A short, pink-haired girl slowly returned to the conscious world laying in an alleyway somewhere in the shopping district of downtown Hyakuji. The unfamiliar sight of a brick-and-mortar wall greeting her threw her attempt to regain her bearings for a loop and forced her to blink and look skyward. Between the building she lay against and the one opposite her was still a blue sky, but that didn't answer how she ended up here. The last thing she remembered was being on the back of a soaring dragon staring down at a breeding ground for demonic creatures. Oh... did the spell work? she wondered, now remembering that the reason she had been there was to destroy said fortress.

With trepidation Louise Françoise le Blanc de la Vallière pushed herself to her feet and checked to make sure she was all right. Her nobles' mantle and clothing was only slightly soiled but otherwise entirely intact and she didn't feel any particular pain. Next was her inventory, making sure that she still had her wand, her whip, and the small pouch of gold she'd brought just in case. Yes... everything is there. So she was unscathed both in the physical and material sense. That just left the question of where 'here' was. If the last thing she remembered was casting her spell on Sheffield's castle, would this be somewhere nearby? Surely Tristain's Dragon Riders wouldn't have just left her in an alley. Had she fallen off? Why hadn't they found her yet?

Those questions ran through her mind as she strode out into the afternoon daylight and was assaulted on all sides by a completely alien landscape. There were people--humans--everywhere, but not a one was wearing clothes of nobility. All of them were wearing clothing that seemed to suggest a 'commoner' but they were all of a weave she didn't recognize. There were buildings down both sides of the street but many were tall without being a castle. The signs were in a language she didn't know. The people who passed by gave her brief looks and went about talking in a tongue that went over her head.

As the shock of emerging in an all-too-foreign land ever so slowly wore off she tried to reason with what information she could gather. Was there anything at all familiar about this place? While she couldn't read most of the signage, there were a few that were at least in readable characters. No one who she overheard was speaking a language she understood but that wasn't to say they were all speaking the same language. The clothing was what bothered her the most. It was unfamiliar, yet somehow there was something about it that--

Then it hit her. The sound of this language. A character on one of the nearby shop signs. The alien weave of commoners' clothes. There was absolutely somewhere she had seen and heard all of these things. A long time ago, back when she had first called forth her magical Familiar and ended up summoning a pitiful human boy instead. That human, Saito Hiraga. Wasn't this the sound of his language? Was that symbol on that sign not one of the ones she'd seen him write? Were these clothes not the same mystical fabric he so often wore?

"I... I-I... I'm in S-Saito's world!?" she gasped in French, standing out like a sore thumb as she stared dumbfounded into space in the middle of the sidewalk. She definitely looked lost, but did anyone actually speak a language she could comprehend?

It had been a relatively uneventful day so far for a certain empty-headed familiar, with no-one near the Gundam machines at the arcade and not a single work-related call from BOARD to stem the tides of boredom. That was how Saito had ended up wandering around the streets of downtown Hyakuji, not quite sure what exactly he was going to do next.

There wasn't really anything that he needed to do, so it was mainly a question of keeping himself preoccupied until something like that came up. That said, there were only so many times you could walk down the same street without getting either incredibly bored or getting reported to the police, so he was gradually wandering away from the usual streets and towards the side-streets and alleys. Some of the people coming from the direction he was heading in were gesturing behind them to their companions and seemed to be talking about something interesting, so the decision was made for him. Hell, what could it hurt to check it out?

A lot, as it turned out. The old saying about curiosity killing the cat had never been more accurate.

The poor guy's heart stopped beating for what felt like a good year or two when he saw the obviously lost girl standing in the middle of the sidewalk, staring into space with a look that couldn't be too far from his own. What she doing here!? Of all the things he had expected to find on this little trip, his estranged master occupied a space somewhere between the chupacabra and a sober Australian right at the bottom of the list of probability.

For once in his life, Saito's way with words was failing him completely, the usually cocky and confident familiar just standing and staring with a look of disbelief on his face, unable to think or speak. What was he supposed to do? Supposed to say? Considering the way they had parted and how long it had been...he had no idea.

"Oi, little miss, did you get lost again !?"

Good thing he had his stalwart sword to break the ice for him all Titanic-style, then. After all, who needs enemies when you've got friends like Del?

As Saito's luck would have it, another person also came by, but for different reasons. After working at Cafe Mahou and getting some groceries for their room, she felt a distinctly strange sensation - that of a magical signature materializing itself in their plane of existence. As someone who was sensitive to these sort of things, she had to go and investigate.

