It was a special occasion when Hyakuji's Historical Museum received a new exhibit, given how famous it was. Relics being loaned to the Museum from abroad was fairly commonplace but it was always a mystery what kind it would be...after all, it already had a wide range of exhibits, what was actually left to actually fill it up? Even more this time it seemed this exhibit was something that was being unveiled here... It was quite a big story indeed, though it was still a ways off before "what" the exhibit actually was. The Grand Unveiling was scheduled for later on in the day but they were doing a good job of keeping any info about what was actually going on confidential. There was only one word used to hype up the public... "Desire." ![]() The centerpiece of the exhibit. Locked away safely in the back room while everything was being prepared. Its origin was unknown...as were its contents. When it was brought it in, the man who had claimed its discovery simply called it the power of human desire given physical form, and once opened it would change life as we know it. The only thing that even gave those not in the know about the contents was merely a noise that could only be described as coins being shifted around in the chest...though that couldn't be it, after all, if it was just treasure it wouldn't need this kind of exposure, more so when their was now "owner" attached to the chest. What could possibly be the big deal? The chest wasn't even in good condition! There was a decent sized crack on the back of it...and unknowingly to post some of the contents spilled out...a bunch of silver coins...and two red ones. One of these red coins just ended up rolling along, heading outside since one of the security guards opened the door and went inside to check up on it performing his usual rounds... The lone coin went unnoticed as the guard cleaned up the mess that had been made due to the decrepit condition of the chest, placing the silver and the other red coin on top of the chest near the centerpiece on top of the lid before going to call his boss about this...still, it was a let down for the guard that there was nothing inside other than coins with animals on their faces... Meanwhile, a certain ex-Rider was going through the downtown area, mainly in need of fresh air after her rather long hospital stay. Kazuna Kenzaki was in a strange crossroad in her life where she was trying to figure out what she should do from now on. She was by herself really, not in a mood to see anyone so she could at least concentrate better. She could ask to be a Riotrooper for a while but that required her to be trained from the ground up in that regard. After all, she just felt...natural when she fought as Blade, it was weird not even having the card on hand anymore. A heavy sigh. "I'm afraid of retaking papa's training but..." She didn't want to just mope at the loss of the Blade system. But at the same time she knew herself she didn't have the aptitude to fight any other way. It was a heavy decision to be made at this point...how she continued from now on would definitely be a life changing choice...! ...Though she'd be snapped out of her train of thought as a distinct clink sound was made against her shoe, and when she looked down...it was just a strange, red coin with a gold rim. She picked it up without thinking about it to examine it better and otherwise gave it a quizzical look. ![]() "...What's this?" |

Like a predator on her prey, she appeared from out of nowhere. Well, more like she saw her prey strolling by unknowingly without noticing her at all which made her grin somewhat grin evilly to make maximum use of the situation. Stalking quietly behind the girl, watching her every move, her every reaction to everything she walks past, the predator slowly approached her prey silently, and after she stopped to pick something up, she strikes! “And today’s panties are~” Nanoha Takamachi announced out loud in a singsong voice, just as she flipped up Kazuna’s skirts which fluttered briefly in the air before it would settle down to cover whatever dignity she might have left, but more than enough for Nanoha to make out what Kazuna was wearing under her skirt. “Striped panties as usual huh?” Nanoha wondered with a hint of disappointment. “Really, Kazunyan?” |

