aiming to freeze the Rider in his tracks, even without physical strength, once frozen it'd be easy to just break the poor boy in two...! |

As the Dopant held it's hand out towards Damon, the rookie rider immediately leaped into the air, hoping momentum would allow him to dodge the lightning. To his surprise, there was no lightning, but a blast of wind below him. Lightning? Wind? Where were Chizu and Nickle when he needed them? He gripped his blade, coming down towards the Dopant. He brought the blade down, aiming towards the Dopant's shoulder and trying to cleave into him. He was grateful the Dopants were so much more resilient than normal people. He wouldn't need to hold back as much, and instead would just need to focus on winning. He switched his blade to his other hand, now using his free right hand to bring down the visor, just in case. He wanted to be ready in case he had to use another card. ....Even if he had a very limited idea of what cards he even had. |

And yet, rather than attempting a dodge, the Dopant opted to take the blade. It was an odd choice, though at the very least he was in fact...resilient. While elemental attacks were his forte, he did not purely relegate himself as a "caster" type. After all, to support all the memories within him, he needed to be in top physical shape somewhat. The blade struck and got stuck in his white "armor", though beyond a grunt there wasn't much of a reaction. And instead Isaka put his hand on the blade, grasped it ever so tightly...and began freezing it. And if Damon didn't act fast...he'd be frozen too. |

Damon's eyes widened behind his mask as he saw the tip of his blade beginning to freeze up. ICE on top of wind and lightning? This was like fighting all the people closest to him at once! He released his grip on the blade and launched a punch straight at the Dopant's face with his free hand, hoping to launch them back before taking a step back himself, and sliding down the Dragvisor. This guy had good long range attacks, and fairly good defense. The sword wasn't going to cut it here. There was the Strike Vent card, with the dragon head. That thing might work. Haaah....This was going to be difficult. Damon reached down to the belt buckle. This...wasn't the strike vent. "Guard...Vent?" He muttered to himself looking over the card. The name implied defensive but.... ...Maybe he should stop staring at the card and KEEP FOCUSED ON HIS OPPONENT.... |

Isaka did stumble back a bit, but the force of the punch wasn't enough to leave him in a daze. Instead, he merely started laughing, as if this was merely some form of entertainment for the man. "Good...good...if you didn't at least have this much, your kind wouldn't be revered throughout this city." he mused, pulling the sword from him and tossing it aside, letting the frozen weapon shatter without giving it much thought. "Tell me, do you at least have a silly name like the rest do? It's hard keeping track to be honest." perhaps he was being too arrogant for his own good, merely taunting like this...but so far, he had perceived no real threat from his opponent. Right now...he figured it was best he at least he exchange a pleasantry...before he ended this. |

His foe was talking. Wasting time. A good sign. Damon pulled out another card. DragBlacker....This was the dragon! From when he pulled off the Rider Kick! Maybe it would so something like that now? He didn't know, but this looked like a fantastic time to find out. "I've got no name. I'm a bootleg rider, made from the desire to protect this city from chaos-causing Dopants like yourself." He flipped the card and slid it into the Dragvisor. "Not like I need a name. I'm not doing this for recognition. I'm doing it so my home can be safe for my family and friends." He said before sliding the Visor back up. Now to see what this thing could do... [Advent] From seemingly out of nowhere a black, mechanical, eastern style dragon seemed to roar to life before charging at the Dopant trying to bite down on it. Wait, what?! THIS was what the Dragblacker card did?! Whoa. |