... Apparently the source of the signature was more conspicuous than she thought, and perhaps, a bit too familiar.
"... No way. Isn't that..." Aisia began to say, but something felt off about this person. Sure, she'd encountered a very similar looking pink-haired girl back in the world of Legacy, but there were a couple of differences here, one being that the Louise de la Vallière she knew didn't go around Hatsunejima in a mage's cape. The other, was that the words that came out of this Louise's mouth were not in German or broken Japanese or making any kind of derogatory comment about the Canis Genus.

No, the first words that came from her mouth were in French.

"... A different Louise-san? What the hell is going-"
"Oi, little miss, did you get lost again !?"
Aisia blinked at the voice. As luck would have it, it was Saito and his sword, Del. "Ah, hello, Del, Saito. Fancy seeing you guys here - teh, that's not the issue here! Saito, is she... who I think she is?" she whispered to Saito, pulling on his sleeve as she did.

... In her haste to get the answers, she probably forgot that if this Louise was anything like the one back in Legacy, she was also probably apt to explode at the sight of any woman being in close contact with her Dog.

As the horror of being in a completely different world began to subside she actually started to listen in to the crowd. There was so much noise that it was difficult to distinguish everyone's individual voices but she wasn't looking to hear a particular person, she was just listening for any familiar sounds. Her attempts were rewarded as she caught at least a little bit of English from someone. Her home language was French but enough nations in her world spoke English that it was a requirement as an Aristocrat to learn. Though she may have been sub-par in the magical arts she made up for it with academics. Her English wasn't without accent but in terms of comprehension and syntax she had it down to a science.

"Excuse me!" she spoke up with her French-accented English, jogging up to the person she'd heard speaking it to the girl with him. "Where is this?"

"Um... this? Like... what street?" the guy asked back, tilting his head in confusion.

"No, well... what city?"

"Hyakuji?" he replied, though it was twisted into the tone of a question since he couldn't believe that someone standing right in the city center wouldn't know what city they were in. It wasn't exactly an unknown place.

"Come on, let's go," his date urged, tugging him along. He followed without question, waving an apology to Louise who was left once more standing dumbfounded in the middle of the sidewalk.

"Hyakuji..." Yes, that was the name, wasn't it? It had been quite a while since her first interaction with her wayward Familiar but that city name sounded right. This must be it! What luck that in all the places she could have been transported to she ended up right smack dab in the middle of Saito's hometown? It must be true, then! Our moons must be connected somehow! Tristain and Hyakuji... that must be it! I can't wait to tell Mr. Colbert that he was right! ...Wait, no, that can wait! If this is Hyakuji then Saito must be here somewhere! "But... what if he moved? Or even if he's here, how do I find him? I should look for a map..."

Oh, she wouldn't need a map. Thanks to a meddlesome sword her search for Saito Hiraga would end right here and now in the most anti-climactic and convenient way possible. "Oi, little miss, did you get lost again!?"

Louise's heart jumped in her chest at the sound. No one had a nasal voice like that and called her 'little miss' save for one person--no, not person, sword. Delfringer, the blade she had bought Saito for 100 New Gold which turned out to either be a complete rip-off or an absolute steal depending on your opinion on him at any given moment. While in times of crisis he was the best weapon to have around, any other time he was a massive nuisance which had a habit of opening its sentient mouth at the worst moments. It was that sword's fault on more than one occasion that she found herself in embarrassing situations.

This time, though, she could practically kiss it. As she whirled on the voice a huge smile crossed her face, Saito's all-too-common blue hooded sweatshirt coming into view. All the passers-by faded into faceless silhouettes and it seemed like he and she were the only people in the universe who mattered. "S-Saito...! Saito...! Sa--"

Then someone intruded on her perfect little world. A little white-haired girl was clinging to Saito's arm, whispering something in his ear. Something filthy, no doubt. The smile completely faded from her features and was replaced by an expression of disbelief both in him and herself. Him, that he would leave her behind and go find some other girl to drool over. Herself, that she at any point believed he would stay faithful.

Posted Image

"...Really, so that's how it is... I see. Yes, I see perfectly clearly..." Her hand reached into her mantle and retrieved the whip she had brought along for no particular reason. Though she had had no reason to use such a thing ever since Saito left Tristain Louise had still kept it on her person as an item as important as her mage's wand. Now she was glad she had it. As the whip came out, though, she thought better of it. "No... that would be too easy for a horny dog like you..." she muttered, slipping the whip back and grabbing her wand instead. Forget the fact that this was a bustling sidewalk and that there was someone clinging to him. She'd punish them both and anyone caught in the blast would just be stupid for being there!