A sudden draft along her backside and that oh so familiar voice. Kazuna's only reaction was to hold her skirt down, though the effort was largely in vain since what she was wearing was already revealed. Plus, you can't really hide it when you're only holding the skirt down...from the front. She only had one free hand available since she didn't want to drop the coin...what if it belonged to someone? "Na-Na-Nanoha-chan!? Don't do that!" Kazuna protested, flailing the free arm about out of embarrassment. She was used to being teased (somewhat) by Nanoha, but she'd still overreact when it was in a public place like this. Still, her worries disappeared for the time being thanks to that, as she just glared at the other girl for doing that. "W-What's wrong with them? I like them and they're comfortable...." ...she was actually answering Nanoha's question seriously. Why did something like that even matter to her!? Of course, the anger faded after a bit...it's just the way Nanoha was around her. Though, the tender moment was spoiled by a tugging sensation on her right hand, the one holding the strange medal...and while she instinctively pulled right back to avoid it being taken from her...the thing on the other end caught her completely off guard. ![]() "Oi! That's mine!" ... A talking hand. One that was floating about in front of the two girls. While strange things were common in Hyakuji, it was still something that caught Kazuna off guard. Though...they wouldn't be allowed to question it's presence long as an explosion resounded from the museum nearby...!
Within the Museum's storage the chest was glowing and finally...it just disappeared, all of its contents spilling out and onto the floor, surprising the guards and other staff present while they were trying to "fix" the chest. Several other colored coins were mixed in with the silver though, they began hovering in the air shortly after, calling the silver ones to them. ... And taking shape of four, different humanoid things. Laughter filled the air while the a hand flew away from the scene, carrying the only part of the chest that remained. ![]() "At last...we're free once more!" the green insect cackled, sending random people flying as a warm up. Eight hundred years asleep...the monster just wanted to wreak some havoc. "World...different. So...many buildings." the grey one followed, looking around in amazement at the city's structure. So many tall things, he just looked higher...and higher...and then fell down on his back. "Consider it a new playground, Gamel." the blue creature commented with a bit of a laugh, and the one known as Gamel answered with one of his own. "Wai...! So everything here is a toy, Mezool?" "It's a whole new world to conquer, that's for sure..." the last one seemed to just hang out in the back, observing for now. This world...it certainly had changed since their sealing. But now...now was the time for the Greed...to reclaim everything.

Nanoha only laughed, and wondered if that was enough to cheer the other girl up in her own strange little view which most probably wasn't the case with Kazuna. Though her reacting angrily was better than her being all gloomy earlier so Nanoha considered getting some emotion out of Kazuna a victory! All in a day’s work, no sweat! Before she would chastise Kazuna’s poor choice of underwear elaborately however, Nanoha saw first the red disembodied hand floating beside Kazuna before it tugged at her to get her attention. Instinctively, Nanoha stepped forward to put herself between Kazuna and the floating hand, raising an arm to bar Kazuna from doing anything as she was quite helpless at the moment if she tries without her old Blade Rider System. “What are you?” Nanoha asked it simply, though the exercise was rendered moot when an explosion resounded from the museum nearby. That made Nanoha focuses her attention on the building and the four humanoid figures that walked out of the museum, with them being obviously the center of the ensuing carnage. “Kazuna-chan, stay close to me.” Nanoha warned Kazuna, taking a few steps back while pushing Kazuna back as well, unsure of how to react to the four unknown beings… |

A loud train whistle permeated the air of downtown Hyakuji, a whistle that would now be familiar to anyone who hung around BOARD or anyone who remembered a fiesty little brown-haired girl who used to be employed there during the Kingdom Hearts crisis. It was the whistle of the ZeroLiner here to drop off its lone passenger. As opposed to the DenLiner which actually served primarily as a passenger train, the ZeroLiner was designed with only one passenger in mind and was tasked solely with resolving distortions in the timeline. An explosion of mysterious energetic origin surrounding an exhibit planned to be displayed from some ancient culture was certainly in the list of things that it was designed to take care of. In a blur of green, black and yellow the ZeroLiner would speed through the empty gap of road between Kazuna, Nanoha and the four mysterious beings striding out from the Museum. When the blur disappeared left standing was Taiga Aisaka, holding her bokken once more rather than her Zeronos Belt. "Oh, lucky. That yellow freak isn't here this time. Ryuuji, stay on standby." "Got it." She was referring to the Luna Dopant who had so expertly sent her into a depression about a week ago that she had only recently managed to break free from. Realizing that it was all an illusion just fueled her anger that much more but she hadn't yet heard of any strategies to take against these opponents who seemed to be too powerful to face. So while she really wanted to pound that freak's face in, she was glad that these particular freak-looking things were not the same. That just meant they were possible to defeat. "HEY, YOU GUYS! I don't know what you think you're doing here, but let me say this to start... I am fairly pissed off! So if you know what's good for you..." Taiga pointed the tip of her wooden sword at them defiantly. "...You'll get the hell out of this city!" |