"Vous....Vous....V-Vous... Pervers, le chien bandant!!!" A flick of her wand pointed straight at Saito followed, ending with a word he knew all too well even if he didn't have a spell cast on him so that he could understand her. "EXPLOSION!!!"

As he would recall, the next thing that would happen would be the strong bonds holding the molecules and atoms in the air directly surrounding him suddenly breaking, all of the energy those bonds held releasing instantaneously to create an explosion that was localized to the space he and Aisia occupied. Like any explosion it would blast outward and probably knock some passers-by aside or blow dust in their eyes, but the majority of the blast would just be for that stupid dog and his girlfriend to endure!

"L....Lou....ise..."

Poor Aisia. Not only did she have the unfortunate luck to try and tug Saito's sleeve when Louise was present, it didn't even have an effect. The awe-stricken familiar was busy trying to figure out whether he was supposed to shit or go blind, confronted so mercilessly by the very girl he had left behind oh so long ago. For what felt like the first time in all his seventeen years, he had no idea what he was supposed to say or do. Every attempt at acknowledging the presence of either girl was cut short by an odd feeling welling up in his throat and squeezing it tightly, making every question he tried to sputter out come out as nothing but a dry choking sound.

He wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed to begin with, and confidence could only carry you so far when you didn't have any of it left. If it were any other person, he would be making wisecracks left and right by now, cheerily smartarsing his way through whatever trouble may come. If it were any person, the hooded swordsman would have a smile on his face and a spring in his step....but the angry little aristocratic girl with looks like a porcelain doll had always managed to punch through his guard no matter how hard he tried. And after the way he had left Tristain.....after he had left her...

"Aibou, run!"
"...huh?

Unfortunately, to the jealous pink-haired demon carrying the wand, that response didn't include nearly enough proof that Aisia wasn't his lover. Del tried as hard as he could to warn the poor bastard, but he was far too busy racking his brain for something to say to heed that wonderful advice. One extremely loud bang and uncomfortably familiar pain later, Saito found himself laying face-up on the sidewalk and covered in a mixture of injuries and debris, wondering to himself just when the hurting would stop. There was no mistaking it, that girl was definitely the Louise he knew...not that it was any comfort at the moment.

"Louise...you're wrong....what....w-what are y-you d-doing h-h-here?" he managed to sputter between bouts of coughing and trying to hold his ribs as he struggled to sit upright, figuring that while it might not be the most light-shedding of questions he could ask, a safe question and a denial were better than saying nothing at all.

Aisia, on the other hand, wasn't as airheaded. In fact, since it was magical energies that brought her here in the first place, it was magical energies that also tipped her out that something was wrong.
As soon as she saw Louise raise her wand, she immediately formed something in her hands. Moments later, when the smoke from the inevitable explosion cleared, a charred GP02 shield stood between her and Louise, as well as a few unlucky bystanders who were unlucky enough to get caught in the blast.

"WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT FOR!?" Aisia yelled.

Forgotten was the fact that Saito was (relatively) okay or that this person looked a lot like the Louise that she left behind back in the world of Legacy. If anything, these two shared the same angry disposition, something that irked Aisia during her stay in Legacy to no end. But that Louise was tolerable somehow compared to this one. Why?

One simple reason. This Louise was using her magic to harm someone.

Even if she knew that it wasn't meant to kill, it still would have flipped some kind of switch in Aisia that angered her immensely. And at a time like this, when the stability of her own emotions seemed to be in flux thanks to the rocky relationship she currently shared with Ayane, flipping that switch had an even worse result.

"I don't know who the hell you are, or why you just did that," she yelled, her rage by now having rendered her deaf to any of Saito's words that would have expressed familiarity with this person - and even then, she might have ignored them outright had those words been forcibly implanted in her brain. "But I won't have someone like you running around and blowing things up with magic like some kind of spoiled child!"

Unlike Louise, Aisia wasn't really a squishy Wizard. Far from it - she wasn't afraid of getting up close and personal to fight. To prove this point, she dashed towards Louise and sent a right hook at the pink haired girl's face - such was her rage at this point that she wasn't going to give her any quarter!

Meanwhile, Somewhere Completely Unrelated But Conveniently Nearby (but also at a suspiciously specific distance that is also not too close)

It wasn't a day off, but an hour long lunchbreak gave them plenty of time to eat, especially given they a.) had very, very fast bikes and b.) a little thing Mr. Bond continually wishes he had, that is, a license to break traffic laws.

"The chef had very good choice of cuts, especially with the Beef Bourguignon." Miyuki commented as she sipped her tea, in the aftermath of what had obviously been a very thorough lunch.

Plates were stacked several high, and for the most part, almost spotlessly clean. It was hard to tell between herself and Kouta who had consumed more, but regardless, the result was almost comical in the scale of it compared to those who'd eaten it.

"However the quality of the red wine used was unfit for the beef I think. Rather, it's more accurate to say the sauces in general were subpar in relation to the dishes, particularly when they brought out the caille en sarcophage." a cold, disappointed sigh as she mercilessly rendered a verdict upon the meal.

It had obviously not been cheap either. It was one of several downtown French restaurants, and this one had particularly good reviews from local critics. Since Kouta owed her anyway, taking her out to lunch during their break was the least they could do.

Her cellphone rang as she gently wiped her lips with a napkin, interrupting the end of the recently judged meal. The opening bars to Chronic Love, the theme to an old Japanese police drama, it didn't quite make it through the second ring before she picked it up.

It was her workphone.

"Takamachi." she answered

"Sorry to interrupt your lunch Captain" the voice on the other end of the line told her. She really wasn't, but that wasn't the point.

"Whatever, get to the point."

"10-80 reported in downtown by a civilian, apparently aftermath. Code 3. 10-41 has been dispatched. Response was rerouted to BOARD directly after a nearby officer called 11-99."

"Right. Backup?"

"2 regular platoons en route."

"Shadow?"

"Five has command. They'll be there in 15. 10-49 on scene immediately. Navdata will be sent."

"Understood."

The call ended, and she immediately stood up and pocketed it, leaving Kouta to deal with the bill.

"Break's over it seems." she said simply "Please attend to the rest. I'll be home late probably."

With that, she quickly grabbed her coat, putting it on as she rushed outside to her waiting bike.

Yosuke

While Kouta was no stranger to this happening during any break, to the point that the moment Miyuki picked up the phone he had already gone about paying for everything they ordered, he wasn't really fine when it came up at the worst possible timing, such as when they were just about to be served cake. And Kouta wasn't the type of person to let good food go to waste so...

He'd take the cake with him so Miyuki could eat her slice immediately after this was all done! Though he couldn't really wait for a to-go bag since he didn't really hear where she was headed.

So he took the plate and got a plastic dome to cover it, and ran out with the cake in hand, following as best as he could with damaging the contents.

Louise didn't lower her wand after casting the spell, knowing from experience that she needed to keep her eyes on the resulting dust cloud just in case anything unpleasant jumped out of it. She was somewhat right--the dust cleared and in the spot where a charred Saito Hiraga was supposed to be learning his place was instead a giant shield of some kind that had apparently absorbed the majority of the blast. In her mind she was already preparing for a second spell but first things first--she needed to know how that shield got there.

It disappearing into glittering pink particles in the hand of that little blonde girl answered that question just fine. A Magus? In this world? That's odd... if they exist here, why was Saito so surprised when I summoned him? she thought even as Aisia screamed at her. After all, whatever that noisy kid was saying was in Saito's tongue, not hers. It just sounded like a whole bunch of really loud blah, blah, blah.

On the other hand, it appeared that the translation spell she'd mistakenly used on Saito when trying to get him to shut up oh-so long ago was still working since when he spoke up, she understood him just fine. "Louise...you're wrong....what....w-what are y-you d-doing h-h-here?" he stuttered, coughing to get the dust out of his lungs. Thanks to Aisia he had avoided most of the damage but that didn't mean he'd escaped the whole thing.

"That's my line! Why are you just calmly walking around here with that wench! You leave Tristain just so you can go have a tryst with--" Louise answered back but predictably got too irritated to continue as Aisia yelled over her in that horrendous foreign language. "AHH, SHUT UP, SHUT UP! God, are all of Saito's people so noisy!?!?" she lamented in French...

Then that noisy girl ran right at her with a very angry look on her face and her fist reared back. It was less the shock of being attacked that gave Louise pause and more the thought that someone would dare to attack her, an Aristocrat, with their fist. Then she remembered that people from Saito's world had no class and therefore wouldn't know proper manners when it came to dealing with higher-class citizens. "You're annoying, so EXPLOSION!"