"Cor blimey!" a certain corporate heiress exclaimed as with a loud cracking noise a weblike network of cracks frosted over the windscreen of the Mercedes S-Class that Selene was traveling in. No sooner had her chauffeur started the engine when out of seemingly nowhere a body slammed into the car, cracking the windscreen. A surprised English heiress exited the luxury car. "Don't just gawk around, tend to him!" Selene exclaimed to her driver and bodyguard as she gestured towards the man that was now lying on the hood of the Mercedes. "But what about you, Frostfire-san? the bodyguard asked as the corporate heiress stepped forward, her eyes quickly tracking down the carnage to its source in the form of four humanoid creatures that just walked out of the museum nearby, with one of them sending random bystanders flying seemingly for the fun of it. "Don't worry, I'm not about to do anything foolish - that guy needs immediate medical attention!" the corporate heiress drew the men's attention back to the injured pedestrian before quietly observing the scene, while keying a message to be sent to a friend over her phone.
For now, the corporate heiress simply stood by an observed, the quartet drawing her attention due to her senses registering a definitely supernatural aura about them, and questions were racing through Selene's mind as to who they are, where they came from, what they are capable of |

Damon had always had an interest in the various things in the museum. Heck, he was even considering going into Archaeology as his major for college, finding it to be a very interesting field, and an excuse to look for and uncover new things. It was a big secret, though, what this new exhibit in town was going to be. ...A shame he was running so late to actually GET there. How can someone who can teleport be so slow?! Damon seemed to appear from nowhere in an alley a block away from the museum, wanting to avoid scaring someone by teleporting right in front of them or something. Hyakuji was Hyakuji, but it still wouldn't be wise to just use powers in such ways. He was beginning to walk towards the museum...when...well, a large explosion could be heard .....FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF Damon muttered a curse as he rushed towards the source while dodging through fleeing people, knowing full well he couldn't just leave well enough alone. He pushed his way outside, seeing four...THINGS causing some havok. And they were speaking, to boot. Juuuust great. He spied Nanoha and and another girl, A woman with a Bokken, and Selene Frostfire, a familiar face. The woman with the wooden blade was shouting out a fair warning to these things. For now he was just silent, observing and getting ready in case a fight DID break out. Knowing how things worked in Hyakuji...It was pretty likely. |

"Tch...already awake." The floating hand "faced" the four newcomers and largely ignored Nanoha's inquiry as to what he was. Despite only being an arm it was rather expressive as it showed a sense of concern. "Just give that medal back already, I said its mine, that should be enough!" Once more it swooped down to grab the object in Kazuna's hand, who actually let go this time as her more immediate concern was the four things waltzing out of the museum. Reflexively she was reaching for her Blay Buckle and the Change Beetle card but...she remembered that they were locked away. Meaning she actually did need to stand behind Nanoha in case this escalated. She hated this feeling...she was so...vulnerable right now. There was nothing for her to do other than find an opportunity to get to safety. "Who's this little girl? She's dumber than Gamel if she thinks she can take all four of us!" The green monster exclaimed, laughing a bit. Of course with the smoke of their exit clearing it was a lot more obvious their bodies were...strange looking. Some of it was armed while the rest basically looked rotted away with black bandages barely covering certain parts of them. Still...a threat was a threat, and it was unknown what they were capable of. "Uva, ignore her for now. Don't you see someone a little familiar over there?" the feline themed monster mused, pointing a hand all the way towards a certain disembodied hand. He chuckled a bit as an old "friend" was reduced to such a state. "Oi, Ankh...what's with that pitiful form of yours?" "Come off it Kazari, I just need to get more medals and then I'll deal with you!" the hand known as Ankh retorted, flying forward a bit and raising a threatening gesture with his only manner of expression. It was kind of hard to take this little exchange seriously though. "Mezool...bored...can I play with the doll?" Add another person ignoring Taiga's little threat. He merely was scratching his head and wondering what to do right now. It seemed this one was dimwitted and largely relied on the lone female to actually do...anything. "Go ahead, my dear Gamel~ She'd make a fine example of what happens when you cross the Greed!" "Yaaaaay!" And the first act of actual aggression was made as Gamel quite literally steamrolled his way towards Taiga, charging like a rhino at the poor girl with his thick (and empty) head. |

Mere moments ago... "Okay... what would they like...?" A young British lad had muttered the question several times, as he looked through a catalogue, whilst within a jewellery shop. Christmas was fast approaching, and now he was particularly trying to determine exactly what he would get his friends. In this particular case, he was attempting to figure out what exactly he could get for a girl, who could probably buy up every piece of merchandise on the face of the Earth - hyperbole or no. "Hmm?" He felt a vibration in his pocket, and he drew from it his phone. "Speak of the devil." He smiled, reading off Selene's name in the caller ID, and his hand moved to press the select button. "Wonder what she wants..." Hitting it, the corporate heiress' text message appeared upon the screen, and the boy was left to quietly read it to himself. A second later, the catalogue had been dropped to the floor, a red streak of light emerging from the store. A second after that, there was a sonic boom, and that same red light could be seen across the city, as the fastest boy alive raced to the scene. When he got there - trouble was indeed across the horizon, though far more literally than Selene had likely intended. Approaching at a speed above that of sound itself, the image slowly emerged before him. Monsters, four of them - possibly dopants, possibly something else - had appeared, and given the hole behind them, likely from the museum. People were sprawled across the floor, and he could see Selene, and her car, pass him by - he having taken the road as it provided a greater deal more space for him. But, bigger fish to fry. One of the monsters was attacking - and doing so unto a girl with seemingly only a bokken to defend herself. Perhaps, in this town, she had something greater to defend herself with? Perhaps not, and just in case, Jonny wasn't about to run with that risk. So instead, he ran straight towards the gray monster, before leaping at supersonic speed to deliver a mighty kick, and a force measuring in several tonnes would be delivered, should the blow connect. This was hardly his first time fighting monsters now, and he was coming to accept that if they threatened the innocent, then for the sake of Justice, little mercy could be given in turn. "Pick on someone your own size!" The speedster yelled, though his speed meant the words would only be carried after his arrival. |

So the monsters were really doing this? ....Siiiigghhh... Damon was about to make a move when a BLUR came by and made an attack against the woman with the wooden blade. Super speed which meant...Yep. That Jonny kid from the school. Damon stepped a bit more forward, until he was about as far away from the monsters as the woman. "It's advisable you surrender now. It's not just her who's standing around after all. In Hyakuji nobody fights a threat alone. I'm counting about 4 or 5 people here capable of putting up one hell of a fight." He said, his blue eyes changing to red and his body gaining a black and red aura, darkness and shadows being drawn into him. "Last chance before we make things hard for you." He said, giving that warning. They deserved a chance to surrender now.... Darkness Gauge: 10/16 |

The explosion and the ensuing carnage created by the four strange humanoid beings that emerged from the museum attracted all sorts of attention as usual in the fine city of Hyakuji, and as such, Nanoha wasn't surprised when some obviously students stood up to face this new threat that besieged her home city. In fact she welcomed their arrival as she doesn't have to worry about having to protect Kazuna on her own. "Step back, Kazuna-chan. Let us handle this." Nanoha reminded Kazuna, noticing the younger girl instinctively and uselessly tensed and reached for her Rider Buckle which was no longer with her, the sight of which made Nanoha even more resolved to protect Kazuna. "Raising Heart, set up!" Nanoha commanded, raising the red jewel Standby Mode of her Intelligent Device up high. [Yes, my Master!] Raising Heart replied, and in a brief flash of light, Nanoha was clad in her Barrier Jacket holding Raising Heart in its Sealing Mode. While one of the four unknowns charged down towards the short girl who appeared out of a passing train, the other three remained somewhat focused on the floating red hand beside them, spurring the question how are they related and whether or not it was safe to be next to it... |