This time she aimed the spell at the ground right between herself and the advancing Aisia in an attempt to eliminate the space where Aisia was about to step, causing the sidewalk to erupt into chunks of cement and peat. For herself she quickly drew her mantle up over her head to keep the shrapnel from hitting her, keeping the wand close at hand just in case making the ground explode wasn't enough of a hint that she meant business. If that little pest managed to get through, she'd be ready to get more serious!

Still, who is this girl!? Clinging onto Saito, attacking me like some kind of animal... how crude!

Whether it was a good thing or not, nobody (especially Saito) could really be sure, but the undeniable truth was that Louise's unique brand of logic proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that she was the real deal. Getting irritated enough to blow up a city block and then having the audacity to blame the target for the conclusions she'd jumped to over the smallest of misunderstandings was classic high society behaviour, one that was pretty much assumed by her wayward familiar by now.

Aisia's little attack was far from an aristocratic action, however, and it was definitely enough to get the injured swordsman scrambling back onto his feet with sword in hand. Not to try and break up the impending fight, mind you, but to disappear in a flash of blue light and reappear in front of Louise, positioned between the mantle-covered magician and the latest crater with his sword pointing in Aisia's direction.

"If you ever try to hit her in front of me again, I'll kill you where you stand. Got it?" he said in rapid-fire Japanese, but switching to what both of the girls present would percieve as French as he turned his head over his shoulder to look at Louise, the scowl on his face melting almost instantly. No matter what the circumstances surrounding their parting had been, a master was still a master, and there was no way someone was going to harm her when he was around.

"What tryst, you idiot!? She's just a friend of mine! Now stop blowing shit up for two seconds so we can talk about this like reasonable adults, okay? You wouldn't want to embarrass your family by acting like some hot-headed plebian, right?"

Aisia saw Louise jumping back to avoid her punch and cast a spell. Having been in more than just a few battles herself, it was a predictable course of action for Louise to take.

Time for something unorthodox.

Without wasting any time, Aisia created a smaller shield with her punching hand - that this time of the RX-79[G] Ground Gundam this time - and shifted her aim so that it was now pointing downwards. Shrapnel flew everywhere around her and some hit her legs, but the shield took the brunt of the explosion and even acted as a quick platform for her to ride the blast with.

She leaped off the shield and was about to throw her right leg out to do a flying kick when a blue flash appeared before Louise. She quickly arrested her leg and dropped herself right in front of Saito as he appeared.
"If you ever try to hit her in front of me again, I'll kill you where you stand. Got it?" Saito growled with his sword out.

...

Needless to say, the girl was stunned. Whip crack went Louise's whip / and the beast was done Aisia slowly got up, her face contorting with a look that ranged from incredulous to livid.
"... ARE YOU HIGH, SAITO!? She only just TRIED TO BLOW US AND ABOUT TEN OTHER PEOPLE AROUND US UP! What the fuck did you think I was gonna do, take it and smile like some kind of masochistic retard!?" she yelled.

It was at that point that Saito switched to French and started to... scold Louise. Her understanding of French was a bit limited, but she did somehow get that he was angry at her for trying to blow them up. It seemed that Saito wasn't completely out of it, she supposed, and calmed down a bit.
She was still mad, however, and actually stepped forward and shoved Del away from her face.
"Fine, but you better keep that bitch of yours under control or so God help me if she tries to blow me up again I will lose control."
If Saito wasn't too busy trying to keep Louise under control, he'd probably notice that something was... off about Aisia when she said that. Not even when they met the first time after he poured water over Ayane or after that incident in Cafe Mahou with Ayane and a trenchcoat did she ever talk to him like that with regards to any sort of wrong committed against those dear to her, much less to herself.

Oh, that and the fact that she was now grabbing Del by the blade and causing her hand to bleed a bit. She was that enraged that she didn't just shove it out of the way instead.

Somewhere conveniently nearby and will arrive within the next post but not quite close enough to be the same place yet

A silver bike with a dark suited rider sped along the city's streets. Dashing through at reckless speed, the only reason such a thing could be done safely by BOARD personnel was by overriding the traffic signals to ensure that the path ahead was clear.

"This is Takamachi, I'll be at the incident site in another 60 seconds. Over."

"Copy that Captain, other units have begin begun securing the perimeter at a 500 metre radius around the designated zone. Over."

"Why such a large radius? Over."

Perimeters were rarely that large for an incident-response, but at the same time too small for a wide-area containment-and-apprehension of a fleeing subject. Such an area was usually more reserved for containing and an industrial accident.