Taiga wasn't sure what exactly those weird-looking guys were talking about but she had the feeling that the 'dumb doll' they were talking about was her. Her suspicions were confirmed as the big grey rhino-looking thing started to stomp its way towards her. Taiga brought her bokken down into ready stance and decided that she'd try jabbing it in that thing's eye with a jump first. If that didn't work she'd go from there. Ryuuji, get ready to-- A blur of color delivered a kick into the thing's face before she could even make her move. Quickly she changed her choice of moves to a sweeping low kick at the back of Gamel's feet, hoping to take advantage of him being hit from the top-front to put the big beast off-balance and send him careening down onto his backside. The source of the first impact appeared next to her revealing himself to be a student from Hyakuji. Another one of those teenagers with super-powers. "Pick on someone your own size!" he yelled defiantly. Now that Johnny had 'saved' her from the charging beast she was free to focus on the other three. What are they doing? They're just... standing there, looking at something. Taiga followed their faces to where Kazuna and Nanoha stood joined by a disembodied arm. A disembodied arm that had a cloth on it similar to the one that the other four-- --Kazuna!?. Oh, she would recognize that blue-haired member of BOARD anywhere. The 'little girl' who thought that she was the same age as Taiga based solely on their height and bust size. In fact Kazuna was younger and no thanks to her transformation belt was now quite a bit taller than the girl who called herself Zeronos. While she could wonder about why that irritating girl was here later, the problem was that she knew Kazuna was Kamen Rider Blade. Why wasn't she transforming!? Since she wasn't in any immediate danger Taiga decided to ask. "Oi, Kazuna Kenzaki!" she yelled, pointing the first finger of her left hand (since her right hand held the bokken) at the blue-haired girl. "What are you just standing around for!?" The corporate heiress gasped as a short girl with brown hair stood her ground against the four creatures, a bokken in her hand. What was she thinking!? After seeing how one of them just sent random bystanders flying like rag dolls, the corporate heiress was certain that these beings are dangerous in a fight to any normal, even to a highly-trained one. And it was at this point that the corporate heiress decided she's had enough of simply being part of the scenery as she retrieved her ritual dagger. And that was when a sudden sonic boom rushed right past her, causing the English heiress to place her hands over her ears as Jonny arrived on the scene, with the super speedster being seen before he was heard thanks to being faster than the speed of sound. "Jonny!" Selene exclaimed in relief, before drawing a trickle of blood from her hand with her ritual dagger, drawing a glowing circle of runes on the ground. "Come hither, Dryad!" the corporate heiress proclaimed as she stepped back after completing the last rune, a glowing green magic circle radiated outwards from the circle of runes as a column of light shone from the center, as a blue-haired girl materialized from the white radiance! ![]() "If you're here to cause trouble, then you leave me with no choice!" Selene said as she stood next to her summoned Dryad. |