"The incident has been classified an industrial accident to keep reporters off scene. Please deal with the situation promptly."

"Copy. Over and out."

The engine roared even louder as she further accelerated the bike. Immediately behind her, a pair of Black Humvees drove into formation...

The action stopped. There weren't any sounds of footsteps or the rush of air as someone dared to intrude upon the zone of her mantle. Cautiously Louise dropped her arm and let the black cape flutter back down revealing that the little girl trying to attack her had stopped a few steps short. Not because of Louise's attack, apparently, but because Saito had managed to get in between them. "S-Saito?"

Whatever Saito said to that girl, it sounded pretty serious. Considering he was pointing Delfringer at her, that much was easy to assume. The girl then yelled back at him but he paid her little mind, instead turning his attention to his wayward Master and speaking a language she could actually comprehend. "What tryst, you idiot!? She's just a friend of mine! Now stop blowing shit up for two seconds so we can talk about this like reasonable adults, okay? You wouldn't want to embarrass your family by acting like some hot-headed plebian, right?"

Louise wanted to blow him up again for calling her an idiot but then he'd have the satisfaction of being right. So rather than give him that satisfaction she stood up and patted the dust from her mantle, slipping the wand back into her skirt. "Who's an idiot!? You're the one who ran off, stupid dog..."

That girl, though! She grabbed the end of Saito's trusty sword and shoved it aside, continuing to speak angrily in that horrendous tongue the two shared. It was driving Louise absolutely mad that she couldn't understand what she was saying and that she kept talking anyway as if Louise weren't there. So she did the one thing she could do. "Saito, tell this annoyance to go away already! She's bothering me! Talking, talking, talking, talking in that language!"

While Aisia might not be able to understand French, the nonplussed look on Louise's face that she had whenever her eyes fell upon the platinum-blonde's face were probably translation enough.

Of course, none of them realized that the situation was about to get a whole lot more complicated. Apparently someone had called the police, and the police had then wet their pants at the destruction and called in the experts. They would be arriving within minutes...

"<Well, maybe she would stop bothering you if you weren't trying to blow people up!>" Saito sighed with exasperation, not quite sure if the return of the Louise Logic™ that dictated following up random percieved slights with giant magical explosions was all that great an idea in the larger scheme of things. While it certainly made things a lot faster (and a lot more destructive) when they were up against an enemy of some sort, it wasn't exactly the best idea when they were in a heavily-built up area and the target of her usual frustrations was someone who could be considered a friend.

How long that would hold true, however, would all depend on when...or if, Aisia let go of Del. Considering the uncharacteristic hostility in her voice, Saito took the hand gripping the blade of his sword as an imminent threat and wasn't going to back down until it went away. Any other time he probably would have let it go, but she'd already taken one swing at Louise, so what was to say she wasn't going to try it again the second moved away?

"Get your goddamn hand off my sword and go cool off, I've got this! You're only going to make things worse the way you are right now!" he growled, shifting his weight so that he could slowly start edging backwards, careful not to go fast enough to make the blade cut into Aisia's skin. The familiar backed up just far enough to put his left hand on Louise's shoulder, giving it a reassuring squeeze over the smooth fabric of her mantle.

"<Calm down, okay? You can't just go around attacking people here, so how about you apologise and we go and have a nice talk over lunch?>"

The world was a sea of red.

All she felt was rage. Why was she so... angry?

Come on, punk. Give me a reason to hit you. Give me a reason to wipe that smug grin off your-

"Get your goddamn hand off my sword and go cool off, I've got this! You're only going to make things worse the way you are right now!"
Whether it was the sudden outburst of anger from Saito or something else completely - perhaps a small part of her that still listened to reason - Aisia snapped out of her bloodlust and jerked her hand back from Del. Her eyes stopped dilating and seemed to shrink back to normal as she slowly grasped her bleeding hand.
"I... I..."

Aisia frowned. Why was she so angry again?
"Saito, dites ce désagrément de s'en aller déjà! Elle me tracasse! Parler, parler, parler, parler dans cette langue!"
... Ah, right. The girl who tried to blow her and Saito up.
"... Fine, I'll back off," Aisia said and stepped away, though she said it with a hint of confusion in her voice, almost as if she wasn't sure what she was backing away from or why. "Why'd she try to blow us up just now though, anyway, aside from her obviously not liking me for some reason?"

... Sadly, she may not get an immediate answer to that once the authorities got there.