And Gamel was knocked off his feet after a few moments, even with his upper body rather vulnerable looking he proved to be somewhat tough. Its probably what offset his dim personality. Oddly enough when the impact was made...a bunch of silver medals began flying all over the place, not a lot, but enough to be rather noticeable. Still, he got back up and started stomping his feet much like an angry child at Jonny's intervention. "No fair! I wanted to play with her!" It seemed that Gamel definitely wasn't paying attention to anyone trying to threaten the Greed to back down. He was definitely a "my own pace" kind of monster. As such...he picked up one of the medals that had been knocked out of him and...well, a coin slot appeared on his forehead and he casually tossed it in... This caused yet another animal based monster to spawn from him, a humanoid water buffalo to be specific. At this Gamel clapped rather proudly, as he exclaimed but one thing. "Now you have a playmate!" "Well, if you think all of you can handle us, that's fine." Uva remarked. "We'll just make sure you can't handle these guys." Also from Gamel's fallen medals spawned something else Some of those medals had...cracked, which was wasteful but at the same time perfect for creating some grunts...white, mummy like creatures. Even worse, they were spawning two for every whole medal used. Around sixteen all in all. Kazari sighed a bit but decided to at least create one of his own to join the fray. Looking towards the side, lay the very person who had discovered their tomb, and invisible smirk on his non-expressive face formed as the feline simply walked over, and similar to Gamel, tossed a medal within a slot that formed on his forehead. Though, unlike the other's creations, all this did was create bandages around the man, in a fashion one could compare to a puppet and its strings. "Time for this little one to unleash his desire." Of course beyond that, there was no change...and instead, he joined the ranks of the other monstrosities. "Must...spread the word about this discovery!" ...his desire was apparently saving the Greed - his museum exhibit - something easy to feed. The final Greed however didn't do anything as she crossed her arms and sighed. "All of you are wasting medals creating Yummies already? Well, whatever gets them away from us." Well, Mezool wasn't adding to the numbers game but at the same time this hid her own abilities, if only for a bit. During all this, the already depressed Kazuna ended up feeling worse thanks to Taiga yelling at her. "Because I can't become Blade anymore!" she was literally about to cry due to her inability to actually do anything right now, Taiga had struck a very sensitive nerve and because of it the young former Rider basically attempted to run away at this point. ...only to be stopped by the strange floating hand known as Ankh. The malformed Greed was...struck with inspiration, and due to his lack of power...as well as Kazuna's...released he could make use of this girl to accomplish the goal of restoring himself with more medals. "...I think I can help with that, you need something to help everyone, right? I can see that's your desire." Ankh began, merely floating in front of Kazuna holding...what appeared to be a really old slab of rock. It was the ornament that was on the chest the Greed were sealed in. Before Kazuna could reject him, Ankh held the rectangular object in front of her waist...causing the thing to restore to a more familiar state. A belt buckle. A belt formed around Kazuna's waist right then and there...the young girl couldn't even really react to it. It was happening to quickly and at the same time...secretly it really was what she wanted. She could protect people again if she just used this things power...! ![]() "If you want that power...just use these!" Medals. Ankh was holding out three of them, one of them being the very one he wanted back from Kazuna to begin with. The other two...well, it was obvious who their owners were by the colors really. Still, Ankh loaded them into the belt one by one red first, yellow second and green last, before "tilting" the belt and putting it into standby. Before Kazuna could ask what to do next the arm grabbed the round object that had formed with the belt, the Os Scanner, and slid it across the belt, "scanning" the medals as it were. Out of reflex at this point...Kazuna just yelled a single phrase. "HENSHIN!" ... What happened next was a little different for everyone in regards to transformations by a Rider. TAKA TORA BATTA The belt called out the names of the medals and their images appeared before Kazuna, all the while several rings with differing emblems swirled about her as this occurred but there was one more thing that happened. Ta~To~Ba~ TaToBa~ TaToBa~! ![]() ...the belt started singing. Still...the transformation completed and Kazuna was transformed into a new Rider. And unlike Blade it...actually looked like one this time! She even grew to the appropriate height in this form! "...W-What's TaToBa?" "Don't mind the song! This is the power of Os! Use it to beat these Greed and their Yummies!" "I don't get it, but that basically means I'm a Rider again, right?" "...If that's what you want to call it..." Edited by Yosuke, Dec 6 2011, 11:50 AM.

Having struck the monster and discharged the force brought on by his speed and and momentum, Jonny was left to land, as it was knocked back. He kept his eyes trained on it, readying himself for the fight that would inevitably come, raising his fists. One thing that was definitely odd, and that Jonny took notice of as his opponent attempted to recover from the blow dealt to him, was the emergence of several silver coins... or perhaps medals? "The heck...?" He muttered, wondering just what exactly this meant, as it always seemed to be details like this that differentiated one type of monster from another. He was fairly certain he had never seen demons or Yoma 'bleed' metal of any kind, let alone silver. "No fair! I wanted to play with her!" The monster yelled back, seeming to throw a temper tantrum at the entry of the fastest boy alive onto the scene. It was the first set of words he had heard from the beast itself, and it helped Jonny to come to his conclusion on this thing. Whoever, or whatever, it was, they thought that something like this... this pain, destruction, and the attacking of another... was a game. Just what was it about these things that rendered them incapable of basic reason? Did evil just deliberately miss out lessons on empathy? Perhaps it was the same place they learned their inhuman abilities, as whatever those medals were, they proved themselves to be about a hundred times more troublesome than the boy speedster would have anticipated. He himself employed summoning magic, but this seemed to be something different entirely. "Now you have a playmate!" The original monster cheered, as another was created from its hide, and Jonny was left to wonder how this meant he'd have to approach the battle now. This thing could create monsters, and from whatever he had knocked out of it. He'd have to be careful, or he just might create a neverending cycle of these things. And then they showed the ability to make even more monsters, out of the discarded medals on the ground. So, it didn't even have to be a matter of specialised creations - they could potentially summon an army if too many of those medals were around. "But... the mummy monsters themselves are only one medal between two..." He muttered, taking note of the little quirks. At least that sort of thing, he could take advantage of without too much worry, if his suspicions were right. "You might wanna cover your ears - all of you!"
